I love this location. I received the best customer service ever today! Thanks to the Awesome sales representative Vanessa! I went there expecting a not so positive turnout and she really proved me wrong in every area of the T-Mobile store could give. VANESSA was knowledgeable on T-Mobile product,warrenty,sales, customer care, technical support. This was a tough phone situation for me and she didnt make me feel judged or uncomfortable at all . I am now a T-Mobile customer for life. Thank you to T-Mobile for hiring such a Rockstar !

Went to this store to find a new phone. There was one other customer and three employees in the store when I got there and when I walked in none of the sales associates even greeted me. I dont deal with businesses that dont acknowledge their customers. They also didnt even have the phone models on display I was looking for

Stay away from this store. Been a sprint customer for about 10 years and did not ask for this T-Mobile merger. Every time I go into the store to pay my bill “the system is down”. It’s very inconvenient to have to keep driving around town to find a T-Mobile that is willing to help the old sprint customers. Horrible customer service and unwilling to help. I’ve never been turned away for trying to make a payment. The workers do not like the fact they have to use the tablets and operate on a different systems therefore refuse service and lie that the system is down

I love this store!!! They are so attentive, I have had to go in a couple times for a new screen protector, both Sean and Karen did an amazing job making sure that its perfect. Kim was also super helpful and knowledgeable.They were great at helping me figure out my cloud storage issues! They always acknowledge you even when theyre busy letting you know about how long youre going to wait several of the other stores do not do this.

Sean P was absolutely amazing tonight. I came in with my two phones from sprint rejecting both sprint and t-mobile Sim cards. He was so nice,genuinely cared and only wanted to help. He solved my problems with a little bit of difficulty, but he did not give up or even come close. I was almost in tears when I came in and as Im leaving now I am laughing and genuinely happy. Both my phones are working again and I could not be happier. Thank you Sean and Kim you both are absolutely amazing and I can thank you enough!!!

I walked in to this store not knowing what I was getting myself into. Right away the staff was attentive. Kim, helped me set up a new phone plan and got me out the door in no time. She was super sweet, friendly and very knowledgable. She made sure I knew all the phone plan details and made sure to review everything before I purchased. Ive never had an iPhone before and she took the time to show me how to set it up, what the functions are and what apps do what. I was amazed at the customer service especially because I didnt know what I was walking into. Definitely will come back to the specific store when its time to upgrade 😄(This might not be super helpful, but the way she put the screen protector, ooooo girl, satisfaction at its finest)

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This location is a franchise location and they have caused problem after problem for my accounts as well as accounts for many of my friends and family who have come to this store. Go to any other location and ask if they are a corporate store before having an associate help you with anything. I recommend the T-Mobile store on 120th and Colorado or the store located near 120th and Washington. IF YOU WANT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT THEN FEEL FREE TO COME TO THIS STORE.

The staff at the store were excellent at customer service and tried their best, but the T-Mobile systems are NOT properly set up to transition Sprint customers over, even though the store signage says they are. We are on visit number 3 and hour 5 of trying to get 4 phones upgraded and switched over to T-Mobile. Still only 3/4 phones are done.Kim- I tried the provided email 2 times. Both times it bounced back saying [email protected] doesnt exist. I used the link provided in your response both times.

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon a bit ago. Have loved it. My bill is actually the same price every month! I went in last week to get an AppleWatch. Marissa helped and answered my nonstop questions. I then went in whenever I got my watch in the mail so they can set it up. Kim and Missy were super helpful and nice! As my luck would have it, my new wristband was broken, so they replaced it for me before I left the store so it wouldn’t slip out and ruin my day, lol.T-Mobile > Verizon.

