A store representative by the name of Isaiah greeted me at the doors with the doors wide-open. He had a smile was enthusiastic and genuinely caring about solving my issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and fast & friendly. If I have any other issues I will definitely wait until Isaiah is available to help me.
I absolutely loved Zacks customer service he did a great job in upselling as upselling as well he explained everything to me about my new Z and what I needed to do about the new flip phone that I got he was very attentive to me is attentive to me he needs a race
After having a horrible experience with another store and trying to resolve it with the manager unsuccessfully, I ended up calling the police out. After speaking to them, they directed me to this store where I spoke to the manager on duty. He did everything in his power to resolve my issue and even took additional steps to make sure what he could not get done would be handled by others who are above those I’ve speedy spoken to.
Manager Jerry and associate Yemila were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to help with all of our questions and were more than happy to stay past closing time to help us out.

Horrible experience! Got charged twice for my first bill and the second charge was $320!!! They were supposed to reimburse me but only reimbursed $120. Nobody can fix it except the manager and the manager is never there. Always on vacation or conference calls How do you run a business when only one person can take care of customer issues? 🤔Last time I went to see the phantom manager, there were three other people that came in while I was waiting. All three of them were complaining about issues in which they were all told to come back when the manager isnt on a conference call 😒 🙄

Wait times are like watching paint dry. When they finally got around to me, they werent able to add my discount to my phone because the plan was set up with my husbands social. Im an authorized user, but they still require my husband to be present. Very antiquated policy. We both have phones together, and are both on the account. I should be able to switch the plan to my name as primary to get my discount. Not impressed with the service here or the wait times.
AT&T CONSISTENTLY CANNOT MAKE MY PHONE USABLE! TEXTS FAIL, PHONE CALLS FAIL. IF YOU EVRR NEED HELP THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR 611 AND THEY WOULD RATHER HANG UP THAN BE HELPFUL. I HAVE WASTED AT LEAST 10 HOURS WITH 611. THEIR TECH DEPT TEXTED THAT THEY HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUUE AND IMMEDIATEY TEXTS AND PHONE AGAIN FAILED OVER AND OVER. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE CIMPANY! DONT GET SUCKERD IN. AVOID JOHN ZAWLOCKI LIKE THE PLAGUE, HE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE.

I tried to find a review of AT&T as a company vs this location, but could not, so I am placing here. The employees I experienced at this location were friendly, helped as best they could, but unfortunately I left AT&T for good, ending my contract yesterday. I have had the utmost terrible experience with AT&T as a company. I have had AT&T for several years, loyal customer, paid on time and in full each month. Our issues started in December, 2020 we upgraded our phones and have had issues functionally with them every since. My husband and I have collectively had 7 difference phone replacements since December, thats less than 6 months time span. Our phones would turn off and not turn back on, flash rapidly, not charge, touch screen not work, etc. which left us without phones for days on end, this was not an option with our businesses. It created so much stress in our lives. Additionally, our bill has been incorrect every month since January, 2021. I have had to call each month and each month it is adjusted appropriately. Sadly, a phone call or chat time with AT&T takes 1-3 hours, this is in truth no exaggeration of time. The experience during an AT&T call ranges from not being able to hear the person on the other line, being transferred 4-10 times within ONE phone call which includes no hand of within each transfer, you will need to start from the beginning with each transfer and then learn you have been transferred to a wrong department and get transferred again to yet again wait on a 15-30 min hold. The departments do not speak to each other. I have been so frustrated on many occasions I have asked to be transferred to a supervisor, who is never available, so the employee notes I will be called back by a supervisor, I have been promised this more than a handful of times and never have received a call back. One time I was on chat for 3 hours, started at 5pm, was transferred within chat 10 times, finally I requested a call, the caller stated they would call me in 15 mins, instead it was 45 mins, at 7:45pm. The caller was unable to assist, I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold and when returned, the caller reported they had all left for the day being 8:00pm, he then transferred me to the main AT&T line where I was met with a message that the call center is closed. Yesterday, I went into the store to end our contract with AT&T. The folks at the store were not able to help much, I had to call into the call center at the store. When speaking to the employees about my bill that was yet wrong again this month, they noted I was on a very old plan, have been shared the wrong information on the calls since January of this year and I have been overpaying by $45 dollars each month. Every time you call AT&T you WILL get a different answer, do not trust what you hear. Any promise made will not stick. The amount of disrespect, disregard and non functioning phones that we have dealt with honestly makes me feel like we were in the twilight zone, I am unsure how a company can operate this way and be so successful. The cost to end our contract was $1200 due to the amount we still owed on our phones since we just upgrade in December, I pleaded with the company, I wished to give our phones back, we do not want the terrible service or terrible non functioning phones in our lifes any longer, but there was no resolution, no one could help, no one was able to let us out of our contract despite the horrendous situation we were in with this company due to no fault of our own. I 100% understand the reason for a contract and the necessity of companies not letting folks out of their contract for a multitude of reasons, but our situation was so horrendous, so disheartening and just wrong doing to us that there should be some sort of exception, resolution, solution, meeting in the middle, anything...but nothing. I will never recommend AT&T to anyone and will never return. Our business to AT&T does not matter, we are just a speck of dusk to such a large corporation, but I feel a weight of my shoulders having left. Good Riddance.
Larry the amazing man of the hour! What can I say. As a 14 year customer of AT&T, I have never seen anyone who cared so much about his customers on a personal level. Larry helped me when I needed help with an issue. He saw it through the whole way in a few several days of communications and visits to the store. I highly recommend this AT&T store for any northern Denverites to come and visit Larry. He will take care of you.
Staff was unbelievably professional even though I was having multiple issues with att. They were patient and gave me continuous service until all issues were resolved. I highly recommend this staff and store.

