Had to take my car in multiple times for a leaking A/C. I probably should have been frustrated by it, but they worked hard to get the parts and took care of the cost for me. In the end, they communicated and made me feel valued. I think they are a solid business and will be going back when my car needs it.

Drove out from Dallas, TX to pick up some parts i purchased online and was in a rush to get them installed before driving back to Dallas for a race the next day. These guys really helped me out and did a great job mounting my drag radials late in the day on memorial day weekend.

I have been to these guys multiple times and each time they have been responsive & more than willing to explain details regarding my vehicle. They are always patient and go the extra mile. Definitely recommend this shop!They also offer a points system. Vehicles need maintenance no matter what, so this time getting a full synthetic oil change with my points (for free🤜🤛) was definitely a highlight.

My air conditioner stopped working so I called several Meineke’s and this was the only location that didn’t hesitate to tell me to come right in and it was an hour before close. The guy that took my call and checked me in was super efficient and friendly. The mechanic, David, did a phenomenal job! My air conditioner has never been this cold! I couldn’t be happier. Meineke was great. I recently moved to Tulsa and did not have a Auto Service place to take my car. Engine splash guard on my car came loose and they fixed it for me at no charge by removing it. Mike and Steve were very knowledgeable with great people skills and all the technicians were knowledgeable. I made a appointment to have my oil changed and cabin air filter. I will definitely be going back to Meineke on Memorial and 41st for my Automotive needs

I thought my brakes needed replaced and they couldve taken me for all I had...BUT, they didnt! What they DID do, was a thorough inspection and explained in detail the condition of my brakes, set my mind at ease and sent me on my way without charging me a penny. Couldnt find a more decent group of fellas-thanks Steve and Micah!

I absolutely loved this experience! Everyone was extremely cordial and educated plus willing to educate you if you need it! Always a full service check which brought to my attention some pretty important services that need to be done which saved me a future accident and probably thousands of dollars! We used a Groupon for oil change filter and tire rotation. It was a really good deal but the fine print also states you have to pay for any quarts over 5 quarts plus service fees. So about $14 more. No biggie. But make sure you call and make an appointment because they are BUSY!!!

All right here goes. Ive lived in Tulsa for the past 6 months and this particular Meineke is and has been very good to me. They have taken care of my car and my needs very well. They provided me valid information to help me make a decision on how to take care of my car. Even though I didnt get the tires from them and I got it from somewhere else. However Ive got my oil changed, my tire pressure check, and today Ive got my alignment done from there. Sometimes it may take longer to get your car done but its worth the wait and its worth the money. I will always be going back to this Meineke to get my car needs taken care of. I would highly recommend this Meineke to anybody who lives in the Tulsa area. These are nice folks very polite employees and hard-working technicians. Amazing service! I called in the middle of the day, on a saturday, for my brakes that destroyed my rotars. I was in a rush cause i needed my car for Monday morning. They told me they would work my car in and sure enough they got it done before 5 on the same day! No one in town could get it done that quick. The job was done right for a great price. This isnt the first time i have used them. They are always great service and great job on everything they do. I will not go any where else from now on! Thanks guys!!!

Guy at the desk seemed pretty cool and I got the j hooks welded on my muffler for a decent price however I had a 1 o’clock apt and my car didn’t go into a bay till 1:40 and just sat there for about an hour. I saw other cars being worked on while no one went near mine. There was even a car that came in after mine and parked behind my bay that got worked on and was done before mine. Ended up being there for two hours for a ten min job of weldeing some hangers onto my muffler. That is the reason for the low r view. Otherwise muffler seems to be hanging well and the checked out my front suspension/chassis for me and found the noise I was hearing. Good guys poor time management.

We had a pre-purchase inspection for a car we liked, and Meineke was friendly, thorough, and on time. They took pictures of all questionable items and showed them to us while they explained each one.

The technician and the repair shop drained the oil from my vehicle during an oil change and after completing the brake service they took the vehicle for a test drive. However they drove the vehicle without refilling the oil essentially killing the engine and causing it to seize. The manager left voice mail In which he apologized for the mistake and quote said “I guess there’s know way getting around this we doubled checked on Sunday when we had a mechanic come in to verify the damage please call back. “ now the shop refuses to Pay for another shop to replace the engine and after keeping my car for over a month. Then refuses to take a credit card or check for payment requesting that I give them cash only for the brake repair portion before I could tow my car ( since the engine is seized )to the dealership to have it replaced with another engine. Now I am forced to proceed to the litigation process with an attorney. To get them to pay for there mistake that the admitted to causing in there own voicemail. Run as fast as you can is all I can say after this horrible experience! They act is they care but won’t step up to the plate and pay for the damage they caused.

