Saturday a.m. edit: Will NOT return after todays experience.Friday: The guys at 43rd and Mingo saved the day! They found a specialty tire for me, got it to the store quick, and fixed the one tire up speedy quick. Tomorrow they are going to change the other 3! Four brand new tires, unexpectedly, but we are safe and can still drive our car. So thankful we were put in touch with them! It was highly stressful having something like this happen 200 miles from home. Our sincerest thanks!Edit: Everything about yesterday still is true.However...When I was at the store yesterday, I found out they could get 3 more tires for us, so we could have a complete set. I asked when their first available appointment was today (Saturday). I was told 7:30. I asked for it. When asked about wait time, the man told me we would be first. That works. We are in town for a car show with LOTS of things happening. New tires usually take an hour, that allows my husband to be back and able to participate early.Arrival: Husband 7:25, 3 other customers at the door.My husband was told they do not set appointments, so it is first come and get in line. Strange, not what I was told yesterday.Husband walked around the parking lot between 7:30 and 8:00, no one working in the bays.The mechanic that worked on our tires came in at 8:30 and pulled our car in at 8:35. It was good timing. At 8:25 I was encouraging my husband to get the car and leave. We could get the rest of the tires back in our home town.Thankful for yesterday. Will NOT return after today.

I stopped in here today, I had never been to a Robertson Tire but it is was close to my husbands work. And we have a tire that has had a slow leak that was getting worse. Had a few min to stop and have it looked at. Not only were they able to repair it in a very timely manner but they did not charge me for the repair. I definitely recommend and will be returning here in the future! Thank you guys i appreciate it.

They work quickly while being very attentive to your car. Wait rooms have been totally remodeled. Also usually has free coffee.

I guess they close at 5 and not 5:30.Would not fix my flat that I brought in at 5:10.They need to change their hours to 5 if they’re going to act closed at 5.

We took our car here thinking we needed an alignment but turns out 3 of our tires were separating. We had not needed to replace them in the 6 years owned. So purchased 4 tires, they price matched another company and a discount for husbands employer. They offer many discounts, just ask.

The service was awesome. The representatives at desk were very professional and quick. This was my very first time at this place and the conversation While waiting on repairs and service alone blew me away. I highly recommend this place for anyone having tire problems. Definitely the best place to go.

Our tow company recommended this location and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend this location to locals and anyone passing through.

They are always courteous and helpful at Robertson. I had a screw in my tire that Firestone claimed wasnt fixable and wanted to sell me a new tire so I took it to Robertson for a second opinion and they got it fixed and on my way in half an hour

They replaced the tpms sensors in my 2009 Nissan Rogue & did a rotation with balancing of my tires, they were the cheapest in town. They replaced the wipes on the front and rear windows of the car also for under $65 today. They welcomed me in the door this morning with a smile and good morning maam, they got everything done in 1hour today. The men in the shop also as they walked through said good morning maam. The lobby areas were cleaned and I watched them clean touched areas with wipes. Only bad part & reason for the 4 ⭐ rating is none of the employees had on a mask today, even through all the customers did. Once again I will be a lifetime customer as long as I am in oklahoma.

Great group of guys. Ive been a customer here for years, and they always treat me super great. Anytime I get a nail or screw in my tire, even if my tires didnt come from Robertson, I drive right there and they take care of me quick!

