We have been in the store for over an hour now. One person working. Has YET to acknowledge anyone else in store. Not “hey, I’m sorry you’ve been waiting so long. I’ll be with you as soon as I can”. I get he’s dealing with another customer. But, there are 3 other customers in the store that would at least appreciate an acknowledgment.

Dealing with Verizon over the past couple of months and especially the last few days has been completely abysmal to put it lightly and professional. Im not sure if there have been job cuts due to covid or what but the customer service is below sub par. Any phone call or chat I have had has either disconnected or has led to someone who cannot help me, or worse has been very rude. I ended up leaving Verizon after a decade of loyalty because of cell service issues, but also the awful customer service that has been nothing short of infuriating. I came into this store today for the second time in about a month and I just wanted to mention the sales person or associate Justin was incredibly helpful to me. He has been the only person associated to this company to show me any level of compassion and understanding. I hope the right person sees this review for several reasons. Loyal customers like me are leaving your company to go to other service providers for a variety of reasons. You need better phone customer service and website functionality. Your info specifically related to the Cloud Storage is muddy in its wording and should be clearer. Justin needs a raise and a high five. Thanks again for your help.

This store has very unhelpful and made my mom feel extremely stupid. Her phone has been having issues for 6 months now with not receiving calls. She goes in they fix it or tell her its something with her. She has had to go in once a week to be able to use a service that she pays for. Would not recommend Verizon and as soon as my contract is up I will be looking for a new provider.

I walked in looking for a solution for me to attain more storage and Mike presented a solution for me to resolve my phone storage issue without any BS of trying to make me buy some latest and greatest phone like I have encountered at other phone stores.I write books on business and sales training and Mike runs a great operation there! Justin was amazing. Very helpful. And he answered every question truthful with the utmost knowledge. I would definitely recommend any and all that have doubts to speak with him. I came from T-Mobile where I was a 15 year customer. Great attitude and very friendly.

I usually go to the store in orchard parkway however my boyfriend wanted this particular phone and couldn’t wait to have it shipped due to needing it for work. I’ve been sitting outside for over 45 minutes for my pick up order that has been ready since yesterday. The rep finally came outside and said it was going to be a longer wait. Meanwhile you had people cutting in front of others waiting outside. I checked in did everything that the sign says. I’ll be calling Verizon after this if I ever do get my pickup order. At this point about ready to cancel and order from a sales rep by calling Verizon.

Would love to give this store less than a zero. Maybe try to answere the phone once in a while.

I had the pleasure of having Justin help me out with my phone issues. I wasnt happy with my current phone, called corporate and they were not able to help with my issue. Justin took the time to get on and help me with my issue. Needless to say I will continue to call and even go into this location just to speak and work with Justin. I hope the other asspsiates as just as helpful.

Michael (Vaughn) was fantastic, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and easy to chat with. I was trying to decide between two different phones and Michael was able to answer all of my questions. When it came to converting all of my stuff over to the new phone, Michael went above and beyond and provided the best customer service I had received in a long time from a cellular phone company. I appreciate Michael and everything he did to make the decision making as easy as possible.

This store is hands down the best in the area! I have visited multiple stores (latest being 92nd and Sheridan) and often I find the reps be uninterested in helping or seem out out by questions. I understand people are stressed so I’m understanding, but I go to this store and they always have amazing friendly service. I have been helped by 3 different people (Vaughn, a young lady and a young gentlemen who sold me my phone) and all have been seriously amazing! I hope they become the model of service for Verizon, you got some gems in this store! Kudos!!!!

At first Michael was great, we went to get new service lines for business, they told us we wore going to pay, 45 per line, 2x45=90 now that the bill arrived they are charging us 270 dollars, every time I call they tell me they going to fix the issue and never do! I will change the review stars once they do what he promise us

Not going to lie. The best customer service I have had in a long time! Never was pressured, listened to everything i have to say. Was very explicit to detail to what I was needing and looking for! Will definitely refer friends and family just because of Michael alone!

She was so nice the minute we walked in she helped us out with everything even putting liquid glass on my phone that I didnt buy at her store. She offered help with changing my phone over and told me to call her if I had any questions or needed any other house she is a very good Verizon authorized retailer thanks

Tania was awesome. She was very efficient and friendly. However I can’t say he same about Asurion. Claims for repair / replace are a royal PITA. I remember when it was easy and it is not anymore.

