Outstanding young man helped me fix my phone. My son had borrowed to go camping and brought it back frozen . Nothing I did could get it to work. The young man had it fixed within 10 minutes. Definitely appreciate his customer service skills.

I was trying to get phone number ported from AT&T and Karo helped me out, she has gone out of her way to make everything work for us. Even stayed an extra hour. Truly the best customer service ever!! Thank you so much.

We came here to get help activating my brothers new phone and Lena and Myra (I hope I spelled that right) were absolutely amazing. They were quick and explained things to my parents. They made small talk while we waited and really built a bond with us. We will definitely come back to this location specifically for them.

The agents who helped me here were incredibly friendly and helped me get the best options for me. I was reluctant to go back to Cricket based on their history but the staff here turned it into a very pleasant experience.

You would think because the cell phone business is so competitive, there would be some kind of customer service, but that isnt the case. I stopped in the store to get my phone flashed over, because I have been using sprint, and paying for services I dont need, because Google voice is awesome. The girl asked 5 times who quoted me for the $50.00 flashing, forgetting I didnt recall a name the previous 4 times. So I paid the $50.00 for the flash, the activation fee, and the first months service for a total of $120.00. She told me to come back anytime after 2, so I went back at 6, because I know how these places work. Well wouldnt you know it, they werent done, and I had to stand around for an additional 45 minutes. Once she was done, she said that they are having some problems getting the internet to work, but it should by tomorrow, and they guarantee all flashes...SO I waited 2 days, went back and told them it doesnt work. The same girl who rang me up, and gave me the receipt, treated me like I was an idiot, until she noticed that I paid for the flash and the service already. They had me leave the phone there for 6 hours, only to call and tell me they cant fix it, but it could be their computers. This was a Friday. So I had the option to leave my phone until Tuesday, or I could drop it off Monday, and they were going to take it to some special phone store, that should be able to fix it. For my problems, they were going to give me $25.00 credit towards my bill, and assured me it was on there already. Well 4 days later its not showing up, they dont recall saying that, and my phone isnt working. If you decide to use Cricket, try 1 of them many other locations. Complete joke here. I asked them, so since you guarantee your flashes, do I get my money back if it doesnt work?.. Im sure we can get it to work, so dont worry about it....PATHETIC

Avoid this place if you can. Cricket has the worst service and they nickel and dime you every chance they get. The staff is usually unknowledgeable and unhelpful.