I had never been a customer here before but came in on a whim after an alignment issue started from a curbstrike in my 2012 Honda Crosstour. After a quick look under the car in the lot, they thought it may be a simple fix but a few days later upon actually getting it into the shop for repair, it was not good news.. Basically the entire right side of my suspension/steering needed to be replaced. He quoted me around $2200 at first and I cringed knowing Ive only had this car for a few months! Due to that, I went in the direction of an insurance claim. That situation can slow play naturally so they went ahead and jumpstarted the process of ordering new parts for me. After Robertson got in contact with an adjuster from my insurance, long story short it boiled down to my insurance company attempting to refuse their initial estimate and instead use SALVAGED parts instead of new! Sure sometimes that could be fine I guess but for new suspension on my new car? No... (not to mention insurance was trying to pass the parts off to me as new/used aftermarket) Luckily the guy who was helping me from the very beginning (his name is Jeff & was super awesome) had my back and we struggled with insurance back and forth for it to finally come down to the fact that they suck and Im paying out of pocket for quality parts. The best news is though, after dealing with all of this for two weeks and lots of phone calls (also the car being undriveable, so it was at their shop the whole time) - Jeff was able to get the cost lowered to $1300 with new quality parts and now finally she drives like a champ again! Very greatful for the wonderful customer service, communication, and transparency. I dont even know anything about car parts but they treated me with respect and were very helpful in making sure I was knowledgeable about what was being done! If I could give ten stars I would. Thanks guys!

Didnt keep me informed on repairs

I don’t usually post reviews where I have my car repaired because more often than not, I’m disappointed. But this time I had a really great experience. Robertson Tire in Owasso replaced a wheel bearing on my car in September, which is about 8 months ago. I suspected it went out again but I’m not confident in my diagnosing abilities so I brought it in. They were able to confirm the problem, fix it under warranty for free and change my oil all between lunch and 5 pm. HIGHLY recommend. Especially since they really stand by their warranty with no hidden fees.

Great service from Kevin and the team. I brought my 09 civic in for a broken a/c clutch, and they replaced it with a new one at a fraction of the cost of other mechanics. They accidentally broke a mounting bracket for my alternator, during the process and replaced that too free of charge. Its refreshing to have honest mechanics these days. Ill definitely be back for my automotive needs.I just wanted to add to this review, I had my wifes Mazda in for a fuel system cleaning and Allen really helped us out. He was super honest and let us know when a part went missing during the instillation, and they purchased a new one free of charge. It took a while but they also discounted the service for us. I really love this shop they have some awesome straight forward mechanics. Ill definitely continue to bring my cars here

Hi there, this review is really just for management. I have tried your website to find an email or anywhere I could leave a private review. On this first part but have found nothing:I love you guys. I tell all my friends to come here. I bring all my cars here. I really appreciate the customer service and overall care you provide.HOWEVER, the front desk position has been Kevin the last several times I’ve been in. And it’s really quite frustrating the lack of customer service I receive from him consistently. I’ve even mentioned it to my mom who knew right away who I was talking about from separate experiences. He doesn’t care to get the details of something to work something out for you it’s just a lot of “oh i don’t know”. I’ve never experienced this from any other employee. And it’s to the point now where if I see him working I try to get someone else he’s so unhelpful and borderline rude. I’m writing this review to hopefully let someone know this is my consistent experience and that’s frustrating coming from the person who used to work the front desk who was just phenomenal.With the being said Allan, is the BEST! I’ve worked with him serval times and he’s customer service is bar none. When he calls me he is detailed and willing to work out whatever is best while still giving me his expertise. I will absolutely continue to give all my buisness to this location because of your employees that are like him!

Went here to get new breaks on my 13 Honda Civic and I was quoted one price, but it turned out to be twice as much. It may have been miscommunication, but they helped me out anyway with a price I could work with. I recommend a visit.

So I always have great experience no matter which one I go to. I had the pleasure of coming to this location yesterday to get some services done that my car’s dealership “recommended/desperately need done”. Turns out I didn’t even need the work done! They saved me over $600 worth of work. Also takes to me about when those services would come up in the future. Since my maintenance package is up at the dealership, I won’t be returning to them. Robertson Tires has my business forever.

I just picked my car up at 2 and it’s running EXACTLY the same if not worse than it was!! The engine light is still blinking and it’s running rough but I was told it was running great which clearly was a lie. I can’t figure out how to upload photos so I can show the paper and the engine light blinking. ZERO stars!!

