This is the best Discount Tire in the Thornton/Westminster area. Theres at least 3 other locations closer to where I live but I will always come here if I have the choice. Everybody here is fast, friendly, and knows whats going on. Just had a full set of wheel spacers installed and my tires rotated/balanced and even with a line to the door, I was in and out in just over an hour.

Very fast service when you book online! Had my car in at 3:15pm and was ready by 4:00pm. Had all news tires replaced. Its looks very busy but all their techs were really fast. Im really impressed, Ill come here next time for sure

Brought my truck to this location because I had a screw in my tire. They were super busy and still got me in and out in a very short amount of time. The best part, it was free! I originally tried to go to Firestone on 120th and Colorado and they wanted $40 and told me they could not have it finished until the next day. Anyway, shout out to the team at this location. Yall are awesome and have excellent service. 10/10!

I had 2 nails in tire. 1 was a hole leaking fast due to running over a board. Hole was on edge. Told me I had to buy new tire. Once they saw I had replacement warranty it was fixable all of a sudden. Ever since old management left to another store. Gone down hill

I went to the Thornton store so someone could check my tires because one of my tires was losing air pressure. Ian, came out right away and said he would help me. He found the reason why I was losing air pressure. There was a staple in my left rear tire.I have been coming to that store to buy all my tires since we moved here in 1999. I’ve gone to this discount tire once before and just recently went again, I just want to say that Jacob was so nice and helpful, it was busy on a Saturday and he was still patient enough to help me find tires I wanted, I also want to give a shout-out to Mario for mounting my tires on my aftermarket rims, he took his time and was extremely precise with his work, if you all have expensive wheels definitely ask for Jacob and Mario cause they will make sure they’re perfect!

Always a good experience with these guys. No nonsense repairs. If you buy your tires from them, some of the repairs are free with the warranty. Warranty is also with the tire and not the vehicle if you ever switch rims with your spouse or something. I would recommend calling in and making an appointment because walk-ins (especially on weekends) can be a an hour or more wait. Worth it though.

Disappointing!!! Took my Porsche in because I picked up a screw in a rear tire. Mike took a look and said it couldnt be repaired and Id need to replace both rear tires..$900.00. Took it to another nearby store who promptly repaired it and sent me on my way. Cant trust them

I dont always purchase tires from Discount but I always have them install them.90% of the time they have a great price but I do have a couple of specialty tires that I have to purchase online.I have always received good customer service and have been a customer for many years. Their ability to get almost any brand of tire and the fact that they price match even online prices keeps me coming back.

The discount manager was super great to me. I am a mother 3 in the middle of a divorce and had to have just one tire replaced they comped me a tire at no charge. I will see them later this season for new tires. I totally recommend this store to anybody

Great people here, staff is very attentive and tries to do the best job they can. They care very much about their customers and their reputation. They do not have tractor tires, do not let my picture mislead you however if you need anything they will take great care of you.

First of all I did not get any warranty paper in my envelope all I recieved was my reciept in the pasr I always recieved what service I got or type of tire I purchased and when to go back and my warranty información did not recieve any thing maybe they do not give that información no more I guess, My spare tire was not properly put back they just threw it in my backseat, and I am not even sure if they do that if that is there job too if you purchase bran new tires I would think yes ; The one on 104th I have been in the past and always they act like you are bothering them, I personaly would recommed using a different discount tire place, they never seem to have deals I have went to other discount s and have always had a sales man offer me some kind of deal

I noticed my truck had a nail in one tire. I went by several different tire shops between 120 th and 104th looking for someone who could help my tire repaired the same day. Most locations told me they were short handed And wouldn’t be able to help me until the next day at the earliest.When I stopped in at this discount they pulled me right in and repaired the tire. The shop was full of technicians and seemed to be well staffed. I was surprised to find out that there were No charges for this repair even though I didn’t purchase the tires at this shop.Excellent Customer Service! I will now refer anyone I talk to about tires to this Discount Tires at this location.

My family has been going to this location for over 10 years and over the past couple years the service has gone down hill. I had been in for a tire rotation and had found myself going back because the balance was still not done correctly. I got on the highway and it was wobbling like crazy. I found myself going to another location to whom I could trust. Zach at the Broomfield location is awesome! I promise you if you want good, honest service, he’s the man. Don’t waste your time on the Thornton location as it’s just a bunch of teenage boys. I missed an appointment because I wanted to make sure my car would be safe to drive.

They were attentive, quick, and helpful. The entire service took about 40 mins. Im sad to see that the prices of tires are going up though. I paid 550 just for the mid quality tires for a total of 768.00 with warranty and service charge but can get a little rebate of $70 off, resulting in my overall bill going down $698.00. I am relieved to have good tires.

This morning I had an emergency when I got a nail stuck in my tire. I dropped my car off before they opened and left a voicemail describing my situation, right at 8 when I came back to talk to someone about fixing it, it was already almost repaired. They were friendly and very quick to fix my flat tire. This is why I do business with them and I am very appreciative.

Good ppl but my brake lights stopped working after getting new tires.. They fixed it once no problem and then they went out again I went back to see why and they act like they have no idea what im talking about... And told me that they dont do that but they did it a week ago..

Went to get a flat tire repaired and the service tech was fast to respond to me, and asked also if he had time for an estimate on 8 tires and he worked up a quote immediately. They fixed to tire in about 30 minutes and they were even really busyI plan on making this my to go to tire shop in the future.

