Two Men and a Truck were professional, cared for our belongings and were fast! I appreciated the office staff calling a couple days before our move to confirm our appointment, and the communication from the movers on the day of the move was great. They wrapped furniture and other items as needed, but still worked quickly and had the move done a bit under the quoted time. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again when we look to move (which hopefully isnt for awhile ;) ).

Justin and Francisco were my drivers/loaders. I cannot say enough good about these two men. They are extremely hard working and wouldnt stop for a break. They were very polite and were diligent about protecting my doorways and flooring. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. They are very responsive, call with schedule times and the office was great to work with as well. I felt this was a very good value as well. I will pass on this company to anyone I know who is moving.

I also have found their online platforms super easy to use and navigate. Brad and Andrew at the office were awesome and responsive, and then I was even more impressed by the movers, Brandon and Chris. The two of them were extremely professional, kind and STRONG! They were efficient which I also appreciated, because 2M & T charge by the hour. I had a great experience, would recommend and use again. Thank you!

This was the most unprofessional moving company I’ve ever worked with. Everything was good leading up to the move (confirmed via email and by phone) then the day of the move (when they were supposed to arrive between 8-9 am), they just didn’t show up. After calling probably 50 times with no answers and leaving multiple voicemails, I finally got through to Laurie, our estimator who worked hard to figure out what happened. She was able to secure another crew for us (ours called in sick? Doesn’t excuse the lack of communication) and they finally arrived at almost 1 pm. They worked hard but scratched the wood floors badly and broke our elliptical. Before we left our old house, h asked if they were putting the basement door back on and they said yes. They didn’t, and left it leaning on the wall. When we went back to the old house to clean up, it had fallen into the oven and shattered the glass. I’ve tried to reach customer service so many times and left voicemails with no response. The damages to our floors, elliptical, and oven are considerable and I can’t get anyone to return any calls. Do not use this company - incredibly unprofessional with communication and follow through.

My husband and I used Two Men and a Truck to move us since I am 37 weeks pregnant, we have used their services before and were very satisfied until this last time. The movers werent very professional (on their phones, asked them to keep their distance since some were not vaccinated yet they were within a foot of me) they said they would need to get another mover in to get things done in that six hour mark, it took them eight hours to move us and we were charged a grand over what we were quoted. They werent even able to move all our things (even with the third mover) so now we have to find another company to move our other things.

The movers were fantastic, but the office staff is another story.The wrong size truck was scheduled for our move which required two trips, lots of extra time and cost (hourly rates).We suffered minor damages to our house as a result of the move and followed the process of filing a damage claim with the company. After the damage claim was filed, we cant get anyone at the company to respond to our emails and phone calls.Our agreement has a clause for damage claims, but if the company refuses to respond.....we are apparently out of luck.One star feels like too generous. Would not recommend to anyone.Edit- Managements response below is misleading. I called that number multiple times prior to leaving the review and multiple times after managements reply. Nobody picks up that line and I have never received a response to the messages I left. Terrible service.

My husband & I just relocated from a small, 3rd floor apartment to a ranch home and we had a bit of heavy furniture we needed help moving - I could not recommend this company enough. We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quote was detailed and thorough, everything was explained to me prior. Our movers, Aaron & Brad were wonderful. Very kind, efficient, careful with our belongings. I dont think wed use another service again for any future moves. Youll be well taken care of with Two Men & a Truck!

Booked a date a month prior to our move. Received confirmation. Tried to get in touch the whole week before the move to confirm and nobody ever answered the phone. The day before our move we finally got an answer and they said that we weren’t on their schedule and even though we had a confirmation there was nothing they would do about it.

