The Grease Monkey at Colorado & 120th in Thornton is the only one that I will go to. Their staff is awesome. Desiree the manager is very thorough and great customer service. They do a good job and have always been very fair, honest and sincere.

The team of mechanics at Grease Monkey on Colorado boulevard in Thornton, CO were extremely knowledgeable and helpful while diagnosing my Subaru! They thoroughly checked everything on my car and fixed my air conditioner… thanks guys! My AC blows super cold and I can’t be any happier!

This is the absolute best experience Ive had at Grease Monkey. The manager, Dezaree went above and beyond for me. She explained everything so I understood. I went in for a transmission fluid change and I saw how disgusting all my fluids looked . They changed my transmission fluid, did an engine flush and changed my oil. I cant say enough how thorough and professional the staff is there.

I just purchased a new jeep grand cherokee laredo and it was making a strange ticking noise. I looked up what it may be. Possibly low on oil. I took it today (Oct 11th 2021) to my local Grease Monkey at 120th and Colorado. I told the technician what I had read. They checked my oil levels and found it to be a little low. Added the oil PLUS an additive as well as topped off all my fluids. They said after a few cycles it should stop ticking. If not, to bring it back in and they would look at it for me. I went to pay and they didnt charge me at all for the service! They said it was part of their services. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of the new jeeps. I definitely will be back for when I need a new oil change and recommend the men and women who helped me today with my jeep.Thanks guys!Stephanie

Had a bunch of front end work done on the truck. Store did a great job finding the issues I had. Worked extra to get the parts from the part stores to get the job done. Great customer service, very friendly and polite.

I stopped for an oil change at this location that I have been going to for years. I never pay more than the $40-$45 amount for an oil change. I had to leave it because it was a little bit of a wait time. I called an hour and a half later and they said it was finished. I went to pick it up at pay, the total for my oil change was $73. I have never paid this amount EVER for an oil change. I ask the gentleman, he said, we checked your records and that is what you pay. Nope, sorry sir, I do not. I feel like I was gouged. He did offer me $10 off, I took it but that is not ok. Now when I call the phone goes to the fax machine. I will definitely being taking my car to a different Grease Monkey.

This place does way more than just oil changes! The handsome little Asian man was Extremely helpful! Him and Bo got my car running good again. I wont go anywhere else

I showed up at grease monkey right when they opened, they asked me if I was comfortable in driving in and I said yes. They were really great at checking my car on top of an oil change. I also had my check engine light on and they explained my situations to me really well. And when I asked for more explanation they didnt treat me like I was dumb, they were very pleasant at explaining what I needed to do for my car.

Paid for a full service oil change and only front headlights and turn signals check. They are supposed to do a 16 point inspection I believe. When asked why I am paying for full service when all the was done was the oil change. I was told because of covid. Did not know covid prevented them for looking at the air filter checking all other fluids washing thechecking air pressure in tires. The kids working there were using fould language and overall horrible place to go. I reccomend going someplace else besides this location.

The guys were very professional at the same time friendly. While waiting I heard them calling out this and that, sounded like Navy Seals. The car runs great, no surprises and Ill continue to keep them as My go to Guys.Thank YouAnita Chapmon

I will never go there again to do an oil change, they told me on the phone $46 and after it was done it was $92. Definitely not happy at all.

Don’t come here. I had my car serviced here for almost half a year, I stopped at different shop for them to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to change my oil because the bolt on the oil pan wouldn’t tighten or loosen. Someone had stripped the pan and put some type of rubber around the bolt so it wouldn’t leak as much. So now I have to get my oil pan changed. Not only that they had to change my spark plugs twice, and then I had to have someone else do them right the day after. I never thought this place would cost me hundreds of dollars. Beware.

Guys are awesome, ill usually take my car to Midas a few feet away, it is cheaper and they include a rotation for free BUT due to them not being able to get me in I went here. I used this location in the past a lot but this time they took a while, the gentleman told me Midas stripped my plug and they included a new one for free AND gave me $5 off since it took longer than expected. I can see myself going to this one now for now on. Props to the honesty and professionalism here. yall earned a customer.

Went in there for an oil change around 2 on a Tuesday and got my oil changed in less than 20 minutes! I have been here before and it can get busy especially during the weekend but they are always straight to the point and get what your car needs done. The employees are honest and straightforward. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I just spent just shy of $300 on various fluid services and was told my vehicle was going to be needed for 2 to 3 hours5 hours later...I picked my car up and the low tire pressure was showing on my dash.... I get that everybody gets busy and hectic, but I wasnt called when my car was done and now I have a low tire pressure sensor on my dash. Again I just spent just under $300 at this place and that big yellow check tire engine light nobody seem to think that it was worth their time to check my tires?Thanks, but will will try not to come back to this branch 🤦🏼‍♀️

Service was extremely fast and efficient. Given four stars because the Grease Monkey down the street will show me what theyve done, like all the caps are back on, everything was clean, etc. This location did not do that. They also did not ask me which type of oil change I wanted and automatically gave me the cheapest, which was fine, but the other location gave me a choice. Overall good experience and will be back.

