Let me just say that Robertson Tire is outstanding! I went in for an A/C issue and they had me in and out fast. They did not try to sell me something that I didn’t need, which I appreciate immensely. I’ve dealt with many different auto shops in my life and Robertson Tire is by far the most honest, professional and reasonably priced company I’ve ever used. Do not fear, bring your car here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything. You all are the best!!!!

I love love love this tire shop. Did you know that they do patches for free. And because they are a reputable establishment they dont even do plugs on tires. Every time I go its the best customer service, they always take care of me pretty quickly, and they make sure that if theres any other underlying issue it is noted and addressed. All good things to say about this place! I went in one day because I needed a plug and I stayed in the area, they made me aware that my two back tires were two different sizes, and gave me the opportunity to purchase the Right tires and a very good price! ❤️❤️💕

Hands down the best customer service out of any shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve always been impressed with them.This week I had a unique car repair situation, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They communicated clearly, honestly, and were very friendly & professional. They helped me make sure that I was getting the best “bang for my buck”, which can hard to find that kind of honestly and helpfulness.I cant recommend this place enough.

Best experience I have ever had at a tire place. Fixed our tire for free because of a screw. Super friendly and Super clean. Would recommend them to anybody. My Dad use to own Goodyear Tire with Cale Yarborough in Timminsville, SC.. So believe me very nice.

Ive been using Robertson tire since I moved to the area. They are usually pretty quick with oil changes. This particular time I had a blown tire they were replacing and while they were doing that they checked my other tires as well ( yeah yeah I know you should check your own tires from time to time). They found out i had the same problem with my other tire( seems to be a thing with this particular brand of tire i have)and it wouldnt have made it very far. Chose a different brand of tire and they had to get it from the warehouse and with a little wait time they had me back on the road.

Staff was nice but waited over 2 hours for a speed sensor to be changed. Noticed my car was parked in a parking space. Went to the counter to check on it for them to tell me they wont do the sensor....which was the 1st question I asked when I got there.

I always have a good experience. The people are always helpful and kind. I can always depend on a great oil change and good care for my car. And.... you are a Christian company which I always want to support !! Thank you for everything !Blessings !

I brought my Chevy Sonic in yesterday right before close to get her new tires and an oil change. Anthony greeted us as soon as we got inside and he was very kind. We just picked her up earlier this evening & they did an amazing job. Anthony helped us through the whole process and answered all of mine and my boyfriends questions. Anthony was kind, patient, and professional. He made us feel so welcomed and I will now go to Robertson tire for everything. I highly recommend this location and it’s employees.

I called ahead. When I got there, all of the paperwork was done. They told me I didnt need a service and saved me money. I was out at the expected time. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going for around 3 years. when I came back for my oil change, they couldn’t find me in the system even though I came here for 3 years for my oil change. While we were waiting inside, we witnessed the front desk lady treat other customers differently.At the time of payment she required my ID which I thought was odd for an oil change. Although the service was fast I Im not coming back!

Im a retired owner of a tire shop. Needed a simple repair done and was shocked by the ignorant excuse that was given on why it couldnt be done. Tried to upscale a $10 - $20 repair to a $200 - $250 repair. Their reasoning made about as much sense as as a looney liberals position on covid restrictions. Once again I owned my own tire shop for 35 plus years and Ive forgotten more than these people will ever know. All the bays were empty and all the workers came out and viewed the tire and concluded the repair was impossible. Sad I wouldnt let these people check my air pressure with the knowledge they displayed.

I travel all over with my job and Ive had my van serviced at dozens of shops. This is by far my favorite place. Great customer service, best prices in town and they get you in and get you outta there quick so you can get on with the rest of your day. Just tremendous.