The two men who moved my mother-in-law were on time, professional, friendly, took extra care of every item. Made sure everything was perfectly wrapped and safe. Took extra care with every item. Did everything we asked them to do. They were quick, still making sure they did everything carefully and with caution. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. They are the best movers I have ever used and from now on we will never use another moving company except Two Men and a Truck. Also, Karen, who is the office person who handles all the scheduling and details is exceptional. We had issues with the home where we were moving my mother-in-law, but she made sure she did everything that she was asked, including having to reschedule due to the request of the place we were moving and making sure to meet all of our needs. She is very friendly, helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. We had follow up phone calls from other personnel to make sure our move went well and we had no problems. This company goes far beyond on the service and customer service. I give this company a 20 out of 10 review.

Fantastic service - great price, prompt, and super fast. Part of the move included a full-sized fridge going from my basement, up some tight stairs, and to my neighbors garage. The fellas quickly found the best way to do, including removing the fridge door, and were happy to put it back on after. Overall, I was very impressed at how fast and efficiently they worked. Would be happy to use these guys again.

We were referred to Two Men and a Truck by a friend who used them for a move about a year prior. We had a great experience with Zach and his team. Everything went very seamless and we even completed our move over 3 hours earlier than expected. Everything was moved carefully and my husband and I didnt have to do ANY heavy lifting. We budgeted for $1,000 for the move and moved our entire two bedroom apartment for half that! I will absolutely refer Two Men and a Truck to any friends and use them for any future move. 5/5 stars!

After being quoted an hourly rate, and being assured that there would be no additional or hidden fees I was charged a $150 Travel Charge upon the arrival of the movers. Obviously, this unscrupulous company knows that people will not time to hire a different moving company, and will have no choice but to comply or be forced to break a lease. It is utterly ridiculous that both their scheduling agents and their website blatantly lie to customers and say that they will not have hidden fees when they clearly do. This was my first time using a moving company and I could not have asked for a better experience. The office team was extremely friendly and professional, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address all my questions. On moving day, the move team was responsive, attentive, and came with a great sense of humor along with professionalism. Will definitely use this company again!

My crew was Jay, Adam and Mike out of the Thornton location. They were polite and professional, friendly and kind. They far exceeded my expectations. (And I have pretty high expectations.) They all used more care moving my house than I would used myself. They worked so cohesively and have obvious respect for each others experience and professional opinion. I highly recommend 2 men and a truck, especially this crew.

My moving crew was great, nice guys and they finished before the estimate. There was a small issue where a vanity was broken during the move. I got a damage report and thought it would be fine. Over the next month I called and left two voicemails and never heard anything. My third call I talked to someone and I thought it was resolved. On my fourth call to the company I found out the check was sent to an incorrect address. Overall the moving experience was fine but dont expect your issue to be resolved quickly if theres a problem. Moved 5/18, currently 7/8 without the check for damages. Update: as of 7/27 I still havent received my payment

Zach and Jay were great on my recent move across town. They were right on time, knocked out my move quickly and took great care of my belongings. When my couch couldn’t make it around a corner and into my new apartment because of its size, Zach removed the moving blanket and re-wrapped the couch in plastic so that it wouldn’t be damaged in the snow while I figured out what to do with it. On top of that, the office staff were great in arranging the move and even calling me to see how the move was going while Zach and Jay were working. I’d highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, and will definitely use them in the future.

The guys that showed up were very professional and a joy to work with. They had great attitudes and clearly enjoyed working together. They interacted well with us and were very efficient and quick to move the large heavy items we had up and downstairs out to the driveway. Would definitely recommend the Thornton branch for sure.

I’ve hired Two Men and a Truck several times over the last decade. Unfortunately, their service has hit an all time low. I purchased a new construction in December and had to change the moving date in which they raised their rates due to “high” demand. I chose to continue with the higher fee. They ended up destroying two of my walls in which they started a claim. Months have passed with no response. I’ve emailed them and left a voicemail with no response.I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use them.

The move was much easier and quicker than we expected. Jose and Carter did a great job with both big items and many boxes. I will use Two Men and a Truck again when we need something moved locally.

