Had a great experience with everyone but the manager, if there are any issues he does not seem to wish to actually correct any of them unless it profits the company. I believe the other manager is her husband and he is quite kind and is the one keeping this place afloat customer service wise.

Well the issue with this establishment is if you are above 62, get ready to duck or bang your head. This is an old structure, and the 68 was not into effect for a door height. Other than that, no prob

Not enough security or proper lighting. Someone broke into our unit. The management (who lives on site) knew about the break in that morning. But didnt bother notifying us until around 2:00 p.m. When the police were brought up, they quickly mentioned they were doing their own investigation... Very suspicious behavior on Managements part. Not to mention the type of lock we had on would have had to be ground off. But yet they didnt hear or see anything... Remember they live on site. So I would definitely not recommend storing your belongings here. There is more and or better options in the area.

Tina and Dan are amazing! We got very behind on our payments and they worked with us by keeping us informed on deadlines so our unit wouldnt be sold. They know how hard it is to maintain the payments along with everything else we have to deal with in life and they were so helpful and understanding. They dont enjoy having to sell peoples units, its just their job. Our family appreciates their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you Dan and Tina!

The property itself is great, as are Tina and Travis. Cassie, another one of the employees could certainly use some coaching in interpersonal skills, the management of problems, and situational awareness. Being wrongfully accused by her of something that I had video proof of not doing certainly put a bad taste in my mouth about renting here. From screaming calls, to threats of fines and unit lockouts for something I did not do and she had no proof of is not the way to handle a minor situation. The problem has been reported to management and corporate.

The one thing I LOVE is that the facility officially closes at 9 pm, but unlike other storage facilities, the gate will open to let you out, but wont open to let you in. Love that! Easily accessible, close to our home and an awesome deal! Would recommend to anyone!

Its where my brother stores his belongings. He lets me store stuff there but I really like the place Im going to get my own unit there

Quick easy and friendly .we had one day to move our stuff out of our apt .they let us use a moving truck for free which saved us from losing all our stuff .thank you Mini U Storage for saving us .👍

My mom had a slip and fall and they just want to give us the run around?! Don’t waste your time here! Go somewhere else! This place needs to be shut down and I’ll be sure to get this out so everyone knows how big of a scam this company is! Sad that we have to file a police report in order to get the name of the company‘s CEO!

Horrible experience, I was followed out to my vehicle by an aggressive employee who then proceeded to yell and shout vulgar comments at me. All I was trying to do was drop off my truck, but I was welcomed with cant you see we are busy, move your damn truck as soon as I stepped inside the office. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Best pricing in storage that I could find. I made the mistake of clearing out my unit before informing them. They called me first thing in the morning to tell me my lock was gone and my stuff missing. So they are on top of their stuff!

I have nothing but great things to say. Extremely helpful, considerate, friendly, and family oriented. Went through them to get a moving truck and they did everything they could to get me the best deal and went through all the in’s and out’s to make sure it happened. I would recommend them anytime!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! Extreamly rude manager called Cassie. She didnt have the van I reserved 2 days ago and was unapologetic about that, lied about trying to call me all day, because I didnt get any calls all day, and told me: all you are gonna get is the large truck, and youre gonna pay the price it is. She kept on arguing in a nasty manner, and got mad when I finally told her ok, just give me the f... truck, than told me to leave her office, or she was going to call 911. When I asked to talk to her boss, she said Im the boss, Im manager. Police never came, and she called her boss but didnt let me speak with him! Some manager! I am never going back there.

If you want be treated direspectfull and like a animal rent this place.I have my srorege for over 2 years but I rarely go to the place.The first time I need replace my entrance code cassandra treated me with extraordinary disrespect.No problem I will be moving my storage where I can deal with a mormal polite people without a narrow mind.(they lie).I called corp. To complaint suppose spoke with the vice president but look like they are not really involved or worry about the direction of they business or was my ethnicity I am not sure but I will find my legal rigths, people need to stop treat others bad for no reason and lie about.

Extremely unprofessional and cowardly. I went to nights in a row to clear stuff out of my storage unit. At around 9pm both nights, packed up and left. They had the audacity to tell my girlfriend (who is the account holder eventhough its my storage unit) that I am not allowed on the property ever again and if I am found to be there, they will call the police on me. Nobody Ever talked to me while I was there, didnt mention any trash, they went behind my back and caused a huge argument with my girlfriend, made me feel like I was some sort of criminal. They dont have lights in the aisles but when I left I looked around and didnt see trash. I wouldnt be surprised if some trash was left but it was pitch black so I dont know I picked up what I could. The old lady was rude on the phone and the entire situation is a little weird and VERY unprofessional. It kind of seems like they do this kind of stuff on purpose (telling a spouse this or that... Making up lies basically... In order to watch drama unfold). They did this before too... A couple months ago they said I didnt lock my unit and said they sent me a new lock and tacked $40 to the bill. They said they sent it registered mail and Yada Yada. I have no doubt they lied about all that too. They just wanted to stir stuff up., and I know that now because they are doing the same thing with this invisible trash situation. Anyway Im filing with the BBB.
