I’ve always had good experiences here until recently. Russ on the tan team tried to rip me off for 2800 dollars worth of repairs I didn’t need. They told me my car was unsafe to drive and I would have to sign a waiver to drive it away. All scare tactics. Got some new tires at another location that confirmed I did not need a new wheel, new sensor, new wipers (literally replaced those in March so I for sure knew I didn’t need those), or tire rods. I’ve been coming here for years and was absolutely shocked. I’ve left a message for the customer service manager to see if I can get a refund on my diagnostic that cost about $170, so we will see how that goes. I thought I could trust this service center after years of good treatment. I drive out of my way to come here, but not anymore.

We purchased a maintenance plan for our work van, and this has been quite the disappointment. An oil change should take 20-30 minutes max, but it has taken over two hours the last 3 times. Thats a lot of wasted time when considering we service this van every other month.Their policy says they take one waiting appointment per hour, and it wont be serviced until the previous waiting appointment is complete....so why the hell am I booking an appointment if it doesnt guarantee to be out in a timely manner. Seriously, I could do my own oil change with a blindfold and one arm quicker than this place. Their policy sucks and I would rather go anywhere else and just pay for my oil change than wait around for these knuckleheads to just change my oil. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I found the establishment to be well run if a little expensive. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my car but thats because it has a bad battery and I dont want to pay retail for a new one. The service director was very accommodating very friendly and typically quite responsive. We did not have quite the same luck with our service advisor.

The service is great. Never had a problem with their work. However, the cashier is ridiculous. Always takes them forever to ring you up. Its like they see what you need and then head out for lunch. Unacceptable.

Had morning appt for oil change while I wait. 90 minutes later was told I need front breaks and it would take about 2 hours. They did give me a shuttle home. But no call for 4 hours. The I left 2 voice mails. Only to be called and told the mechanic had just told him they did not have break pads in stock. 5 hours to be told it would be another 2 hours!! Screwed up my whole day. Should have confirmed stock before committing to 2 hour repair.

I scheduled my 2019 Super Duty for a service and recall work over the phone and made it very clear that I will be waiting for the truck and was assured it wouldnt be a problem. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and was informed they had me scheduled as a drop off and that they werent even sure they could get my vehicle into the shop that day. Being as I was past due for my oil change and had a long holiday road trip ahead of me I asked if they could comp a rental so I could get home and they could keep the truck overnight to get it done. The service writer called Shelly I believe it was and explained to her the situation and that I was told I could wait for the truck and that it wouldnt be a problem to which she replied I dont buy that and continued to rant as the service writer was scrambling to turn his phone down so I couldnt hear the rest of what she was saying. Being behind schedule happens to the best of us and I completely understand that but to refuse to make it right and then call me a liar is absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

When I called, they told me the oil change for my van would be $24.95 so I made an appointment. After the service, they tried to charge me $39.99 saying that was the standard price. Frustrating. Fortunately they did make it right this time but it would have been nice to have correct info when making the appointment. Also, when I made the appointment I told them I would wait there for it while they did the change. They said it should take about an hour. When I arrived, they said that they didnt know I would be waiting. It ended up taking 3 hours.

UPDATE: Despite Ford saying they would call they never did, just goes towards the issues Ive had. Also, the $2,200 issue that Ford said needed a whole new sunroof was resolved for $290 at Rose City Sunroof. The sunroof is as good as new and didnt cost $2,200. Dont go to Landmark Ford, clearly they are trying to make a buck.Quite disappointed in the way my situation was resolved. I have a 2014 Ford F150 which has a sunroof leak that took $110.00 to diagnose. After speaking with David Carter, the assistant service manager, he stated it would be $1250 in parts and $1000 in labor to resolve my problem. The thing that makes me mad is the part I need is part of an entire new sunroof, which is not what I need. I need a single track to resolve my water leak and the rest would not be needed but Ill be paying for everything to get one part .If Ford could resolve the problem as other companies that have quoted me $550, why cant Ford do the same. Kind of ridiculous that it costs that much to solve a problem .Lastly, concluding my conversation with David, he said he believes theyve located the issue. With that, it leaves a shadow of doubt that the $110 I spent to diagnose the problem isnt actually the issue. I would recommend going elsewhere since the sunroof has been identified as a big issue/failing point by multiple people and the cost is extended to the customer .

The lady made my appointment were great, but service manager, Adam, was like paying out of his bag, made me feeling that Ford is a very cheap company.My car has two kinds of noises, one might be from springs or differential and another from transmission; for first problem he was driving my car like he was trying not to find the problem. For noise from transmission, he claimed that its natural because this is manual transmission, while its not, nor my car has any kind of manual transmission beside the automatic transmission; yet even if manual transmissions make such a noise, that means a problem.Im sure that, Adam is not cheap guy to judge customer rather than to find the car problem, or might not as that cheap to try to save some money for ford, but that kind of cheap behavior might be from Ford itself requesting employees not to give good service to their customers in purpose of saveing some money, it is all the case that, I have paid for warranty.Very poor service.