We came in to see about switching from Verizon because we were wanting to save money. Alejandro took the time to explain EVERY option and break it down for us to see what we would be paying. He explained every fee so there would be no surprises and went out of his way to write it down for us. Ive never experienced such customer service and it was greatly appreciated. Also, the manager drove to another store to pick up a phone for me so I wouldnt have to wait for one to be shipped. Talk about above and beyond!
I went in to trade my old iphone for the new ultra 20 and had plenty of help from Will and Alejandro. Any questions I had about switching from iphone to android, theh had answers for. The process seemed so simple. I was glad to be helped to two knowledgeable employees. They also recommend a few good products to protect my new phone, which Im glad they did because the case has already paid for itself!

I came in the other day looking to get off my parent’s plan. It ended up taking about 3 hours as we ran into every complication/error possible, but Alejandro was so patient and determined to help me. We eventually got me my own plan by the end of it. Alejandro could have easily given up and told me he couldn’t help me but he continued to try and try after every hurdle! Would recommend him and this store to anyone!

I visited the store on 7/17/2020, and used the curbside service. Junior and Will were very helpful, turning a horrible morning in which I broke my beloved iPhone, into an enjoyable experience. Will helped to clear up confusion I had from a previous live chat experience. Junior explained the process for setting up my new phone, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Junior and Will were funny, knowledgeable, and all-around helpful.
Service is spotty. In person it was great to set up, but they tell you its a soft credit pull when you set up your account...and then its a hard pull. Thats fine, Ill have them send in a request to reverse it and well be squared away because I got a good deal and what I needed...After 3 weeks of following up with the rep Isaiah, its always the same response, oh yeah Ill check with my manager hes not in but Ill get back to you tomorrowHavent heard anything but delays and excuses. Bummer! 🤷♂️

Came in to make some changes to my plan. I was told misinformation about my plan from a different location. Grace cared enough about my situation to attempt to stop the issue from happening again, but I was dealing with an authorized retailer. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what was going on and helped me make the changes I wanted and advised me of other options I had available. Will definitely be back when I purchase my next phone. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, thank you Grace!