I was sent to three different grease monkey’s to find a gift certificate and still do not have one. Called Joyce at corporate and she is helping me out corporate is very helpful but the people at the stores could care less. The sad thing is my husband is hell bent on getting his truck fixed at grease monkey even after they messed up our daughters car.

These guys here go above and beyond what I would expect each time I go here. Last time it involved my car battery. It required a bit of jumping hurdles, but the associates here were cheery the whole time. Been using this location for years. Normally my first choice to stop when I need something.

BEWARE.The technician over filled my oil by over a quart. When I discovered the problem the next day, we took my vehicle back to have it drained. The manager said hed need to clean the combustion chamber due to over filling the oil. When I picked up my car this time, the throttle stuck 15 minutes later open as we drove. For those who arent familiar with engines, it means the car was accelerating out of control. WITH 2 KIDS AND A BABY IN THE CAR.Of course, this happened on a Friday afternoon and I couldnt get in touch with any corporate managers. I was stranded with my 3 children and our dog in an undriveable car in 95 degree weather.Thank goodness for an incredible manager at another location who went above and beyond to help us! Immediately he found an air intake line that was never reconnected after cleaning the combustion chamber and throttle body, which caused the throttle to malfunction.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS LOCATION. Go to the 104th location if you want to use a grease monkey.

These guys are great! Besides being extremely knowledgeable about all things vehicles... they vacuum and wash windows with an oil change! So grateful for them!

When I drove away the first time, I was delighted that they finished my oil change quickly. But then I noticed my car was leaking oil, a lot of it. When I brought my car back they told me that they had gotten a batch of gaskets that had been recalled and that they would replace it right away. My car is still leaking oil. My car never leaked before, my immaculate garage floor was evidence of that, at least until I had my oil changed here. Not going back here again.

I left my car for an hour and it still was not looked at! Actually they moved my car and put someone elses car in front of mine. Poor management!! Poor communication.

Im very satisfied with the service and the staff. My car was stuttering while I was pressing on the gas and they just knew what it was and pointed out what may be the issue, misfire + coil + spark plugs. After they checked the engine, they were right! Parts were ordered and replaced on the next day. Props to the staff, especially John and Albert! Ill change this to a five star once I test drive my car a little more and if everything works out.

I pulled into the lot and before I could even get into the lobby they had my suv in the shop and started working on it. The staff was very helpful, fast, and friendly. I even looked out to check on it and one guy was cleaning my windows for me! Amazing Service! Great job guys!

Ive come to this location a few times. Hoping it gets better with each visit. This is the second time in a week that I have tried to get the tires on my truck rotated. Both times I was told they could not due to the lift being used. I have a problem with a place that is semi mechanically abled to not be able to rotate a tire without z lift. I will NOT be coming back to any grease monkey

Outstanding Service! I went to this location today after being treated like crap at the location off of 112th and Huron Yesterday. Big difference! The shop on Huron has lost my business forever. Not only did they have the oil filter (same filter the place on Huron said they did not have) - but got a better oil (Mobil Syn) at a lesser price. My cars, my wifes car and others will ONLY go to this location in the future

I went last week for an oil change and tire rotation I paid over 130.00 for the the two services. I know I could go other place alot cheaper although, Grease Monkey has always treated me right until 2 days later while driving home from work I noticed my stering wheel had alot of vibration, so I pulled over and noticed none of my lug nuts werent tightened!Trying to call this store was impossible and getting ahold or a call back from the store manager is an act of God.

Pit Crew Guarantee? Dont count on it. I took my vehicle in for an oil change on July 09, 2016. When I arrived, there was no line and I asked for a simple oil change. I did some shopping and got back around 15-20 minutes later. I noticed the screen in the lobby showing the Pit Crew Guaranteed Time which is supposed to indicate the most amount of time you have left to wait. While looking at the screen, which had around 2 1/2 minutes, a worker came in and said it would be done shortly. They didnt pull the vehicle out until nearly 15 minutes over their own time guarantee. According to literature in their lobby, you are supposed to get $1 off your bill for every minute they go over and you can stack coupons on top of that, which I had one for $5 off. When the employee came out to ring me up, I asked about the Pit Crew Guarantee. He said it was just a screen they use to show how much time was left and he said nothing about the discount. I asked about the discount and said I also had a coupon. He took $5 off. I asked if the new amount was for the coupon or the guarantee. He said it would be the same either way. Obviously, he had no intention of being honest or honoring the guarantee so I didnt bother to argue the extra $15 discount that should have been included. I will not be visiting this establishment again as I have deep concerns taking my vehicle to be serviced at a business who has lost my trust.

A bunch of thieves! I would not recommend this place at all. Stay away! I had my registration sitting on the front seat of my car and when I left I had the registration but someone stole the sticker out of the front of the car. Very unethical and should never happen to anyone. If they are so unethical to steal from a costumer that creates revenue to pay their paychecks....just imagine the service that they provide to that same customer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Took in a car that hadnt been driven in awhile. Check engine light said a cylinder problem. Pete switched out the plugs and viola! No problem. They could have charged me for all kinds of work--I am clueless with cars. Car was serviced quickly and honesty.

First time here and I am so impressed. They even helped me look up a hood trim piece for my car. Very happy with the service here, I will be back.