Went to a competitors shop first for tire mounting, after a long wait, and 3 of 4 tires done they decided to inform me that the 4th had a issue and they would not mount it, nor remount it to the old rim. Instead they tried to make me purchase a used tire from them. I came in on a spare, and did not need the purchase another tire. After I talked to a manager they decided I can leave, I immediately went to Meineke, where they informed me the issue was a simple plug and were able to get me fixed up without purchasing a mixed matched tire. Great guys, professional, and all around great attitudes. I will only be doing vehicle business with this shop from this day forward.

I had a horrible coolant leak. Got it in after hours on Thursday, and it was done Saturday late morning. I parked my vehicle leaking coolant everywhere and made contact with some guy through the window. I forget his name. Instead of telling me they were closed, he came out and got my info and took my keys. Everyone I encountered was really friendly. They even changed my oil which I wasn’t expecting. Maybe that’s standard I have no idea? I had never even heard of meiniki, but I’m sure I’ll go there the next time I have car trouble (hopefully not anytime soon). I appreciated the nice, helpful, quick staff.

I just want to say the service from this place was amazing. And the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend them.

I had to have my car towed there and I thought it might be a serious issue but after explaining to them what has happened, they did a diagnostics check, it was something very simple, resetting the ABS. I appreciated that they were honest and working me in quickly. Steve only charged me a minimal fee for their time. I will certainly use their services again when the need arises.

Couldnt get in. Needed an appointment several days out. They need to hire more techs for oil changes and open up another bay. The $ i planned on spending there is going elsewhere. How many other potential customers can they not get in because of a 3 day wait? The guy at the register didnt really care and I waited several minutes just to see if I could get in after they didnt answer the phone. Multiple employees came through and didnt ask if I needed help. Customer service is poor. I used to like this place. Appears turnover changed things.

I was checked in right away by Steven, given a written estimate before any repairs and during the free brake inspection a problem was discovered with the lugnuts. Steven suggested a couple of options and assisted me to correct the problem. The mechanic was thorough and I got an email with a report for later repair decisions. So glad to be able to get honest assessment in a timely manner.

My girlfriend took her car in for brake repair and a oil change thinking the noise we were hearing was related to either of those. It wasnt. After the tech finished the front brakes he was gonna test drive it. He heard the noise too and put it back on the lift. After closer inspection, he found that 5 of the spokes were cracked on the wheel. All 4 tires were replaced prior to the brake job and that was not caught at the place we got the tires from. Needless to say the attention to detail they portrayed was life saving. If they didnt find that we could have been in serious trouble when we went on our road trip. Ive been going to meineke for awhile and I will continue to as long as they maintain this level of service.

Steve the manager there was very hospitable and attentive. He even brought me his heater! They did a very thorough inspection. The only thing I would change is to add paper floor mats so you dont leave black oily footprints on the customers carpet.

Everyone was helpful and friendly they helped me by hot wiring the motor on my car window that was stuck down. But the 2 stars is for the $400+ quote that I got for replacing the window switch. They told me the switch was $270 and the rest were labor cost. I ended up getting a switch at ORileys for $70 and it took me all of 5 minutes to change it. So friendly staff that will help in anyway they can. But in my opinion trying to charge me $270 for a switch that I can get myself for $70 is ridiculous

I called this location at the last minute on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in to install a custom exhaust I purchased. Steve assisted me at this location and did a great job. The shop installed a Borla S-Type Catback exhaust on my 2019 Mustang GT. The installation was great and it sounded the best. Steve even went out of his way to help me get my old exhaust home. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Was 3 days waiting on a simple fix.However that was not my issue.My issue was that after I got my auto back there were extra parts in the rear and floorboards.I returned and it was another 3 days to get it back again and there are still extra parts that were not put on.The management and staff are very friendly, however they are so busy that a simple repair takes waay too long and the quality of the workmanship is just not there.

Received a detailed brake check and got front end brakes replaced. Staff was polite and explained everything in great detail. I will definitely use them again.

They replaced the transmission in my wifes Nissan Altima. It took them 5 weeks to accomplish this, but the extended labor times werent enough... Because they totally forgot to bolt the cross member back under the new transmission. Not only is that a lack of knowledge among their mechanics, for me the blame falls squarely on the shop supervisor who obviously didnt even take the time to glance at the job he was getting $1700 to preform...Use caution with this place even for an oil change. This place is so bad I wouldnt even recommend them to a democrat.
