This place was a very decent storage, nice and secure, from what I saw the units were in excellent condition. The only reason Im not their anymore is cause I built my own little shed in my back yard. Staff their were great people to work with on the billing side of things.

The facilities here are well-maintained compared to other storage places that I have been to and thats saying a lot considering that I have been to storage units all over the United States and Canada. I have not had any issues with security of my possessions nor do I fear for my life being here late at night. I would recommend d this particular Public Storage facility to anybody looking for a great price on a unit and commend Michelle and the staff for their management abilities. 👍

Went tonight to get a storage only to be told that we couldnt get one. And then the women working said my husband couldnt be in the room with me even though he was going to be on the account and he had a mask on. Extremely rude so we went to cube smart. They welcomed us. I wont come back.

Man, I gotta say that I was most impressed with my Public Storage experience here in Thornton. First off, when I called I was not placed on hold or told I had to wait for an available space. The service rep pretty much laid everything out in terms of dimensions, cost, length of lease, and promotions. I received a 50 % off promo which really won some stars. Now, for Brad, the property facilitator and eyes on security (hope I got the title right)... Brad explained everything in detail providing me with confidence in the business and professionalism that this man portrayed. My only complaint, if considered a complaint, is that I had to be charged additionally for a lock. Makes sense. They supply the leased space and I provide the protection (of which only I have the key for). After I calmed my internal tantrum down, I understood that. Anyway, all moved in within the course of less than 48 hrs. Brad and the team made that possible. If youre in need of quick, easy, and professionally managed storage, this is the place!

Very clean and secure, I was greeted by the property manager who was friendly and very helpful . His assistant made all the arrangements to get the storage unit I needed, along with clear directions on how they could assist me on my move. They assessed the size of unit I required and provided the material needed to keep my belongings in the condition in which they were stored. Brad is incredibly professional under any circumstances. Im a male to female transitioner and had to give my old ID, and this was the first time Ive had to do that in a long time that felt in no way awkward whatsoever. The facilities were clean and great. When the unit I was trying to rent was frozen shut, he had another ready to go. Very friendly, wonderful customer service. My stuff is safe here, and I was able to get in and out with no hassles at all.