THE BEST T-MOBILE EVER- My boyfriend and I went in stressed from another provider just trying to get everything on our plan figured out. It was a long process that took about 2 hours. Waiting there surrounded by the associates felt like hanging out with your best friends. They were fun, knowledgeable, and made our situation stress free. Not to mention we got EXACTLY what we wanted. Karen was our main representative! She was energetic, so smart, and so caring to our needs! Lori was a breath of fresh air! She kept us sane and understanding when we walked in just stressed and grumpy. Ammar was very kind and helped every customer who walked in the door while we took up everyone else’s time! 10/09/21 - I came here to this T-Mobile location Store# 468113762 Colorado Blvd.Unit 142THORNTON, COLORADO 80602I have been to this location before and at the time they had excellent Customer Service. Well under New Management . I gave this place A 2 STAR. Their CUSTOMER SERVICEIs not as great. Not as friendly when you first walk in. I came in with a friendly smile and I was one of the first customer in the store.Brooke was the Associate who assisted me.I came in to upgrade my Grand daughter’s cell phone she had a Motorola 6gen and I was getting her an Apple IPhone as an upgrade. They no longer had the IPhone XR so we settled with IPhone SE which she helped transfer from old phone to new phone. Being that she was in my Plan all my info went into her phone which we did not know that until we got home. Apparently my Apple ID info was set in her phone which we did not want for that to happen so we set her own Apple ID before we left the store . We got home and check her phone it was not changed. So I called the Store asked for Brooke told her what had happened and she said that I needed to take my phone to an Apple Store and let them fix it because she did all she could while we were in the store and that it was not T-MOBILE. She really kept insisting I take the phone to An Apple Store. Wrong Answer. I went into the phone and factory Reset the phone and started the whole thing over as if when we first got it and started all over. Then I had to call in 800 number to report about my phone calling her phone and it not answering so it was an issue and I was transferred to technical Support Team and I was given a trouble ticket number. The phone was looked into and to resolve the issue technical support team mentioned that I would need a new Sim Card for my phone and hopefully that would resolve the problem.I did not want to go back to this Store again.I have not had a bad experience with T-Mobile Customer Service ever except on this time around. Today I went into the t-mobile store after accidentally locking myself out of my new phone. I was completely frustrated with the online customer support as no one could help me. The two young ladies Alyssa and Jojo who work at the store were professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist me. WONDERFUL customer service!! I bought an iPhone and had trouble downloading my pictures from my old phone (Android) to the new one. I went to Tmobile on 144th & i-25 to get help but the sale rep kept trying to rush me out like as if I was wasting her time. The second time with a different sales rep and same as the first, he was less than enthusiastic. I was in the store for about an hour before leaving very frustrated with the lack of customer service received. Then I went to another store on 136th & Colorado and Kim took the time out to listen and address my frustration. She not only helped me downloaded the pictures, she offered to make things right and asked me what it would take to do so. Needless to say she turned a negative experience in to a positive one and I would definitely go back to buy another phone thanks to Kim.

0 Stars.. Employees at this store do not know what they are doing and do not care about the customer. I have been with T-mobile for 15 years and brought the rest of my family to them from Verizon on a Family plan.. Had to call T-Mobile directly to fix several bill issues. First, at the time, the Galaxy On5 phone was supposed to be free after bill credit, it was not and we had to beg T-mobile to add it and give us retro bill credits for it. Was told by the store we automatically get $10 back per line if we use less than 2gb of data and that it took several bill cycles to kick in. 5 months later we still arent getting it. Was told by a T-mobile phone rep that we never opted in for it.. WE WERE NEVER TOLD WE HAD TO OPT-IN??? We were told we would AUTOMATICALLY get it and that it just took awhile to kick in.. After begging and talking to a manager at T-Mobile HQ we were retroactively refunded 3 months worth as a compromise.. I do not recommend this store, and I think well be taking our business elsewhere when the phones are paid off.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly until I walked into this store yesterday afternoon. The manager on duty was very crass, condescending, and he actually escalated to aggression. I have been with this service for 14 years, since they were Voicestream. I have always been thoroughly impressed with their customer service. They tend to go above and beyond the standards, which is part of why I have continued choosing their service. I will simply choose a different location in the future because this man is an anomaly with his appalling attitude.