I have been a long time customer at Robertson, and generally receive good service, but today I was in there and was quite alarmed to find that none of the staff was observing the mask mandate. One worker was wearing a mask when I walked in, but it was down around her chin before I could escape, and at least five other workers were in and out without masks while I waited in line. Lots of options in the area, will likely opt for one less plague-y next time.***Edit***The purpose of online reviews is to advise the public what they can expect when patronizing a business. Rather than taking responsibility for putting the public at risk and not following the law, you are attacking a long-time customer for telling the truth. The city has a health mandate in place which your staff, in its entirety, was not adhering to. The public has a right to know that. If you don’t want truthful reviews to hurt your business, this seems like a pretty easy fix.

Im sad I have to write this. Weve been customers at this location for almost 8 years & had well over 10k worth of repairs over the years within our 4-5 vehicles. They were excellent over the first few years but within the last 5 my trust in them has been questioned for a few suspicious reasons, one being weve had 2 vehicles have water pumps replaced & then within a week they both had issues within the gaskets or another major problem. Of course it couldve been coincidence but it made us nervous. To make a long story short, one cars water pump was replaced a year ago & went out but this time it was under warranty- no cost to us for parts or labor. Which is great bc we really needed a break. Upon taking it in to replace it were told we need a new serpentine belt & radiator flush. Things are really tight so we decided to only do the belt which was quoted for under $65. Over the last day & a half I spoke with that shop & confirmed that quote at least 4 times maybe more, not once did anyone say thats just for the part not including labor, even when it was dropped off this morning. Went to go pick it up & its double what the quote was. The reason being 6 hours of labor... for the serpentine belt.... theres no way it should have taken 6 hours. The max is 3 hours... and thats maximum considering they have all the tools needed. The serpentine belt, the maximum you spend on one of those at an auto part store is $25. They overcharged us to make up for their warranty repair & purposely misled us about the quote. Theyve lost long time loyal customers.

Came here this evening to get a tire patched after being turned away by another tire shop (for it being 20 minutes to closing). The good people at Roberson Tire were more than happy to have my business. Unfortunately, du to the location of the puncture in the tire, they couldnt plug it, but they had a replacement in stock and was able to get it installed and me on my way in under 30 minutes. Their GREAT customer service has earned the a new loyal customer. I will be back for my tire and preventive auto maintenance needs.

Charged us to replace brake pads & brake shoes but never actually did it- About 2 years ago... the car hasnt been in use now for a year.... we brought our in to have the brakes replaced bc wed had the car for a while & figured it was about time. When we got it back it didnt feel right but were assured everything was fine... drove it for about another year, didnt drive it for another which brings us to today. Back then I had no one I knew personally who could work on cars. My boyfriend now is very good with them, it had been a couple years & we could tell the brakes needed to be replaced again, even though it seemed too soon considering what little driving wed done. But bc of how shady theyd been we decided my boyfriend would do it. He took the front pads off & is 100% clear they have never been replaced & they are covered in a sticky red substance called RV sealant. Get to the back shoes & its again 100% clear theyve never been changed & they are so worn down to the point that they are extremely dangerous to drive. I wish I had known this earlier before I brought any of my vehicles in for anything even if it were covered under warranty. Unfortunately due to the length of time its taken us to realize this its too late to do anything. I am so disgusted & disappointed. This is exactly why automotive repair shops have a bad rap. They know a vast majority of people will never have a way to know if theyd actually gotten what theyve paid for. Jokes on them though... they may have ripped us off a few grand but its a hell of a lot less than what they wouldve gotten over the years if theyd have been honest.

GREAT people to work with! When youre in a pinch they will go above and beyond to see that your vehicle is taken care of! Have used them from tires to major repairs. Great job every time.

I would only chose this place as a last resort.1. First time I got my oil change they forgot to replace the service sticker.2. Second time I went I was paying with my Gf’s card and the front desk lady was giving me a suspicious look like if I stole that card and I had to call my Gf to verify that it was her card. Who would go get their oil changed w a stolen card?!3. Third time I went with my GF and the lady gave her a lot of attitude.I only came here because it was close but now I’m going back to RC AUTO because they are much friendlier and efficient.