I have been a fan of Robinson Tire since becoming acquainted with them in 1975 .... Ted Robinson always took great care and was fair each time I needed alignment, a new tire or just a nail pulled....the other day I took my vehicle in and they discovered the reason my tire was losing pressure...nail... Within 10 minutes I was on my way.... These guys have provided me the same quality care as their founder did when I first met him 40 years ago....I recommend Robertson Tire without reservation.

Kevin the manager here always takes really good care of me as well as his workers always fast and courteous. I bought a set of tires from here and had one keep loosing air. It had a nail in it and they repaired it free of charge and I didnt even have to buy a warranty it came with the tires.

I went to Robertson Tire to get a quote on a car part I needed repaired. The quote was three times higher than what they had quoted me in the beginning. I asked the man at Robertson Tire to explain the procedure of repairing it. He told me and I mentioned that to my son-in-law on the phone. They didnt know what they were talking about. My son-in-law repaired my car for three times less than what they had quoted me. When I spoke with my son in law on the phone he said run dont walk out of there! 😉

Will never do business with them again. I have always used the Broken Arrow location and have always been very happy with the service. This was our 1st time to use the Mingo location. We bought 1 tire for my husbands truck about a month ago. Today the vehicle was shaking so bad he had to pull into the nearest garage which was Firestone. The new tire had been seated incorrectly and had lost 3 of the lug-nuts. The repair cost us over $150. Robertsons response was we should have had it towed to their garage to have it checked out even though we had no idea it was from their tire. My husband had no idea what the problem was so it never crossed his mind to try to make it to one of their locations or to have it towed. They will not take the word of another garage as what what the problem was and compensate us at the very least with a discount on the other 3 tires we need to purchase. I cannot recommend Robertsons anymore. Chris was the manager I spoke with. We will purchase the remaining tires from Firestone.

I went to Robertson Tires to have my front end looked at because my tires were rubbed bare just a few weeks after I had them replaced. I knew it was misaligned but I also knew something else was wrong. They looked at my car and found a loose ball joint and tightened it up. I had the car realigned and they waived the alignment check fee and applied a discount. What I thought was so much worse ended up being simple and the staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly!! Robertson Tire fantastic. Range Rover Tulsa Pathetic. Out of town with a flat tire. Purchased a conceirge package when we bought the car. Called Range Rover Tulsa to see if they could fix the tire and put it back on. Transferred to voicemail. Recently had arm surgery. Stranded, I was able to get the spare on between my 9 yr old, my 12 yr old, and wife in the time for the dealership guy to return my call. Asked him if he could provide this service. He hem and hawed about about how he closes at 1 pm (current time was about 9 :30 am) and he only had 1 service tech. He suggested I contact Range Rover Corporate for service even though his dealership was literally 5 min away. Didn’t leave me with much confidence so initially drove the vehicle to Robertson Tire which had great reviews. Can’t say enough good things about Robertson Tires. They looked at it and said the tire had a sidewalk gouge and need to be replaced. Robertson Tire charged me nothing. We then decided to have the dealership cover it under warranty. So we took it over to Range Rover Tulsa. Dealership guy first tells me this is not a warranty issue and he did not have the tire in stock. He did not have the tire that comes with the vehicle when bought new only a few months back. Unbelievable. Further he could not perform any other scheduled maintenance issues while we we here. And he could not provide a courtesy vehicle. At this point I’m wondering why I bought this “Premium Brand”. What a joke. Left Range Rover Tulsa Dealership and went back to Robertson Tire to have it replaced. Robertson actually had the tire transferred from another location in town and installed in no time flat, excuse the pun. The local place even wrapped my old tire in a bag and suggested I take it back to the dealership I bought the car from to see if they could do anything. Wonderful service. Wholehardedly recommend. If I am ever in a bind again and in town, I will use Robertson and recommend to everyone I know.
