The owner is very disrespectful to his employees as well as customers. Volguer language on top of nasty comments. I would give a negative review if I could.

Worst place to go to for repairs. Will upcharge on the parts they get for your vehicle and will avoid telling you what they did. Theres way cheaper places to go to on this side of town.

Josh is a great mechanic. Honest and goes above and beyond. My 95 F-250 had some horribly rusted out brake lines and he made new ones for me from front to back. He has the most integrity of any mechanic I have ever dealt with. If you need a great mechanic look no further.

I had a leak in my Jeep transmission cooling system that I took to Firestone and they could not fix it. I went to the dealer and they started telling me how many different things could be wrong and how expensive it would be to fix. Josh and Ian diagnosed it immediately. They fixed it in one day and had it out on the road for a lot less than the dealer wanted to charge. They are honest and are the best auto diagnosticians in town.

Josh and his staff have always been incredibly helpful to me and my family. He is always prompt with his work, and takes full responsibility for his work and the work of his staff. This is a trustworthy establishment and I would recommend anyone to it!

Charged me 500 for a head gasket replacement. The gasket only costs around 60 bucks. This place is a JOKE. Dont stress or waste your money on this place. They will over charge you and weld their own parts only to have them break or bust open a few weeks later and charge you hundred to fix something simple. Charged me 100 just to tell me my engine was misfiring. I couldve found that out for free at autozone.

I ONLY TAKE MY CARS TO JOSH AT J&E AUTOMOTIVE!!! Im a single woman with no family in Tulsa and Josh has gone above and beyond to help me many times over the last 7 years! Ive been stranded at a gas station with my car stuck in park and hes left his shop and helped me get it into gear so I could follow him to his shop and get it fixed properly.I have seen Josh work a full week and then go to St. Lukes Redemption Church and teach a Life Skills Class to people transitioning out of prison - ON THE TOPIC OF AUTOMOBILES - purchases, maintenance and repairs. Ive seen Josh open his doors at his shop and let a nonprofit organization that helps people with car issues operate on Saturdays for years! This guy is a true GEM!!!! I know his heart and he is very intelligent and thinks through any car issue that arises and will spend his time explaining the repair needed until the customer understands it. Josh will only do the immediately needed repair and tell you if he sees or knows something is still working at the time but will in his expert opinion need attention in the future so you can be saving up. Over the years Josh has taught this 57 year old woman things about cars that I will continue to use the rest of my life!Anyone who has anything bad to say about Josh in my opinion is bearing false witness (Shame On You) because there isnt a bad bone in his body! I have placed my life in his hands and driven my vehicles with confidence for 7 years now!

Josh does great work and has never tried to overcharge or try to claim more repairs are needed then actually are. Great service and done timely.

Honest and fair prices. Great service by people who care about what they do.After a recent, service call, I can no longer recommend J & E Automotive. We had an security issue occur, and the owners were not forthcoming about the situation. They knew about the situation and did not tell us until after we brought it to their attention.The final nail in the coffin in this whole situation was we soon realized that the mechanics had been smoking in our vehicle.

I unfortunately had a driver that experienced mechanical problems on a run to Tulsa. I met and swapped vehicles with her. As a retired shop owner of 35 years, I was told by a local parts store that this shop could do the necessary repairs. I called them and made arrangements to drop it off. I was very pleased with the work that was done and the price. It was ready to hit the road in no time. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Will over charge for labor work and diagnosis. Wont really try to help your vehicle. They just hope you dont know know what youre doing in a car shop and throw any number they want for you to pay.

Do not go to this place. The secretary is absolubtly hateful and disrespectful. I came back to get my car with a charge that was never discussed with me. They just felt like it was ok to go for it and threaten me to double charge if I didnt pick up immediately.

They keep calling me asking for Ashley and I’ve told the girl multiple times now that this isn’t Ashley and she must’ve changed her number but they still call me asking for Ashley! I changed my number to stop getting random calls but this keeps happening! Stop calling me!