I usually don’t write reviews, and especially good reviews but the service I was given by the Robertson tire folks at both of the Riverside ORI Delaware location as well as their 111 S. Memorial Bixby area location, was above and beyond what I expected… And I can promise you all I am not being paid by these folks in anyway nor am I affiliated with them, I am guessing they are just one big family business with multiple locations and I guess they are successful for a reason and why I think so is how they treated me and treating me well and did not take advantage of me and were deadeye honest and up front with me… which we all know it’s rare when it comes to mechanic shops. I first took my car which I had taken to so many other mechanics they could not figure out what the heck is going wrong with my air conditioner and even though the guys at the riverside location did not have the tools to fix it they send me over to their South 111 Memorial location where they took a look at it. First, I didn’t have to pay anything at the ORU South Delaware area which I was surprised because every mechanic I found on craigslist or across town would charge you $70 just to look at the car and then everything else was extra… So I took it over to the guys near 111 S. Memorial and just after a couple of hours, they diagnosed it and fixed it and I was expecting a three or $400 bill and instead they gave me a shocking surprise… They charge me only $75… Not only was I please, but I was but I had to use ones from being finally able to find people that work on cars that or actually honest, smart, and work quickly. Again, I am one of those hardheaded jack of all trades type of guy that thinks they know it all and can do it all and can fix things and I feel so stupid for spending months and months wasting time and money with dumb craigslist mechanics when I could’ve went to these guys from day one and they could’ve had me rolling out the door like brand new… I was so impressed that I’m thinking of even having my other cars checked up in tuned up for the AC system because that’s how much I trust him now… I had my car checked out in Chicago and St. Louis and nobody knew what the heck was going on but Roberts entire photos were spot on and they are your typical americana tough rough rough guys but they know what they’re doing, they get it done, they get it done for a good price, they are on us and they will not review off and they have won me over for as long as I live here in Tulsa. So thank you to you guys, you guys have restored my faith in humanity and more so my faith in mechanics :-) and this is coming from a guy whose father owns a Meineke mechanic shop and several of them back home in Alabama and I can tell you for one thing, I think you guys are even better than our business back home LOL See y’all soon, and hack at the very least, you guys charge low prices as it is but I’m gonna take a vantage of y’all’s kindness and ask for a further discount for writing a good review for you guys but a true honest actual review. I dont give out recommendations often, but my experience with Robertsons was exceptional. I requested an on line quote for my mother and received a very competitive price from Shane. To verify I they were the right tire I sent her to the Delaware location. They were patient with my 87 year old mother and treated her like she was theirs. She purchased they tires and was in and out within an hour. Thank you for the buying experience and treatment of my mom.

Great experience! Needed 2 new tires, hubby & I went in on a Monday 2 tell them what we needed & that Id be in the next day. The next morning I brought it in, they already had the work order prepared. I live across the street so I walked home. I received a call from them just to keep me updated on how the work was going. It only took 45 mins for them 2 put on 2 new tires, rotate them & bleed the brakes. Not once did they try & oversell me on anything. Fast service done correctly, great prices & very polite & honest people that work there. Will definitely go there again!!

Have been taking our vehicles here for nearly 10 years. They know me by name! They do excellent work, have wonderful communication, and always stand by their work. The very few times that weve run into a faulty part, they have always made it right. Joe, Cliff, and everyone else who works there are very polite and personable. Theyre the best!

Robertsons has consistently taken care of my wife and I and everyone I know who have used them. Well run and maybe not the cheapest. But they are solid and trustworthy. In the end you pay less, because you dont get scammed.

I dropped in to this store at about 1:00pm on Saturday with a nail in my wifes tire. They were busy, but had my wifes car fixed and me back on the road in an hour...and they charged me nothing for the work. Just a pleasant Enjoy the rest of your weekend! and a big smile. I had a big smile too! Wont hesitate to go back again.

If you are in a hurry whatsoever this location is not for you, Ive been going to this location for 5 years, the staff always says 45min to a hour and it ends up taking 2-3 hours. I see why they have so many customers cause they always do good work, but they have way to many customers and not enough techs and bays. If you have tons of free time to waist this is the store for you!!!