Honestly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company. Good luck getting in touch with their customer service. When I was finally able to get in touch with them, I was screamed at on the phone by Francisco and Bryce Palmer and they ended up hanging up on me. Both also lied to me about being management, and refused to let me speak with the actual manager Taylor.They ended up breaking about half the items we wanted to get moved, which was only 8 items. We signed up for an insurance policy which stated that we would be reimbursed for some of the damages, but this did not happen. They took 2 hours to move those items 6 blocks, which ended up costing us a fortune. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive/professional moving experience.

I was on a tight budget and the cost per hour was just right compared to other companies. Also, I was so impressed that the two guys got my furniture for a 2 bedroom apartment all moved in just two hours, which also helped my budget. They were professional, so efficient, and worked well together.

The team was very professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was secured in the truck. They had to bring some heavy items up a relatively narrow stairwell and around corners and did so without destroying anything! I would recommend Brick and Michael to handle any moving anything you need.

My neighbor used your services this morning to move things in. As your driver was backing up the truck, he hit branches on my tree causing a few to fall off, not a big deal, but I went out to check on the tree and to make sure the damage was not worse. Most professionals would have apologized, moved their truck and showed responsibility for their clumsiness. Unfortunately, your employee, the driver, was argumentative claiming that he did not break the tree, but mother nature would have done the same thing. Wow! Please do a thorough check on the people you hire to ensure they represent you well.

I have had some terrible experiences hiring movers in the past. Two Men and a Truck were recommended by a Realtor friend of mine. I could not have been more impressed and happy with the experience. They sent out three guys and a large truck. Not only were they fast, but they were all very careful with the boxes and furniture. I felt very comfortable with them in my home, and moving my familys belongings. Also, the price was really reasonable, especially considering how good of job they did. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the Pros.

They called before arriving telling me they were about 10 min away. They arrived shortly after the call. We discussed the move and reviewed the quote. Throughout the move they asked questions. Did a few extra things (moving items to the garage, put some items in my car, etc. No damage to anything and beat the estimated time of completion. They saved us about $500 with their efficiency.

I want to start off this review with a few warnings. First Two Men and a truck on Grant Drive in Thornton CO has a “F” rating with the BBB and is NOT accredited. The local office cares ZERO about their customers and their corporate office is just as bad.The movers were about an hour late. This was a Tuesday morning and rush hour Denver traffic can be awful, I’m annoyed but fine ok. They come into my apartment, look at the few boxes (I had 8-10 boxes) and furniture (9 pieces in total with my bedroom and living room) and say that nothing is concerning and it should be a quick and easy move. I lived in a 700 square foot apartment so I didn’t have a lot.The (clearly) tenured mover went over the paperwork with me. When we got to the Damage Claims section and additional insurance portion, he told me that he had never had a damage before and I quote, “will not be having his first damage today. He did not explain any of the details of the paid insurance option other than I could add it for $200 and again made a point to say that he had no concerns with my things. He’s the PROFESSIONAL so I took his advice and we moved through the rest of the paperwork.It became clear VERY quickly that the second “man” doing my move was very new. The tenured mover told me that he had been training a string of “new guys” lately and he apologized how long it was taking them as the new guy needed to be talked and walked through EVERYTHING he was doing. What should have been 1.5-2 hours tops (again according to the tenured guy) took 3 hours by the end of it.Here’s where my review comes in/from. My antique couch (made in 1967) was broke while they were moving it down the apartment stairs. The tenured guy was holding the couch by its 54 year old legs and the new guy was not following directions which resulted in 2 legs being broken off as the couch was going down the stairs, again by “PROFESSIONAL” movers. I have personally moved this couch numerous times with other non-professional movers (ie friends and family) and have NEVER broke anything on the couch. I could not move myself this time around as I am 5 months pregnant.I was told the local office would be in contact over the damage that day. I never received a call. I called the office the next day (Wednesday) and spoke with Bryce Palmer who basically told me that my “free coverage” covered $0.60 of every pound of my couch. They DID NOT weigh my couch OR measure my couch and used their “estimator” to determine that my 10 foot long antique couch weighed 150 lbs and they were likely going to cut me a check for $90. I told him $90 was unacceptable as similar antique couches made in 1967 and by same manufacturer were online for $1700 and that I paid $550 for my couch. He said again, I would likely be receiving $90 for my couch…. I told him again this was unacceptable and that I should be made whole and told him I wanted to speak to his manager, he told me he was the manager and he gave me corporate’s number. Following this call and after I calmed down, I reached out to the corporate office and was given the run around and basically told that the local site makes all determinations. What kind of corporate office does not look into issues with their local sites?TLDR: I paid $535 for a moving service that was SUPPOSED to be done by professionals. 1 “man” was very clearly not a professional and that resulted in the movers breaking my $550 antique couch and I am being told that $90 is what they will be sending me to make this right. Please tell me where I can buy a couch for $90...I have worked in customer service for large and small companies and can confidently say THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR MAKING THINGS RIGHT WHEN THEY DAMAGE/DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY. BRING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Worst experience moving ever! First Laurie underestimated my move, then their dispatcher Andrew, wouldn’t answer my calls or respond. They clearly have no interest in customer service and the incompetence is staggering.Please do yourself a favor and use different movers. I was able to get “Your Personal Movers” in Golden to help, and they were great!

