The reservation process was extremely easy with the help of caring, insightful, and kind on-site staff. They answered all of my questions and gave me the assurance I needed. Also, I was allowed to see the unit before renting it. I look forward to storing here!

This is a very good place to store your belongings. The front office was very clean and the Holly was very helpful and friendly. The service here is fantastic and willing to help in anyway they can.

Decent storage facility with friendly staff. Very clean and nice inside with well kept maintenance.The two units Ive been inside of were both swept out and clean when opened for the first time. Would give five stars for sure but the lighting is fairly poor inside the units. Other than lighting being bad I would definitely give it 5 stars.

We already had a unit. My husband told me the size he first rented and I instantly knew we needed one smaller. The gentleman working at the time was very kind. He took the time to take us around to see the different sizes of storage units. He helped us get into a unit that fit what we need for right now. Thank you!I am amending my first post. When we went to pay, we asked to pay with a different card than my husband used the first time he rented. Sunday the charge popped up on the original card, not the one we wanted.

This is one of the safest, cleanest and friendliest storage unit place Ive ever had. And Ive had a lot of storage units in my day. theyre so friendly and kind and always there to help you if your lock doesnt work. They will always cut it off for free. This place is immaculately clean all the time. If I ever need to keep my stuff locked up again this is the place that its going to be kept at. They are just wonderful.

This facility had the storage size we needed with short notice. Misty is great to work with and very professional. The storage area is clean and easy to navigate your way down each isle.

Nice owners/managers. Easy to cancel and reserve. However, it became too expensive so I moved my belongings. The rates everywhere in town are ridiculous.

Im trying to maintain a level of professionalism in regards to the need I feel to, emphatically declare this establishment as the paramount of all the storage facilities. Now I will earnestly declare that yes its true that ve only been with three including them, which by no means makes me a storage aficionado. Yet we all are privy to or know when were getting above or exceptional service since its so rare that we do. I acquiesce that youll have that feeling too. Just give them a chance I promise you, this will be the rare times that youll experience that privilege again...

We have been using Stor-n-lock in Thornton, CO for many years now. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained. The current management is courteous and very helpful. I had a concern and Misty handled it quickly and with the utmost professionalism. We highly recommend thisStor-n-lock location.

I called around to locate a short term storage place. Because of Mistys friendly customer service I chose to go back to StorNLock. When we came it was apparent we chose a unit that was too small. Misty immediately went back to the office to problem solve and found the perfect larger unit for us. She was a joy to work with and she went out of her way to help us.

I rented out a unit at this storage facility for a couple months while I was between apartments, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff members were very helpful in getting me set up at the beginning and then checked out at the end. The unit itself was clean, accessible, and more than enough to hold all of my possessions. Would definitely recommend for any short- or long-term storage needs!

I never had an issue with this storage place. I rented for 2 years and didnt have to think twice about it. The only reason I left is because the prices kept raising. At the end I would have paid $73 for my 5x5. The customer service was always helpful, friendly, and was ran by wonderful people!!

Rented a 10x15 unit for 3 months to facilitate a move. I was a little put off by the outdated reviews, however the business had undergone a change in ownership in the past few years and is now truly deserving of 5 stars. Steve & Vickie are great - friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, access was never a problem, and overall the facility looked well maintained. If I ever need storage in Thornton again, they have earned my business. Thanks!

Went in today to look and rent out a bigger storage unit and couldnt be more impressed with the hospitality, service or both Steve and Vickie. Todays society seems to be missing the customer service abilities that these two had. Not only that but the unit was freshly cleaned, making my move in even easier....plus alarms?!?! Amazing!! This place has it all, look no further, Id recommend this place above the rest...and I do storage with another company but this is way superior!! There is never enough storage! Too many holiday decorations? No where to put all of the packing supplies for your business? Need to clear a path in your garage to park your car? Winter is coming! This Stor-N-Lock is always superbly maintained and cleaned. Highly recommend!

This was a very simple wonderful process they showed me a couple different units for my kids needs we set up with the one we wanted and everything we had fit perfect the caretakers of the property were extremely nice could have been a better experience for renting a storage unit and the prices were amazing I would recommend them to anybody

This was the second time I had to use a storage unit and like I said i used them. From the start to the end date it was easy and they all were willing to help with all the questions I had. No complaints here.

Wayne and Jody are awesome in providing great customer service, and taking the stress out of the moving process.

When you get a unit here, they will increase the cost every 6 months (its in the contract). If anything happens to you that you may be late in your payment, the cost goes up 20 dollars every 9 days - and 3 weeks late, theyll lock your unit, cut your lock, go through your stuff for auction. I started this with 124 a month. 3 years later, its now up to 245 a month (its in the contract). I had a car accident in January. Ive been paying 279 a month, plus getting threatening texts and actual letters. I can write this now because I can get my beloved stuff OUT this month. Do NOT do this. These people are worse than most.

Jody at Stor-N-Lock Thornton is friendly, thorough, and professional. The indoor, climate-controlled storage units here are a great option if you need to store items that cant be exposed to freezing temps in the winter or roasting hot temps in the summer.

Awesome people and awesome managers a very great help and patient when pods would not pick up there pod but they work with me and were a great help again awesome people awesome managers.... Also there ex-marine I forget his name came by just at the right time to help me load a washer and dryer into a trailer that Im storing in my unit... II also build a 10 x 10 Loft to store all my stuff and they inspected it and said it was done well and that it would add value to the next renter.. thanks again jack!

I could not have been more happy with this storage facility. I needed a facility to store my belongings while I waited for my new home to become available. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible. I needed to change the dates I moved in and out several times, and every time they helped me with a smile. They were very accommodating. Next time I need to use a storage facility, I will definitely go back to them.

A very clean, secure facility with 24 hour onsite management.

The managers and people they have working there, are great! Facility is secure, clean and updated. Its just way over priced. I found a different place that is newer, same security, etc...I got one size bigger unit...11x22...for 35 dollars cheaper a month. For a 10x15...it would have been 100 dollars cheaper a month.

The place is great. But the gate hours dont. The gate closes at 7. When working 2 jobs I cant make it in time. I was forced to take time off when I couldnt afford it to move my goods. Will give 5 stars if gate was open later.