Wow!!! I was completely impressed with the outcome of today. I had a flat tire and they fixed it within 20 minutes. For free too!!! The staff was very friendly. You can tell they work well with each other. Not to mention the very handsome mechanic working in the shop, its always nice to have some eye candy while waiting in the front room. :) It was an in and out process and I think you guys deserve a 5 star. Been using Robertson for 5 years across 4 vehicles. Loyal customers & they have treated us well. Purchased car battery from them (on their advice) about 6 months ago. Just experienced a problem with it & took vehicle to them. They said the battery was defective (manufacturers issue). Charged me $60 in labor to replace (no charge for new battery). Expressed my dissatisfaction with the labor charge. Several people promptly got involved and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thanks Robertson Tire.

Went in to get my tires rotated and aligned. They have me wait 45 minutes only to tell me they cant align my tires because I need my back suspension replaced and it would be $900+ dollars to do so. I declined their service and went to Lazar where they said I needed no such service. Dont go here theyre super shady and will try to rip you off.

Went to get a flat repaired. Had two foreign objects in my tire. They got me in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and kept me and the other customers informed of the progress. Didnt see them trying to up sell or push other services either.I always call around for tires, and most of the times I end up at Robertsons, best value for the tire.

Theyre timeliness of their examination of my tire was fine and expected. Their lack of concern was abundant instead of telling me how much it would cost what was wrong they offered no solution other than heres an invoice and this is what it will cost instead of being conscious of the fact that my tire was really really bad why couldnt they offer to put my spare on for me instead of letting me drive off with a ruined Tire?Money trumps safety and customer satisfaction.

Took a vehicle in to have work estimate done and according to them, I wasnt safe to pull out of the parking lot. A friend offered to help out and take a look at the problems and fix what he could to make the vehicle last a little longer. Glad he did. Several of the items listed on the shop quote werent in need of replacement. They were just fine. Wont go back.

The staff at the Robertson Tire on south Delaware Ave went above and beyond and even found mistakes that another shop had made. I took my 96 Chevy Suburban in to have the front brake pads and rotors replaced. I mentioned that the drivers side door didnt open from the inside (you have to roll the window down and open it from the outside). I wasnt wanting that fixed at the moment, but just making them aware of it.When I came to pick up the vehicle, they had fixed the door at no charge. They also inspected the rear brakes and found that the brake shoes were improperly installed. This came as a surprise to me since I had had the rear brakes serviced a month before at a local Chevy dealer. I took the rear drums off to confirm this for myself,and sure enough the technician at the dealer had put the two smaller shoes on one side and the two larger shoes on the other side. Needless to say I had the dealer fix their mistake.

Theres a reason this place has a significant number of one and two star reviews. Trust them. Its the timeless tale of mechanics trying to rip off the uneducated consumer. Its probably ok to get tires and maybe even an oil change here but shop around for other services.

My experience at Robertson has been up and down. I feel like it really depends who’s working and “extra” tires they try to sells. I guess they just have to make their money but it would be nice to not have to deal with OMG it’s the worst thing that could happen and you need to do this right now. Ha, then they tell you parts won’t be in until next week and it’s okay to drive until then.

I didnt have an experience with the service at this location, however, my trucks belt came off during a heavy thunderstorm here in Tulsa while I had my girlfriend and 4 kids in the car who were tired of being in the truck (came from Claremore.) I initially went in to beg and plead to borrow a wrench, and they were nice enough to loan me one without taking the compensation I offered. As I was out there in the pouring rain, I had to go back in for a different size socket, and one of the employees not only went and got it for me, but came out and helped me put it back on in the rain, again without taking any compensation I offered. As far as I am concerned, they have won me over from here on out. I will get my next set of tires here instead of Discount Tire. Outstanding service to someone who wasnt even their customer service. I dont even know what youd call that. Pre-customer service! God bless you guys. You are amazing.