This is the Best moving company Ive ever used! I have used them twice in 2 different states and the the result is always the same. Perfect!! I was so pleased that I recommended them to my family and friends and now they have used them for 3 of their moving needs.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. I have never in my life experienced horrific customer service the likes this company seems to excel in. I had a local move that was scheduled 2 months in advance, only to be cancelled 45 minutes before our scheduled start time. I was a loyal customer of this company for the last 5-6 years, but not only will I never use this company again; I will continue to tell everyone I ever meet to NEVER use this company.

My movers from Two Men and a Truck were super efficient and nice people as well! I was quoted at 1.5-4.5 hours and they were done at 1.5 hours. They made sure to ask where I wanted certain pieces of furniture and were also cautious of not wearing their shoes and tracking mud in the house. I wasnt expecting such pleasant service during a move from one third story apartment to another on a 10 degree day but they did it!

I had booked a local move two months in advance with Two Men and a Truck after reading many wonderful reviews. The day before our scheduled move, I received a call confirming that everything was on track and ready to go for the next morning. Unfortunately at 7:45 am (15 minutes before their arrival time) I got another call where I was told because of a staffing issue, my move could no longer be completed and they had to cancel. I was offered two unsatisfactory alternatives to 1) be put on a waiting list and be ready to move at a moments notice at the companys discretion or 2) reschedule for the following week. Neither of these was viable considering leases dont allow that kind of flexibility and with all our stuff packed away, we needed a place to stay. In their policies, they state that customers are required to give 48 hours notice if theyd like to cancel services or a penalty will apply. However this same courtesy does not apply to them going the other way. We were forced to rent truck on our own and purchase materials needed to do the move ourselves. Im sure they would have done a great job, however please be warned that in case of a staffing problem, they dont seem to have any back up solutions and will not hesitate to cancel on you at a moments notice.

