I bought a refurbished Galaxy Note 9 from Re-Cell. It had a small issue with sealant along one side of the back. Within five working days I had a like-new replacement Note 9 in the box with all original accessories. They went way out of their way to make me happy. I cannot say enough about how professional they are, while being just like a best friend! I will do business with them any time and encourage you to take your needs to them! I am a retired contracting officer, engineer and test pilot and I can say without reservation they do excellent work and completely stand by their product!

Ordered a Samsung Note 10+ from this place, I place my sim in the phone, doesnt work at all, call my cell provider and come to find out it was marked as blacklisted so therefore cant be activated. Biggest waste of money ever! Sorry to anyone that buys from this place.
