The whole experience was truly amazing an smooth, especially when life throws you a curve ball and stress is at its all time high. From the phone call I made, speaking with Jane and going into the Thornton location with Brian couldnt have been more smooth. Jane was nice and help. Now Brian, let me tell you about that gentleman!!! So many things keep going not as planned that day. Every time they did Brian told me not too worry and always gave me a solution that made things work, he is also very informative. Always trying to help everyone save money and giving them advice to help make their storage experience the most. There is nothing like someone willing to help especially when you feel like life has already given you too much. Super friendly and prompt customer service. No hassle and quick in-and-out processing. I was able to arrive, look at my space, and do the paperwork in all of about 20 minutes. Its a little more $ than some around the area, but you get what you pay for. Clean and secure for sure.

I dealt with Brian on the phone, finalizing my lease for a short term storage space and he made it as easy as could be. He was a delight to talk to and explained everything perfectly. He even recommended a cheaper plan than I had intended on purchasing based off their website, which shows some really hard to come by business integrity. Would highly recommend.

Office is neat and smells clean, personnel is more than helpful which is the manager store Brian. Units are well maintained.

Brian is great to deal with. He always returns calls and answers questions. The storage is clean and well lit at night. Never had any problems with getting in the gate like we did at two other places. Would highly recommend.

It a great place to park your motorhome, i had the parking at the end of the building where it protected by the camera. I felt that my motorhome is safe the whole time. That’s my great experience without having to worry about anything happens to it. I give it 5 star for my motorhome being protected.

Reasonably priced outdoor storage. It was really nice getting the first month free especially since we only needed short term storage. Gena the manager was so kind and friendly every time and helped us when we first signed up by going over all our options and showing us each size available. I’m also writing this review on Gena’s professionalism. When we were going to start our move out there was a very upset customer who frankly was being rude and condescending. The way Gena handled the situation and maintained composure especially after some of the things the customer had cursed at her made me want to recognize and recommend this storage facility!
