First off Ive been a loyal customer to boost for over 7 yrs. Im on the automatic payment plan but after the experience I had with this one store, I will gladly say I will never waste another second there. The manager that goes by the name Anna, should seriously think about how they treat customers. Its not even the fact they couldnt fix the issue but the way I was talked to and disrespected. Could use some people skills;)

Mario was very helpful. Took my iPhone to get fixed and repair was done in less than an hour. Its a great place to fix your iPhone or Android.

I would have given 5 stars, but the employee never asked us what plan we wanted and just picked one. We cannot upgrade our plan now until next month! Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also, great selection to choose from for free phones. Shop here and not the Commerce City store.

Worst service!! My phone glass broke just 2 days I told the guy to fix it ..the next day it started to crack without even using it and the guy still wanted to charge me the same amount even of it was his fault ! The phones he sells break easy too I bought one and only lasted 4 months when it stopped working be warned worst place to go !!😡😡

Dont come here unless you want to get ripped off. One of the boost mobile reps that calls himself a manager AJ HERNANDEZ added himself to a family plan without any consent. HE HAD NO RIGHT TO ADD HIMSELF. He took advantage of the situation thinking we wouldnt notice . Came back to the store and denied EVERYTHING! Still has the phone that he activated too. We came in here thinking we were in good hands... thats what you would think when you walk into a business like this... just cant believe he actually thought he could get away with this and that he was stupid enough to activate the third line under his name.

I went to change my service and this young lady told me to come back next week no one was there it was empty but she lost a customer

Been to 3 boost mobile stores and every single one of them closed an hour earlier than their posted hours, including this one. inconvenient and a waste of time.
