My iPhone7 kept dying and restarting. I thought it might be the battery. CPR quickly confirmed it was the battery. They had a replacement in stock. Completed the service in less than half they time they quoted me. The price was reasonable, especially when I didnt want to buy a new phone. Was given two prices for screen replacement by one tech. Asked if the original was worth the price difference. Was told no and that third party screen would work just fine. Got my payment from insurance for the phone and came back to location.Second tech tells me the price for the screen is $400. I say thats way too much and is not what I was quoted originally. The tech really seemed like he wanted me out of the building. So I say isnt that the oem price. Tech replies yes it is thats just what they cost. Then I say what about a third party screen only then did the tech mention that yes that is cheaper but I am unable to order that. Obviously thats what I was looking for why not just tell me that right away.The first tech was great but the attitude and lack of care of the second tech makes me not want to ever come back.

My iPhone 8plus was not charging. Called CPR and they asked to bring it in, explaining that typically the charging port can be cleaned and might not need to be replaced. Brought it in and Brandon cleaned the port for no charge. Working great now. I will be back when my battery needs to be replaced. Highly recommend.

Only the LCD in my phone was broken. They replaced the glass as well anyway. I paid about $130 for the repair. About 2 weeks later Colorado got that blizzard, and the screen cracked because of the cold. They dont cover parts in their warranty.Overall: Fair pricing. Quick service. Cheap product.Might be better off doing it yourself or going somewhere they dont source cheap parts.

Good group to work with. Up front about everything which is great to manage expectations.Only real knock against them is the delay in notifying me that phone was ready. Apparently they called once and failed to get in touch. Couldve called again or even emailed.

Didnt have our screens in stock and were told wed have to pay up front. Instead of being competitive with their competition, they tell horror stories about them to get you away. Whereas we had a good and 150 dollar cheaper experience elsewhere.

While they werent able to repair it due to it being a software issue, the staff was amazing and gave wonderful advice/reccomendations on what to do next while not charging me for their time. Made everything so easy, and they warranty the screens so if it breaks again it only cost $10 to replace.

They had my computer for 3 months. Ended up not being able to repair. I asked to have it ready for pick up. Its all ready to pick up. When I came to pick it up 3 days later, the battery is gone, the screen is gone the DVD drive is gone and none of the screws that hold the laptop together are in it. I stand there for 25 minutes while its reassembled (still never got the screen and battery back). The screen didnt work so having the screen in doesnt matter, but the cameras also gone, so even though I can connect the laptop to an external monitor, now I cant do online meetings with it. They should have refunded entire charge.

I thought I would need to replace the charging port, or perhaps even replace the phone, and they were quick to identify lint that was stuck in the charging port and was able to pull it out.As they said, they like our money, they just dont want to steal it.I have been in a couple times and will certainly be back for all my repairs and used phone purchases.

If you want to spend $216 to get a phone that didnt work as well as when you brought it in with a cracked screen this is your place. I only had to come there three times just to get a defective phone back. This phone might as well be counterfeit. Do yourself a favor and go to the apple store and pay a little more so you dont end up with a sub par phone back.

William assesd the issue with the cracked screen on my 12-year-old laptop quite readily, and gave great advice on repair versus replacement of the laptop.

They seem capable techs with normal repairs. I have unfortunately had a situation that has taken much longer than expected and they are trying their best. Would have more stars if the line of communication was more adequate. I have had to stop by everytime to get updates because they have my only phone and even though I asked for emails to keep up communication I have received 0. If I had some line of communication with the status of the repairs i would be much happier

This location does not hold their word on replacing Zagg screen protectors within the two weeks when they Where the ones who incorrectly instilled the Zagg screen protector in the first place. Then they will put on a “new” one and charge you the upgrade fee even if you don’t want it. That’s what happen to me today and he said oh I can just take it off. You serious horrible customer service! Rude people.

I had a 2 year old Motorola Z3 in perfect condition, but the battery started to expand and the screen was bowing out. I called CPR and they were able to work on my phone the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement battery was bad, and they had to order a new battery which was shipped overnight express. Although it took an extra day, they did a fantastic job and fully explained how to maintain my phone for the best battery life. They were very professional and communicated in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services!

I had two options clean my phone port or replace it. I walked in expecting to replace the charging port. Instead he asked to see my phone. I handed it over reluctantly expect for him to say it was broken. He began to take lint out of the port and it worked. I asked him how much do I owe him. He says nothing. I couldn’t believe it and I left perplexed. Stunned that there are good people out there and they work at CPR. Thank you for not treating me like dollar signs. I will return for business.

Experienced everything from simple refusals to work on Motorola devices to being scoffed at for having one.CPR couldnt have been more distinguished:We certainly can help you. Unfortunately your device is not very common, we typically do not stock your replacement screen, and I may to have to order it for you. We had one last week due to an erroneous shipment. Even if we havent sent it back yet, Moto screens are mounted with adhesive that must set for three hours. Im afraid the earliest I can have your phone repaired is in four hours.CPR crew was polite, empathetic, and professional from greeting to payment for a successful repair.

They were able to fix my iPad only because I was not going to be in town long enough. Phone freezes after new screen was put on. They try to upsell screen protectors and when I went to pick it up they tried to sell me another one without putting the one on I already purchased. It was a waste of 200 bucks. If I knew my phone was going to constantly freeze, I wouldn’t have gotten it fixed.

I dropped a heavy bottle on my phone and the entire screen cracked! Thank goodness for these wonderful people! I dropped it off at 10:15 & had my phone back by 1:30!! Great service and very reasonably priced! I will use them again :)

So I called last month and asked for the price to repair an iPhone XS Max camera glass. (just needed it repaired so I can trade it in for the new iPhone ) Just the glass, not the camera. They told me it was about a day process because they need to remove the entire internals to reach it. (which is weird because I seen videos on YouTube of people doing it in 10 minutes and not have to open up the phone they just take out the glass from the camera with a heat gun) they quoted me over $200. So I went to another cell phone repair store at the orchards and they were surprised of that price in that timeframe. I ended up going to the store at the orchard and they got it done in less than 25 minutes and was $65. I don’t think I’d ever consider going here. That’s like asking for an oil change and having the technician say they need to disassemble the entire engine to reach the oil pan to remove the oil

After having a terrible experience at uBreakIfixit, I brought my xbox one s here to be fixed. The quote i was given was one week and was told they had the parts and it would be super quick. They ended up having it fixed very quickly and called me the same day to tell me it was ready. The employees were even nice enough to wait 5 minutes after close for me to rush over and pick it up. I dont even want to give them any stars wish I could give negative star but I cant post a review. This place does terrible repairs. I dropped off my phone at 10 am, they were to replace a broken screen. They said it would be ready by 1pm. I had work at 3pm. They didnt call to tell me my phone was ready. I went to check around 2pm and the clerk said the phone had been ready for an hour. When he brought out the phone and powered it on it flashed yellow. He immediately told me too bring it back because it was under warranty. I took the phone back 2 weeks later and they would not repair it. The Manager came out with the clerk that told me to bring the phone back because IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY acted as though he didnt remember me even though I had a receipt.

I had a phone that would not charge. They told me they could clean it for free and if that did not fix it they would have to replace the port. The cleaning fixed it. They were super fast and friendly! They also work on computers and tablets.