Our movers showed up at 4pm for a “6-9” hour move. We were told that they had to quit at 11pm to return the truck so that one worker could get back to his halfway-house. I drove some of our belongings to our new home and everytime I came back, all three guys were taking a smoke break. We have a 12” long and deep gouge in our drywall, chipped door jam, and a severely scratched refrigerator. There was no way they could get it all done by 11pm with their work ethic and we wound up helping to move our own boxes. A good friend offered to drive the gentleman back to his halfway-house and all we got was a $180 credit and a “sorry.” We paid for three pairs of eyeballs on the fridge and no one said it wouldn’t fit, but they kept pushing anyway. We had to pay another outfit to come move the rest just fine. Lazy, poor quality movers with a disrespectful customer care team.Update: 7-7-2020 —- Regarding your response: I’d be glad to speak with the owner of the company should you provide a name and number. I will NOT be calling your customer care team again as they flat-out don’t care about their customers.Customers: Please also be cautious that many of the positive reviews that are “coincidentally” placed just after a previous negative review may indeed be staged by employees and friends of the owners. Many of the last names are suspicious. This company will rope you into an all encompassing contract and then treat your belongings like a hacky-sack. You have no other recourse from their contract and/or they will threaten to sue you!

The crew that moved us were outstanding. Very professional and helpful. Took great care with our glass pieces along with everything else. Friendly and upbeat. This is the first time we used movers and we were blown away with the experience. Steve, Bobby and Eli were wonderful. Kudos to you for having such a great staff.

This business is one class act! They went out of their way to help me at a very stressful time. Karen, who took my order talked me through everything and was even available after hours. Themovers were so polite and kind. USE THIS COMPANY! They are the best.

The 6 movers we had led by Leif were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, did a quick walk through and got to work. They got our 4,600 square foot house loaded into two trucks in just under 3 hours, took great care in handling everything, and had a great attitude the entire time. We bought them lunch and they were so grateful. They drove to the next house and unloaded everything so quickly and brought each item to the room where it belonged. The unwrapped everything that was wrapped in plastic and moving pads. They even helped us arrange furniture. At the end of the day, we even came in under the estimate!!! I cant recall all of their names, but Leif S., Moises, Nick P., Nick T., and the other two men were amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck! Thank you!!!

Mateo, Michael, and Matthew were awesome! They showed up on time, polite, and worked hard. They were pleasant to talk to and ensured they were taking care of my stuff. They packed my storage unit quickly and efficiently. They got the truck packed quickly on the initial pick up and also unloaded at the final step quickly as well. When I move again in a few months I will use Two Men and a Truck and ask for these three.

My friend recommended two men and a truck after hed had a great experience. I wasnt able to get the crew that hed used, but I couldnt have been more pleased with my crew. Zach, Carlo, and David were great to work with. They were extremely careful. There was one scratch on my wood floor. I pointed it out and the guys had me follow up on Monday and within a week the Company had sent someone out to fix up the floor. I will plan to call 2 Men and a Truck the next time I move.

What an amazing move experience! The two movers were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I cant believe how fast the move went. They were professional and friendly and didnt hesitate to do what I asked. The office staff were always very helpful and friendly. This was the best money I spent on the move. Will definitely refer and use again.

Of all the companies I have worked with, this one was easily the worst. The workers threw our belonging into the truck, with no rhyme or reason..breaking, cracking, or denting several items. The movers did not finish their job after unloading and left the litter from their lunch in our driveway.When I sent the photo I had of the truck, which I am going to try to attach. I was told that the employees were let go but since I hadnt paid for extra insurance there was nothing that could be done. I pushed back as the moving job was truly horrific. The person in charge of communicating with me was extremely rude and continuously implied it was my fault for not paying almost double in insurance to cover the companys negligence.Absolute worst experience I have ever had.

Moving is always a difficult process. Two Men and a Truck helped the move roll along as smoothly as possible. Zach and Blake were friendly and easy to work with. They were careful with our stuff yet they worked quickly and efficiently. I would use this moving service again and would recommend to friends and family.

Hired two movers for a quick (~1 hour) internal move, which involved rearranging some heavy furniture between rooms. The guys called ahead, showed up on time, and completed the job successfully. They were friendly and courteous throughout the process. I contacted them last minute (yesterday) and they were able to fit me into their schedule for 8am this morning. Although they were not cheap (I likely could have found a cheaper company with more advanced planning), I am plenty satisfied with their work (they got a very heavy desk up a narrow flight of stairs) and am glad they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. I would use this company again.