I have gotten my tires replaced at this location 3 times. This past time was the best experience out of the 3. The other two were okay, the tires were great, a couple of the employees just seemed bothered to help customers but maybe they had some stuff going on in life. But today I was blown away. A couple weeks back I sprayed my dash with cleaner and got some spots on the inside of my windshield, I neglected to use windex for two weeks and it’s been driving me nuts; and today the technician cleaned the inside of my windshield for me and communicated to me about what was done to my vehicle. The windshield was an extra step that I appreciate above and beyond. However, the past two experiences I’ve had, I wasn’t communicated with about anything. Just handed my receipt that I’ve had to ask for and told thank you. Carlos was the salesperson that helped with the transaction and he had the most friendly attitude and jumped on the soonest opportunity to help us. I wish I knew the technicians name to tell him he’s appreciated, but I didn’t catch it before I left. Thank you to Carlos and the technician for providing me with great customer service after a hard day.

I have been a loyal customer to discount tire for the last 10-12 years, but today I am no longer. I bought 2 tires about 1 month ago because I had gotten a nail in the tire. I had planned on replacing all 4 when I had this unexpectedly happen. But I had a sick dog that eventually I had to put down so when this happened I did not have all the funds available. Today I asked the manager at the store if he could give me a deal since I had just had them install the other 2 less than a month ago and he said the 12.00 was all he would do, even knowing that I had just replaced the other 2. They have black Friday deals already going and would not do a discount that would be equal. Dont go to this discount tire. Find one where they will actually take care of you as a loyal customer. I am going to Costco from here on out.

Brought my Subaru in because of some shaking in the steering wheel which I thought was my tires needing alignment. Turns out there was just some mud/dirt caked into the inside of the wheels. They cleaned them out and didn’t charge me. Such great customer service and they had me on my way quickly! Highly recommend!

I have been going here for years for all my work, not anymore.. I have an old 1991 GMC K2500, it has 35x12.5xr18 tires on it. I got a good deal from a buddy on the same tires so I baught the set from him, I called discount tire and was going to have them swap these, they said they could do it for $140 or $150 if they have to dispose of the old tires. I said great. Got there a few days later when I had time and had to rearrange my schedule to do so. I get there and the guy that came out to help me, said they will not do the work because the tires I want to put on has been 10 years since the Manufacturer date (although in perfect condition) it would have been great to have been told that over the phone before I waisted a bunch of my time planing to get it done.

The professionalism and general service is admirable, I also bought $100+ tire warranty for a new car two years ago and so far Ive saved at least $200 between rotation, alignment, complete tire replacement, etc.Im happy to be their client.

I should have called these guys first!  We have been looking for a few new tires for our trailer that we needed within a week.  I called a few other places that over 4 days needed to call me back multiple times.  Finally, I called these guys after growing impatient and within 4 hours they had the tires and rims I needed shipped to their store and put on!  They were quick, straight to the point, and easy to work with.  From now on, they will be my go-to!

Ive been a customer of this store for many years. They always have treated me fair and always had great service. This last visit I was purchasing tires and when we arrive the manager met me at our vehicle and right away told me about a little incident that happened and gave me options on how it can be handled. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make things right. I run a shop myself and believe honesty always gets you further and it will with this store. They will be keeping this customer for a long time.

On Nov. 5th I made appointment for Nov. 9th to have winter tires mounted & balanced on my truck got a verbal quote of $84 dollars out the door ( his words) show up 20 minutes early. Check in and Im told $140 dollars. Tell the MGR of my quote and nothing. 140 or leave. Going on vacation that day in my truck felt like I had no choice. Have used them before they work off your phone number. Im in the system. Hour an half later pull my truck out leave the receipt does have my name or address on it so if I ever have a problem I dont expect them to help. Im done will never go back

Very impressed with this location. After destroying my passenger side tires and rims the night before and having it towed to this location late and coming in this morning as soon as they opened. They had a line and they all came out with smiles and ready to help. Gabe was great and took my car back right away. So glad they have a credit card so I was able to get new rims and tires. They got me out as quick as they could and when I asked how much longer it would be because I had to get to work in 30 minutes the manager went out and helped bolt the tires on and got me out. I expected a big bill and instead I received peace of mind with a free flat repair. I went here to get my spare tire off and get my tire replaced. (I got a nail in my tire) I called ahead to see if the shop can go through insurance, which they said yes they can. One of the guys working up front named Mario went out to look at my tires. We came back and he told me I should purchase 2 back tires since the car won’t drive right because of the thread. I told him we both know the thread on my other tires are fine and I don’t need to replace them. (I had just got a full inspection of my 2018 Hyundai and all tires were recently replaced). I gave them the insurance number. The guy helping me didn’t know the information the insurance company needed. The manager got on the line and the insurance company was asking for the shops information, etc. He left and came back to tell me I would have to come back in the next couple of days because they can’t find the shop information. The manager said we can’t start a service till payment is paid. You should just pay it and most insurance will cut you a check. I told him I talked to the insurance company beforehand and If they don’t have the information the claim won’t be processed and I’ll be stuck with the bill. I went on to say my insurance said to not pay and they are the ones that deal with the payment. The insurance continue to tell me that the shop needs to call and file the claim though. This is a shop that is very busy but will not go the extra step to help you out. Plus I wouldn’t doubt it if they try to sell you services that is not needed. Being a female can be very challenging when going to automotive shops and the workers can act like you don’t know what your talking about. Don’t let them take advantage of you and do your research before going. I do not recommend this tire shop.

Discount used to be helpful, theyd fix a nail in your tire, take care of small things, and thats how they gained your trust and wed buy all of our tires from them. These days anything you go for results in them wanting to sell you new tires and not fix anything. After 3 visits with bad service Im done and finding somewhere new.