Ive purchased more than a few vehicles at Landmark and have had all of them serviced here for more than ten years.Ive tried other advisors and service teams a few times but have always gone back to Jason Moats, currently the head of the Silver team, because I know he will always do his best for my car, my schedule, and whatever my situation needs.Jason is is well qualified to make relevant mechanical recommendations and never makes me feel dumb about automotive details I know nothing about. Hes always willing to take the time to explain things to my satisfaction and never pushes unnecessary services on me.Cars arent going to run perfect forever, so I always take mine to the Silver team at Landmark to get the most out of it for as long as I can.

Worst experience ever! Showed up for a scheduled appointment only to find out that they dont do what we specifically listed on the appointment comments. They tried to call us once but then when we returned the call, the person was not available and no one could just tell us...hey dont take off from work early, you need to call a real mechanic to look at your Ford 150. It wouldnt have been so bad if they could left a message that said they could help or do that type of appointment. Or left information for someone else to tell us when we called...poor customer service...will never go there again...

Tldr; they fixed the problem, gold team manager needs to work on customer service.My boyfriend and I took our ‘97 Ford E-150 in today for the drivers side window because it had stopped rolling up or down and the window had fallen into the door. We got scheduled for the gold team. Steve Moralez was the person in the gold team office that listened to our issue and gave us the total price.He called parts and luckily they had the part in stock and he gave us the total price of $466 to replace the window regulator. $296 for estimate of labor and $170 for the part. That was a much higher price than I had anticipated since when I looked up the price of that part online it was only about $40-$60.When I asked Steve about why the price of the part was so high since it was much cheaper online, he only said “I can’t answer that, you can buy it online and we will install it but we can’t warranty it”. This part of our visit is the reason that I am giving them 3 stars instead of 5. We do not have much money and the total price was hard to hear. I knew that the dealer part would be more expensive than the online part but 3x the online price is A LOT more. All I wanted was a little bit of sympathy and an explanation. Something like, “We know our prices can be expensive but our parts are of the highest quality and are covered under warranty...”. Basically a “we understand that this is hard but choosing us is worth it”.Needless to say, we did end up paying $473.19, the extra charge over the estimate was for some rivets. The window rolls up and down smoothly. Everybody else at Landmark Ford Lincoln we talked to was great. But I can’t help but feel a little ripped off after driving away. Hence the 3 stars for no sympathy.

Poor service poor customer satisfactions no check back.. Took my mustang in and Had a diagnostic done.. after $110.00 later they give me back my car still dead flat tire. And said...We cant figure out What was wrong.... After I took my car to a different shop found out. IT WAS A BAD BATTERY !!!!! I will never go to Landmark Ford again. The service department continues to give bad service. I don’t write reviews ever, but based on prior experiences and today’s events, I am definitely done. No communication. My car was supposed to be ready at 5. They said they would call, but of course I had to call them. It was ready. Then I asked for the shuttle to come get me. I live 5 minutes away. It took them 52 minutes and 4 phone calls to finally get to me. Then after the shuttle got me to the dealership 4 minutes later (so it wasn’t traffic) the car had to still go through wash. I had a 5:30 commitment. Obviously I was late. I will travel to Salem or Newberg for service before I ever go to landmark ford again. And I only live 4 minutes from landmark. The worst ever.

Brought my car in for warranty repair, and was told I could get a loaner for a day while the work is done. Upon my arrival I had to walk all over the parking lot to find my car because no one knew where it was at and once I returned back to the loaner department I find they wont loan a car to anyone under 25. I had an old Mercedes before my ford and even at 18 was provided a loaner (brand new Mercedes)! Shows they really value there younger customers. I have now been waiting for 30 minutes for them to just bring my car around front for me to take home. I WILL NEVER COME BACK ONCE THIS WARRENTY IS SOLVED!!

I brought my car in a month ago. I have been dodged by most employees. My warranty for my transmission was denied because my car has aftermarket sway bars however this isnt a part that affects the transmission. Under the Magness-Moss act it is illegal to deny my car warranty because I have other parts that dont relate to said part that is having an issue. Do not bring your car in if you want to be discriminated against. They saw I was young with a nice car and choose to try and deny me.

BUYER BEWARE LANDMARK FORDI have a 2018 F350 Platinum which when all said and done cost me over 100,000 dollars and this is the respect I got from the ownerIn his own wordsI received a copy of your very negative Ford survey review. After Damien jumped through hoops to try to satisfy your concerns I was very surprised. Although you said nothing was done to your truck on the first visit you confirmed with Damien that the tires were rotated? Since all the fluids were not topped off Damien agreed to just redo it all to satisfy your concerns although fairly certain that the work was done albeit not correct. I saw the air filter that came out on the 2nd visit. I would not call it totally black. If you look at your filter today my guess is it now looks similar as the diesel does product the black in the filter quickly. If this survey is truly the way you feel about our service and attempts to satisfy you then you probably should have service elsewhere. I and the store have gone to great lengths to try to satisfy you but have failed in your opinion.
