These guys are really great. My check engine light has been on for sometime now. As I needed to get passed at DEQ I was hoping my older model Mercedes would find resolution that wouldnt break the bank.They totally hooked me up with a loaner car, explained the possibilities of what they might find, and the accompanying price ranges, and assured me they would get to the bottom of whatever was going on with my car.They finished earlier then expected and under the original quote! Mark and his entire team are complete professionals and tailor their approach to their customers’ needs. The depth and breadth of their Mercedes knowledge is truly incredible. They were able to repair the soft top on my convertible without resorting to replacing the entire hydraulic system. A Dream Come True For Mercedes OwnersI do not write many reviews. Probably because I started a company years ago and built it into something I was proud of before I sold it to retire. I am making an exception here because the people at Lakeside Mercedes Repair provided two things that I rarely see these days: Honesty and Competence.Since my Mercedes warranty expired I have been trying to find a place that can service my car as I find dealerships always trying to do more than is needed with car service and repairs. My son has been in the car business for 23 years and one thing he has stressed to me is dealerships make most of their money, not from selling cars but from servicing them.That said recently my car engine light went on and I needed to get it looked at. I decided to try Lakeside Mercedes. They found the problem and repaired it along with all the service needs my car was due to have done.The thing that impressed me was each time we found an issue, instead of trying to talk me into a repair, they called me to explain that I might not need the service, or that I should make sure the service needed like a leak in the emissions system could still be covered under my original manufacturers warranty.They did not need to do this but felt it was the right thing to do. The honest way to do business. Anyway all the repairs and service done were first rate, the warranty of the repairs was fair and they now have my business as long as I own a Mercedes.Also, I was impressed that they were very aware of Covid-19 protocols for businesses and did a great job making it as safe as possible for customers. Even after I signed the receipt I was about to put a pen back and was asked to leave it out as they like to clean and sterilize them each time they are used.Anyway I really recommend these people highly. They do great work and are honest and the prices are fair, especially when compared to the dealerships.Recommended

Had an electrical problem on a climate Control part. Jon was willingto look at it and found the problem. He was willing to help fix it,even with the part not being his responsible.

I needed to have my B maintenance done on my 2014 E350 AMG. I found this auto repair place on the internet. Their reviews were very high in customer service and the cost comparison to the dealership was much less. Everything was very professional from my first phone call to picking up my vehicle after they performed the service. I was treated with respect, professionalism and care. What impressed me most was after they performed my B maintenance they suggested some other repairs for my car. Taylor reviewed each of the suggestions with me and proceeded to show me exactly what they recommended and why on another vehicle, so that I could see the needed repairs for my self. There was no condescending tone to Taylors explanations. I took my car back for those additional repairs a month later and was treated with the same care. Highly recommended!

They were very helpful and thorough. They did a PPI on a car i was looking at for a fraction of the cost that the dealership wanted and gave me way more information about the car (I had a car inspected at the dealership prior and they barely gave me any info).

Took my 1992 300SD here to have the the blower and regulator replaced. When my husband brought the car home the mpg indicator and speedometer wernt working. Both were in perfect working order when the vehicle was dropped off. They also told me I had 10% on my front brakes, but they were recently done. Not sure whats going on here...

This place is where you must take your Mercedes to for any repair.They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My car was with another mechanic for thirteen months from July 2015 to August 2016 and I wasted over $600 with them. My car was drooped to Lakeside on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning it was running. Also I was told I do need a new transmission for over $2300 including labor but, Mark asked me to wait for a day or two. He repaired the transmission for only $425.00 and saved me more than $1800.00WHAT A BIG MISTAKE FOR NOT COMING TO MARK ON JULY 2015.Thanks Mark.

Lakeside Mercedes replaced a torque strut on my car today, which they had originally installed 15 months ago. Even though the warranty expired 3 months ago, they didnt charge me for this repair. Im impressed that they stood behind their work. Also, they provided a loaner car to me.

Ive had excellent service experiences here on my several Mercedes vehicles spanning from the classic (ok - semi-classic) 79 300SD up through more recent examples including my E300 Turbo.The staff are helpful and professional, works is done on time and where there are issues that crop up, they are explained clearly and reviewed prior to incurring unexpected charges.

Just got my ‘94 SL500 back from them, and I am very impressed with the work they have done. It literally feels like I’m driving a brand new car. I will definitly be back for my future repairs and needs.

Well I have had a wonderful experience with LakeSide Motors. I purchased a 1998 SL500 with no real history and 105K miles. It had some issues and to my delight all were corrected and the only delay was getting a few parts. It was a pleasure to work with Taylor, he kept me informed daily and that was unexpected. They are my shop for sure and I also own a 13 C250 which will be going there. I have recommended 2 of my buddies with MBs there as well. Do yourself a favor and go by and talk to them for all your repairs, great work and a very fair price.Well just finished another successful trip to LakeSide Mtrs. Got a few things fixed and a new battery. Found a few things to repair in the coming months and as always it will be at LakeSide. I got rid of my 13 C250 and replaced it with a 14 C300 4Matic. Both cars only go to LakeSide much to the local dealers dismay. So my advice when you find someone you trust stay with them and you will be treated like family.