Horrible customer service, very rude manager and staff. Went in to find out why my bill is so high and they could not explain why it was high. I asked them to break it down for me and it still didnt add up with me being charged over $60 more then I should. I tried to bring this to the attention of the manager and associate and they still would not break it down. They were very rude and asked me to leave when I said I still dont understand. Wow what a great way to keep customers.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My prepaid plan stopped working even though I have always been on auto pay and credit card was charged accordingly. I was told I have to go to an AT&T store to receive any help which brought me here where they just ignore you and don’t care at all. Would give less than one star if possible. Unbelievably inconvenient to have to go to a store if you have problem that is easily solvable over phone. And to make it worse the store then refused to help saying they can’t do anything about it.

Dont go to this store if you dont want to be bamboozled. Dude lied and said I had to pay 180.00 for a phone I wanted. Come to find out it was only 80.00. Maybe there was only one left and he wanted it, who knows. The thing that matters here is that he freaking lied to me. Jokers. Only one guy working in store today and I felt rushed because I didnt want to make others wait. This store needs to hire and fire liars. Now because I did a payment arrangement I cant get new phone until I get caught up. The day in question I wanted that phone my phone bill was caught up, but since the liar said I had to pay 180.00 plus tax like 200.00 to get phone I have to wait to pay phone bill on the 16th of November 2018 to get phone. One thing I hate more is bad customer service and liars.
A complete joke of a management personnel. My mom passed away and they won’t even try to work with me. I WILL be passing this along to the news stations. The customer service from both in store and online is lacking compassion, understanding, and ethics that a company should have. They want me to turn in my moms phone, pay $1200. That’s not even apart of the bill.

We came in to get new phones and renew our contract. We were there for 2 1/2 hours! Im not sure why they cant ever get it together at this store but every visit is an hour minimum.We will be switching providers next time. The fact that we pay double what other carriers charge is insane. We stopped in at Verizon and even they would be cheaper than at&t every month.Make sure you shop around, there are much better deals out there.

Quick in and out with the automated payment machine that does provide change. Staff was not needed but they were helpful and curteous during my brief visit. Plenty of parking and the store is very clean and organized.

Just to be clear, Im not giving the store 5 stars, Im giving Eric five stars. After two days of dealing with buffoons that couldnt get my phone working (including other people at this store, the people at the Hover Longmont store, and 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service) he got it running in 11 seconds, literally. He should be made the boss of AT&T and be thrown a party with cake and 7-up.
My hubby’s new phone is now linked with mine and they mirror everything. Was not activated correctly and we have no idea what is wrong.

I was a brand new customer (1 month of service) when I went in here. I had spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with customer service from all over the world, with my problem not being solved. I had bill issues (my first bill was almost $900) and the biggest thing was service issues. My phone didnt work anywhere near my house, even though I had them check my address prior to signing up. Dropped calls, not sending texts, etc. while on wi-fi calling. I have really good internet, so I knew it wasnt that. Hours and hours with tech support (dropped calls multiple times during conversations, resulting in having to call back and start over) I was frustrated AF! I went in here and was immediately greeted by Nick. I believe he is the manager, I cant find his card anymore. From the very beginning he was extremely helpful, apologetic for his company, and offered multiple solutions.- If this doesnt fix it, we will do this, etc. He swapped out my SIM card, and ordered me a replacement phone. He looked at my bill and saw ways for me to save money. He saw that we dont use much data, and recommended going down a few plans. He was concerned about my bill, not about making the company extra money at my expense. This was awesome because the guy I bought the service from totally lied to me about price, discounts, etc. I was very disappointed with AT&T from the beginning, but am willing to give them a chance after my interaction with Nick. My bill is exactly where he said it would be and my phone is working! AT&T should recognize him as a valuable employee because this was top notch. Thank you.

Check your bills just found they added insurance to a phone upgrade without even discussing it with me. Had it been asked about I could think maybe they made a mistake. However not even discussing it and its added...thats just shady and dishonest. Calling now to remove it!

They use old promotions and then try to lure you in signing up for more.Alexa told us one thing the first time we walked in the store and then few days later when we came to sign the paperwork, she went ahead with a totally different deal without even telling us.Id avoid this location.

Need my phone to be fixed but ended up almost an hour for the guy to find answer however he didnt even bother to get my phone fixed but try to get me upgrade my phone so I can own them another $980 phone, so I think $7 or $11 insurance I paid monthly is very much useless to get my phone fixed.
