Very professional. Very short wait time for an oil change! Advised me I had a screw in my back tire and they removed it and plugged the tire. I will definitely recommend to my friends & family!

I was having trouble with my oil. I traveled to Tulsa (700 miles) from home. I have trouble reading my oil levels. Firestone fixed my oil issue. I cant thank them enough. When I move down here in a few weeks, I will continue to use this location for my car needs. Thank you again!!!

They are so full of themselves . They never have time, they can’t commit to a time frame !, you try make an appointment, willing to go with your repairs for the next day but they can’t. They are busy with their appointments, I made an appointment myself!, 🙇‍♀️ Try to reason with them and they hang up the phone ! Don’t use firestone at all ! They have too much work to care about your car . So disappointing !

We broke down on our way home from OKC to Michigan on a Sunday! These guys were awesome and not only worked us in within an hour that we arrived, but did a through check of the vehicle and told us what needed to be replaced and what would last till we got home! Very reasonable priced and GREAT service!

Terrible service. These people are in the mask business not tires. I gave them a choice. Tires or mask. They chose mask. Now discount tires has my business. Better service better tires. These people also said they would take my order and sell me the tires but wanted me to wait outside in 30 degree temperature and rain. Can you believe that?! No need for a mask to take my order but wanted me to stand outside for 45 minutes in freezing rain to change my tires.

Had an alternator quit on me and wipe out my battery. Mike from this store actually came to my location and jumped me and got the vehicle started. He then went back to the store after we figured it wasnt going to continue running and brought me a new battery. Without his help we would have been stuck. He went above and beyond to help me out and he didnt have to come to where l was at but he did and he made sure l was taken care of I would give him 10 stars if l could. I cant say enough about how good of care he took if us. I recomend this store and Mike and CJ who work there 100%. Total friendly service which is so rare these days.

As a young women I dread going to get any work done on my car because every time I go in people try to take advantage of me because they assume I dont know what Im doing.... Which I usually dont. This is the first time that Ive talked to a mechanic to get work done on my car and I didnt feel taken advantage of. The mechanic was very kind and explained everything to me without being condescending. When I asked to call my dad the man was extremely kind and understanding and explained everything again to my dad. This is the first time that Ive been treated like a person while getting work done on my car. If I ever need work done on my car in the future I will definitely be coming back to this Firestone and will be recommending it to my friends.

Elaine must be the nicest front desk person at any auto repair place ever. She and the staff there got us in quickly when we noticed our tire was messed up as we were leaving with packed vehicle for Orlando. Nice, respectful, and funny. Thanks to all of you!

Had to stop here because my car wasnt running right. A very very kind mechanic who was extremely busy still stopped and helped me. He cleaned my battery as well as filled up my power steering fluid and gave me good advice for my needed repairs . In the 98 degree heat, and being already behind on his own work but still willing to help a stranger. This mechanic went above and beyond. Thank u again.

BEWARE: 2nd time coming to this location for an alignment on my vehicle, still have not had service completed. First time they said I had bad tie rods and tried to upsell me $150 for a replacement; then the second time they said I had a slow leak in a tire and REFUSED to do the alignment unless I paid $85 extra for a replacement tire. Luckily thanks to my new security and recording devices in my vehicle, I was able to hear them discussing how they dont do service without some kind of upcharge. TOTAL SCAM! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Paid $400+ for them to order and replace a toe-in adjuster a few months ago. We ordered the part, but they never called me. After two weeks I called to check on it: it was there. They just forgot to call me.When I dropped off my car they said it wouldnt take long. It did. They closed for the weekend without calling to let me know, leaving me without a car for three days total.When I finally pick up my car, the steering wheel was at least 20° off true. They didnt even align it properly. I was tempted to walk back in to have them fix it, but I had lost all confidence in them at that point.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I wouldI visited this Firestone location across from Woodland Hills Mall today after running over a large nail and puncturing my tire. The hole was roughly the size of a large ink pen and was losing 30lbs of air every 5 minutes. After putting a can of fix-a-flat in and visiting two other businesses that didnt carry the tire size that I needed, I was able to air it up enough to drive the 40 miles into town to this Firestone location.As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted. She checked me in and told me that, they too, didnt have the size tire I needed, but that a sister location had it in stock. I explained to her that this was my third place trying to find a tire. She put in the work order, and told me it would be an hour and that she would send someone to pick up the tire at the other location.As I waited, I noticed how friendly, kind, and respectful the entire staff was to all of their customers. The staff kept me up to date on the ETA of the tire, the status of my car, let me know when it was almost finished, sat down with me and explained the invoice, and gave me a discount on my next tire purchase. They pulled the car right to the curb so my disabled aunt could easily get back into the car without having to struggle to get across the parking lot, which she and I greatly appreciated.I have never seen such high quality of customer care from any automotive business!I will be bringing my car back to this location for ALL of my vehicle maintenance and repairs strictly because of the great customer service!