Earlier this week the LCD screen on my phone broke and I went into to T-Mobile on 136th and Colorado for some help. The managers Josh Aragon and Kim Huynh were awesome! There was a very weird insurance issue due to human error and it took quite some time to figure it out. Josh and Kim didnt give up and they called their internal custom care and the insurance company multiple times until they were able to get it resolved. They remained super positive and persisted until we could resolve the issue. Their customer service was top notch and I would highly reccomend going to this t-mobile over the others nearby. I have been to many nearby T mobile stores in the area and Josh, Kim and their team are definitely the best!

I went in there fed up with my Galaxy 8, and I had the intention of looking at a v30 but I didnt know much about it. I was immediately greeted by Kim in a very friendly manner and she told me someone would be right with me. Before she could finish her sentence Vinay came out and greeted me as well. I explained my intention and he told me all I needed to know about the v30. I ended up purchasing the v30.Vinay was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I could leave Zero stars I would. Brought a brand new IPhone 7 and unlocked iPhone 6 to get activated after setting everything up at a different store that I ordered the new iPhone from and left w them for 3 hours yesterday and went to pick them up before they closed and said the might take a bit to work That was my first problem so I went back right before they closed and they said their system went down and could do anything so had no phones last night. Brought them back spoke to Myra who is a Manager and told her the issue and she said shed get them working and also transfer contacts over. Left the Phones there for 5 hours they called said theyre done. Picked up the phones tested one and it worked. The other still said no service. Finally brought it to a corporate store and it still had the previous carriers SIM card in it and not TMobiles. These people at the store at 4243 E 136th Avenue didnt check to make sure both the phones we had activated with them worked properly before I left not once but twice. They truly dont care about customers or NEW customers that switched from AT&T. Other guys names were Ricky and Navid. Manager Myra. I had to goto the corporate store for them to pull the old at&t sim and put a T-Mobile one in so the phone would have service. Please dont go there as they also will refuse to provide the name of the regional or district manager.

I went into this store and explained that my LG V10 was replaced three times through warranty. I explained that corporate T-Mobile could not do anything, but continue to replace the LG V10 with another LG V10. Because of this fact, the corporate customer service rep credited my account for a external battery charger. What was I going to do with that? It wasnt cash to buy the charger, so I had to send the device into LG. I am still waiting to hear from LG. That being said the sale rep JOJO did not do anything to help the situation either. In fact all things considered she screwed up royally. In order to get a phone because they discontinued the phone loaning program, I had to upgrade another line on my family plan. This is where it all went to hell. I should also note that I brought in my iPad Air that was bought in 2013 and they didnt put Jump on the device when I bought it. The screen is cracked and the headphone jack keeps starting Siri. I was literally out of luck with no insurance on the iPad Air, so nothing can be done. Additionally, they want to charge $150 in warranty deductible if it had Jump. You could by a like new iPad Air for the same price. Since I need the iPad for work, she wanted to up-sale me to an iPad Pro. What was I supposed to do she said that if you buy an iPhone you can get half of the iPad Pro. Since I was out a phone and a tablet it sounded like the most logical decision. No not at all, here is what wrong.1. She forgot to print off the financing paperwork for the iPhone, so they had to return the iPhone. Then charge me again, both purchase went through.2. The 1st purchase was never returned to my card.3. The rebate for the iPad takes 80 days to process.I called T-Mobile corporate today and I spoke with a corporate customer service rep that was incredibly inconsiderate. She also sound incredibly pretentious considering, Im dealing with the situation and she is on the other end of the phone. Now I realize these are first world problems, however the woman had the audacity to say she broke her iPhone and she took it into Apple and she got a new phone. What? Are you kidding me? That has nothing to do with faulty android and the LG V10.Now what? Im now paying for an LG V10, an iPhone 6s Plus, and iPad Pro. What? This so surreal, its such a cliche for Big Business to not care about its customers and exploit them. Im not sure if this a franchise store or corporate, however you would expect some quality customer service when you have been with the company for over 10 years.