I thought Jackie went well beyond to help me. I’m old and can’t remember my password. My phone totally froze and she worked for2 hrs to help me set up a new phone. Thank you so much

Had a great experience at this location with Justin, who helped me get a new phone after the one I previously had broke. He was super helpful and friendly. He offered us deals to help us lower our monthly cost and was able to help figure out what add one worked with my lifestyle.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. Had a very bad, what I would consider an insensitive approach by the manager Quinn. We came in on Saturday 6/13/20 and upgraded 3 phones, and said we would be back in early this week to upgrade another. Upon arriving today, myself and my two kids walked into the store. We were immediately told to wait outside due to social distancing. Understandable.... however, while waiting outside, an older couple of non color walked in and were immediately waited on. They were not told that they had to wait outside or anything, just have a seat. When we walked back in and asked about it, the manager was more than rude. Quinn needs some sensitivity and better management training. I would like some response as to how Verizon will help with people skills and better customer service training. Especially in this day and age

This Verizon store is especially expert! I went in and set up five lines with Michael who did it effortlessly and got me going right away we did have some issues with the first bill but he worked through that and got all the discounts that were available so I would highly recommend Verizon highly recommend the Thornton store on Pearl and 92nd and ask for Michael specifically.

Service was impeccable, Michael was awesome thoroughly explained everything about different options and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

The manager Quinn made the switch to a new phone as painless as possible, calmly figuring out workarounds so I could leave the store that day with a working phone. Superb service all around.

Have worked with this store a lot with the past manager, and has been My main store for 6 or 7 months, but now I am being charged to pay my bill at this location ? Time to start paying my bill at the 92ed location and do my upgrades at that location as well. at that location as well. Randy understood the vaule of his customers and how to take care of them.

Have been to this store twice in the past week..spoke to Michael & Quin...they both went out of their way to help me with my device issues.. I will only go back to Victra store from now on, would recommend them to anyone!! Great service, professional & friendly people!!

Set up service months ago and the guy i worked with was very helpful but now I go In and get told that he is no longer at the store and they can help as the billing issue is on customer service end and I need to call in as per their Policy. The old guy helped when I had issues and never spoke of any policy of not helping. Help your customer I have got more then 1 phone from you no reason not to help a customer.

My elderly parent came in and asked about a flip phone. Then the salesman hustled my parents to get two Samsung phones. And did not fix there account. We had to go back to the store because the gentleman couldn’t help us he was busy. One person he was talking to. They never showed my parents how to work there phone. Just sent them on their way without making sure it work or showing them anything..Micheal help and took time to help her when we wherein the store. He did show her a couple things. The other guy took advantage of them. It’s seems. My parent have never had a smart phone. How do you let a customer that has never had a smart phone leave without showing anything.. or making sure it worked!!!

Was in a few days ago, Manager I have worked with before is not available to take care of a issue. He was always helpful but this new guy dose not care to help unless you are just comeing in to buy a phone. Will try the real Verizon store today. Never left a review before and hate to make my first one a bad one but this experience was terrible. Have Randy call me I know he will take care of it but as staff will not call manager I am leaveing my review.

Workers friendly and eager to make promises and sell products. But when product doesnt work as promised there is no refund or way to get help. Customer care number is useless.Bought hotspot and prepaid service Wed. because the helpful worker said it would be reliable to work for my daughters laptop to finish school online due to carona scare.Friday I tried to return hotspot for refund because it was not fast enough for taking quizzes and test.The worker and manager were not able to give a full refund ($$ needed to get internet access that works sufficiently), and customer care number the manager gave me was impossible to get in contact with a real person. The worker could not get response from customer care number either.

Poor service under the new management, Have used this location under the past 2 managers, But now will be going to the other Verizon in Thornton, save your time and money and shop elsewhere. They can not keep good staff its always changing, Company must be doing something wrong.

Over priced, charges taxes on devices when other stores do not and charging $70 for screen protectors that are available online for $20. Tryed adding some program for wet phones for $30 without ever going over information with me. Walked out and set up at other store with 0 cost and even a free screen protector.