I ran over a metal screw. I needed a new tire. They put a new tire on. No problems.

Got the Business Car up and running again. Bad Alternator caused many problems such as loss of power steering. Great Job!!!

Called on a Monday to schedule my break pads to be replaced on the following Friday and was told it’s $180 an axle and takes about three hours.Drop my car off at 10:30am Friday and am told it should take about three hours. 2:00pm comes and they call saying I need new rotors too, but that they should be done by 5:30pm and the total would be about $270 after labor; ok fine. 6:45pm rolls around and I realize I never got a call and they close at 7.Elaine on the phone tells me they needed a special part to remove the rotor and that it should be done tonight and I can pick it up first thing in the morning.I get there at 10:00am, 23.5 hours after dropping it off, and they still aren’t finished. The manager said it would be another 30 minutes and I’ll be good to go. They didn’t finish the breaks until after 11:00am. 24.5 hours after I dropped it off. When I go to pay the bill is $307, about $50 more than what I was previously told. When I called them out on this they were firm that this was the price.They spent over a day replacing the break pads and rotors on just the rear axel of a VW Jetta. And then they charged me well above the quoted price. Their customer service was calm and understanding but I’m wholly dissatisfied with the work of their mechanics and how the corporation (management) handles issues like this. No sorry, no discount. I’ll never go to a Firestone again.

Fantastic service. So thankful they got me in immediately for a broken air conditioner. This is the third time we have gotten in immediately for some reason. Always service with a smile and accurate diagnosis and very reasonable price.

Had a flat tire and came here to try to get it fixed. Was told they would need to schedule it 3 days later.

Ive had nothing but great experiences every time Ive visited this store. People are professional, they listen to your concerns, the prices are reasonable, the service is the best car service Ive ever had and I travel a lot! But most important they are Honest! I always feel like Im the most important customer in the store.

The people here are so friendly and helpful! I had questions about my car, they answered everything. First place I have ever been that didnt try to bamboozle me out of money saying things were wrong, that werent (like tate boys). Any issue I have with my car, I am taking it there and I have already told people to take their vehicles there as well. Thank you for being trust worthy. That is hard to find these days.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Hes a perfectionist which is perfect for what he does. He even has a sense of humor.

I really like these guys. Mike and all the guys in the back do a fantastic job of telling you whats wrong being honest with you recommending another place that would be better suited if they cant fix it or is not really in their wheelhouse. I feel like they truly go the extra mile to make sure the customer understands the problem, the best solution for the problem and get you back on the road quick.

Mike at the front desk is great and the store probably has some of the better prices on new tires compared to others in the area. Sometimes the wait can be longer but I feel like they are upfront with you. I would just recommend understanding what you want and/or asking questions if theyre offering a service or something youre not familiar with. Lastly bare in mind that routine maintenance and repairs can ad up. Just because they are needed, due, or recommended does not mean that you can afford them. Again ask questions and tackle the most urgent service needs first.

It was the first time that I had visited a Firestone for an oil change, and I was particularly impressed by the genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Mike, the manager, took the time to educate me regarding the rationale behind an additional recommended auto service; however, neither my husband nor I felt like we were being pressured or sold to have the service completed. Ohhh these men here were wonderful! I had gotten a flat and I wanted my tires to all match they ordered me in one in like 30mims since they didnt have any in stock in the store put it on quickly and had me in and out!

Came to get new performance tires installed on my Camaro SS and alignment.. technician took car from bay to alignment rack and as he did it I watched and HEARD! him take it to the back parking lot (incredible pizza) and have a “joy ride”, now I’m not sure why if that’s a Firestone procedure to break in tires for your customers?! Make sure if you do make the mistake of going their ask for a grown adult to do the service because we pay good money for these things to be done professionally and from what i witnessed nothing was professional about that!

The customer service here is great and definitely shows you why they are always so busy. I took my car in for an oil change at 11:45am and was told it would only be a little more than an hour which I was fine with because I worked until 2pm, however when I called at 1:45 they still hadnt taken my vehicle back. This was obviously very annoying and upsetting, but all of my concerns were addressed and they got it back there and got me taken care of. Would recommend.

