Tanda and Alexis were very helpful and patient with me and all the questions I had. I like the fact that they are close to my house. I unfortunately had to pack up my whole house because of the water heater cracking but I feel safe knowing that my stuff is secure and will not get ruined.

Love that the units are very secure and climate controlled. Love that the units are big and able to accommodate a 4 bedroom house. The employees are extremely friendly and informative. All four of our adult children have rented here in the past and have also had a great experience!

I have had a storage there for years. The manger, Tanda, is so nice and friendly. She is always outside greeting us with a wave when we come in. She makes storing my stuff an ease. Great with communication to insure I have the best rate around. Ill stay there as long as shes working there.

Very necesito place and friendly

Out of the few storage places I checked out, this one was by far the most organized and clean. Both of the ladies were informative, and have great attitudes.

Customer service was great! When I walked in it was very clean and smelled nice wasn’t crowded and the employees made me feel welcomed

Super friendly staff, Tanda Beck, the store manager, was a great help, answered all my questions and was super helpful with our first time of renting one of our first storage unit

I experienced horrible customer service from the manager at this location. I received a call from someone last week when I was out of town who stated my storage was locked open. I told her I was out of town but would come immediately to take care of this. I came to the store today at 5:47 pm knowing I had to make my payment. I walked up to the entrance, which was locked, and a woman unlocked the door. I told her I needed to make a payment so I could lock my unit and stated something along the lines of she closed the drawers for night. I told her I was worries about my belongings because I received a call stating my storage was not locked properly and she asked if I was a specific name, and I stated no and told her my name. She said she didnt know who I was and she stated she never called me. Mind you, I am still outside of the office with my two daughters who are 3 and 5 years old and it is 36 degrees outside. The hours of operation clearly state 6:00 pm. After an unpleasant attitude from the MANAGER she let me in and walked me to my unit, which was NOT left unlocked like the woman stated on the phone. She pointed to my lock and stated see its locked as if I was inconveniencing her during OPEN business hours. She walked me back outside and I asked for her bosscontact information. She gave me a name and stated she would have him call me because she could not give out his information. I asked who called me and she said she could check the call log. As I went to follow her into the office, she closed and locked the door behind her, still during normal business hours. She came back outside and told me a woman DID call me and tell me that my unit was unlocked. She attempted an apology which was not sincere at all and then pointed me to exit through the exit gate OUTSIDE of the office. My daughters, who are little and dont know any better, tried to follow her in to exit through the office and she BLOCKED them from entering, again still during open business hours. I got back in my car and made my payment online since I could not do so at the office. My payment was received during business hours but I still have been locked out of the facilities. I have been renting at this unit for years and have NEVER experienced such rude customer service. The manager is disrespectful and unprofessional and I would like to speak with her boss, who she stated would call me.

I looked at a storage unit close to my home, this place is great. Alexis, she was super nice and helpful, I highly recommend this storage.

It was an easy facility to deal with from the get go. We ended up needing even more storage and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend doing your long term or short term storage needs here. The staff is incredible.

Typically a storage locker needs a customer dumpster to get 5 stars from me. That’s not the case here, no, you’ll have to dump your trash somewhere else. They win the 5 star challenge because you can take a dump there! The bathroom, a non-necessity for most storage lockers, is clean, stocked and available during business hours.

Came to get storage and there were a lot of people there but I got in and got my unit really quickly. The 2 ladies in the office were really friendly and said Hi to all the people we walked by. One of the ladies was asking if the people needed water since it was really hot outside. I have never been to a storage place that cared so much. I am glad we chose to stop here.

Hands down this is the nicest and cleanest storage facility I have ever been to or have stored my belongings. Due to unfortunate life experiences I had to store my belongings for 3 1/2 years. In the 3 1/2 yrs. of having my belongings there, never once had I went there and had a bad experience with the staff nor had I ever seen that place a mess or dirty. It is ALWAYS CLEAN. Tanda was always pleasant to deal with and always so helpful. Hopefully I never have to store my belongings again but if I ever do, I do not care how inconvenient it is; I will definitely store my belongings at Life Storage in Thornton.

I had my stuff at life storage #531 for about a year, the manager Tamara always made sure that everything was well at the facility and that I was satisfied as a customer 😁 I would definitely recommend this place if you need to store your stuff!!

I stored my stuff with Life Storage for 1.5 years while I lived in a different state. It was always a very welcoming experience. The storage units were extremely clean and the entire facility felt safe. The entering and exiting process along with moving stuff back and forth from car to storage and back was very easy. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone interested in storing their treasures. I finally moved into a apartment and when closing my account, Jessie was extremely nice and helpful to make sure everything was completed! I would definitely use Life Storage!

I came in yesterday with my husband to look at some units and this place by far exceeded our expectations. We went to several other places and decided to store our belongings here. The 2 ladies in the office were really friendly and the building our unit is in is very clean. I hope we dont have to stay long but if we do I know our stuff will be looked after.

Secure, clean, professionally managed

They have been nothing but amazing to me. I had a last minute move and they were able to get me in to a storage room at a great price. I when i was ready to get out of storage they even worked with my move out date. they are very flexible. The staff is wonderful but the manager is amazing .I would go back if need be.

Nice staff very clean and safe

I highly recommend Life Storage. I rented one large and one small unit in the climate controlled areas for about 6 months. I have some climate sensative materials that are kept in great shape. The customer service was pleasing. We communicated on a first name basis. They kept me updated ahead of time with any issues. Im moving and I will look for a life storage for my next storage needs. Very pleased.

I have rented storage units with this storages competitors before. Once I took one look at this place, it told me they were different. By the time the associate was completed telling me about all of their policies and procedures, I knew without a doubt I had found the best place to store my belongings.

Wife rented unit there and the woman in the office was so helpful and informative. And the units indoors were very clean as were the hallways. I would recommend storing here.

Nice place. The staff is great & they have reasonable prices. The only thing i think they need to improve is the temperature inside it gets pretty hot in there for a supposed controlled temperature