I will never go back to this Robertson location.I took my car in to OReillys Auto Parts last week to run a free diagnostic test that would tell me why my check engine light was on. It took the guy 60 seconds to tell me that it had to do with my solenoid valve. So I took my car in to Robertson Tire to fix the issue. They fixed it and charged me an additional $19.99 to run the same free diagnostic test that OReillys ran. Heres where it gets interesting- I called two other Robertsons Tire locations and they said they NEVER charge that $19.99 fee.One good thing about this location is that Deborah has always been very helpful.EDIT: Hi Shane, I got your response to my review and I left you a message on your voicemail today.

Deborah was great. My experience was ok. She left to go to the bank and the three guys sitting at the checkout ignored the fact that my car was ready for 20 minutes. She came back from bank and got me checked out immediately. Wont go back, will try another shop.

Good tires, for good price, bud when I asked alignment, they refuse to do it, and wanted to replace a lot of parts for $1700. I went to another place they just did alignment, and everything fine.

I recently had a tire balance at this location, and the guys couldnt have been more courteous and accomodating. They were very professional and prompt; this is the place to go for tire service.Also if you need a new set of tires they will also match and beat a competitors price for the same set of tires; which they also did for me.One other thing I like about Robertson is that they are a locally-owned Tulsa born company with 11 locations, please consider these guys over a big box store next time you are shopping for tires and service.

If you need a tire fixed or any basic labor go elsewhere. These people are only interested in selling you something. I’ve been there 2x and the same thing happened both times. I had a tire that just needed a patch and they refused to do it wanting to sell me a new tire (wal mart patched it without question). Most recently I brought a tire in to be mounted and balanced and they came up with excuse after excuse why they couldn’t do it, so I took it to Robertson Glenpool and they fixed it right up, Robertson Coweta is a great shop as well.

I have been a customer of Robertson for quite some time. No more. They repaired my brakes (and rotors). The bill was over $ 1,100.00. Ridiculous charge. I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

The best service ive ever gotten from a tire shop. Had a flat and dropped off my car. Not only did they end up fixing my flat for next to nothing, but they ALSO drove me back to work while they were finishing it, and even offered to pick me back up! I had loyally gone to Robertson for 10 years. Dickey even took his cars there. Then they change my oil recently and I have an oil leak. I open my engine hood and part of the plastic, like a big chunk, is broken off. I go back to Robertson and they accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY. THE PLASTIC WASNT CRACKED BUT THEY SWORE OH YES IT WAS! Liars! Nice reward for giving 10 years of business huh folks? When I started going there 10 yrs ago a woman named Krissy ran the place. She ran it awesomely and honestly. Now I sure cant say that about Jake, Joe, Cliff or the current crew. Cliff didnt even know who I was one day after going there for 9 yrs. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AS IF THEY CANNOT FIX IT YOU PAY AND ITS YOUR FAULT. IF THEY SCREW YOUR CAR UP, ITS YOUR FAULT. THEY DO NOT BACKUP THEIR WORK BY ANY MEANS. Went in to get a tire patched that Walmart said they couldnt do and they happily patched it quickly, even for FREE. I had only bought one tire from them in the past for a Toyota Prius. Good service, kind people.

Overcharged for oil changes on 2 different occasions. Paid $77.61 for a simple oil change and they did not reset my gauge. Not women friendly.

Actually 0 stars but no option to do that. Left my car there for an oil change and to see if theres a leak somewhere. 2 hours later they called me and said they refuse to work on my car. And I asked them if they could put in my new headlights in. They said they would. Then they say its going to be 370$ for it. So obviously I just picked up my car and took it to the Robertson tire in coweta (the one I usually go to) and they did it all in 1 day and I only paid 150 or so. Location really makes a difference....

This is the worst mechanic ive ever been to. They are shady and will rip you off at any chance they get. I assure you they do not care about your car, only your wallet. They cant even get an oil change right. If you care about your car, stay away.