Well this is my second experience here, and its as bad as the first. I made an appointment days in advance both times. the first time was just an oil change and they didnt have the oil filter in stock so I ended up waiting three and a half hours for an oil change. Now Im in here a second time for getting two tires changed and it was supposed to take an hour, we are in the second hour and the tires are just now coming off. If youve got half a day to read Traveler magazine its a great place, dont come if you have stuff to do.

This review is strictly for customer service. Writing this review as I am waiting on my flat tire fix. I came into the shop at 8.25am. I was right away attended by advisor. I was told that I would be on road by no later than 10 am. They took my car into service only by 9.35 am. Why should you give word on delivery time and not keep it. I would understand if they gave me a later time for pick up. Sine I trusted their word, I had to pay for it by having to reschedule my doctors appointment. And till this minute 10.24 am, they havent even given an update!! So in short if you want your car tire fixed in more than 2 hours.. Firestone is the place to go!!! This is my first experience with Firestone. Update.... Got my car by 10.30am!! The pricing is very fair. All in all it should have been 5 star. If they had just let me know that I will get my car by 10.30 am

Outstanding service. 800 miles from home with no air conditioning in the truck. The manager, Mike and technician Thomas took my truck in right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything.

Do not have any work done here...They attempted to extort 2k dollars out of me when all I needed was new pads and rotors. They wanted to replace my entire front brake system.

The manager and mechnics st Broken Arrows Firestone (71st Street) became good samaritans yesterday. A friend of mine struck something on her driver6s side that caused her left front tire to rub against metal until her tire was almost destroyed. We stopped at Firestone and received superior service at a minimal cost. Kirk was kind, efficient and very helpful. He and his staff repaired the problem & replaced the damaged tire quickly, so we could be on our way. The customer service was excellent and the facility was very clean.

I cant say enough about this particular Firestone, not only are they efficient, they went far beyond repairing my car in helping me. Michael Hartman the manager is a true gentleman, and pointed to exactly what I needed, and also assisted me with an unusual request. Recommend them highly.

Ive been in sales for 15 years now and one thing I cant stand is greedy salespeople and hard ball tactics. Thank God I got a-hold of Mickey! He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he impress me more than any of the other companies salespeople I got quotes from, he gave me the best product for my dollar! Im not saying these guys will always beat the competition, but I will say that if half their staff is as good a worker as Mickey, they are worth the extra money. Be sure to ask for him if you get a quote from this company. Im confident you will be happy you did!

I came in at 6 hoping my car could be looked at. I didnt have high hopes since they did close at 7. But the customer service was horrible. I saw several people look at me through the shop and the person who decided after minutes to help was rude. He had let out this huge sigh like I was an inconvenience. Then when he asked what needs to be looked at and the time frame was literally several days out before anyone could help me. I have never heard of that before but maybe its normal. Too bad though because I was coming in for brand new tires as well and a couple of other things that Im sure would have cost me well over 2,000 that I wouldnt have mind spending.

Like an idiot I left my ignition on on the motorcycle while at the bar a 100 yards from this location and drained it. I removed my battery and walked it over after they had closed. Jeff too my battery and put on the charger to charge while they closed up. I walked back to the bar and he brought me my battery on his way home. He showed up with a portable jumper, but did not need it as the bike started right up. Firestone refused to leave a dude stranded when they could help!

Awesome service and good people. Out of state car broke down. Justin found the problem and fixed it the same day at very minimal cost. They kept me updated through the process and relieved the need to want to smash my own windshield. THANKS guys.

Was told they aren’t able to mount 33 inch tires. I called a different firestone at 91st and they had me set for an appointment in minutes saying they could mount 33 inch tires

I usually take my car to Tires Plus which is owned by the same company so they’re able to see my full maintenance history.

Make sure they tell you everything they are charging you for before you give them the okay. I got dodged on price every time I asked. Not happy, not fair prices (very inflated) after calling around and getting quotes from other shops. Mechanics, great work! But very disappointed in customer service and management.

Great prices they even checked my tires to make sure they were not on the recall list we love running in and carrying out the tires .

Staff was friendly, however after about 1 month my lugnuts fell off my passenger side front tire. I called and the manger said he would look into it and offered to try and make it up to me. I realize people make mistakes however I personally feel my life is worth more than saving a few bucks.