Excellent setup with the office staff. Excellent follow through to insure a timely effort. The two movers were complete gentleman, patient and worked quickly with great care. I could not have asked for a better moving experience.

This was my first experience with Two Men And A Truck and they totally exceeded my expectations! The office staff was professional, thorough, and helpful from start to finish! They followed up not only after the move but in the middle of the move itself to assure everything was going smoothly. That made me feel very cared for and ensured my trust with the company. However, my experience with the movers was what made my moving day so enjoyable and stress free. Christopher Anderson and Tyreen Thomas were polite, professional, personable and efficient! Not only did I feel like all my belongings were in good and safe hands but their friendly personalities is really what made the moving day more special. Our experience from start to finish was seamless, easy and pleasant with every person we dealt with. Our movers, Michael Morse, Mauricio Castillo and Ethan Voorhees were on time, respectful, worked really well together, had a positive attitude and worked hard until the job was done! We definitely want those guys again when we move the rest of our stuff! Karen, the move coordinator, was very thorough and pleasant and the fellow in the office on Saturday called to see how things were going. Amazing! Great customer service all the way through! She was an absolute delight to work with. then there was the moving crew. We were fortunate to have the team of Zach, Leban, and Nick. The were efficient, professional, and diligent in their effort to handle our belongings with care. Simply stated, they are the best! They were both a pleasure to work with and they took great care with my personal belongings and care in placement so as not to damage anything. Very efficient and quick to move in our furniture and boxes. They placed everything where it should be, which was a huge time saver.

Both Movers were great and went above and beyond what was asked of them. I had a over size sofa that would not fit through the door and had to be moved over the 2nd floor balcony. They were happy to help move it over the balcony and did it in no time at all. Great Job guys!! Both were very nice and we can say after the move we kind of miss talking to them. Almost wish the move was longer :). Thanks again guys!!

If I could rate 1/2 star I would. Setting the appointment and dispatch was good. The actual move was horrible, couldnt have been worse. So many damaged items including the home we were moving out of. The home got fixed, the furniture....we didnt even get a return phone call, nor a return email. I should have expected this though with how completely unprofessional the 2 movers were. I was surprised at how they were, and one of them made a point to remind me about how to tip them after they were done! I am so frustrated and irritated about the damage to the furniture and the fact that this company doesnt care enough to return a phone call tells me everything I need to know. I dont plan on moving ever again, but should I need to, I know who I will not ever ever call. No I DO NOT recommend this company!

Ed, Moses, Robert, Mike, and Abel were EXCELLENT! They really went out of their way to assist my 83 year old father as much as he needed moving furniture / boxes around. What a HUGE BLESSING this team of men were to us. THANK YOU!!

Getting our move set-up was easy. The movers showed up close to when they said theyd be there. The moving team was nice and all 3 introduced themselves with a good handshake. We did receive a call from the office mid-morning to make sure the move was going well, which as the time it was going well.As the day went on the pace slowed. I saw the movers chatting in the truck a few times as I was coming to help keep things moving along. All together, the move finished up ok (we had a few small dings and a broken part on our clothes dryer, but Id say within what one might expect from a move).I was sent an email to fill out about my experience and indicated that I generally felt ok about the move, but that to me it took too long and I think I was over-charged as the movers can take their time (so long as they finish within the quoted window they give). I indicated this on my response, received a call and discussed this with someone at the office. This fella indicated that he seemed itd be appropriate to give some amount back, which would have satisfied me. However, I didnt get a call back and then called them. I spoke with the same guy who back-tracked on what he said to me, made some comments about how there isnt anything they (he) can do and acknowledged its their moving teams word against mine.If I had to do it over again, Id go with another company. There are a lot of other folks who will take better care of the customer in any disagreement. It was unfortunate to be told theres nothing that can be done when there is always some level of good faith that can be extended to provide quality service.
