Worst experience ever! Was leasing the 06 Dodge Durango they have back on their lot! It was nothing but issue upon issue and of course neither of the owners were ever available. Their receptionist, Ginger, was super unprofessional and made up excuse after excuse when I tried multiple times to get the issues resolved. $2500 gone down the drain. Also never received the actual plate either. Had the paper tag from purchase and it expired a few days before I personally called and told them they needed to come get it. It was a pure death trap and completely unsafe for my children to be in when I specifically told them it has to be reliable and SAFE for my babies to be in. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle unless you want screwed out of money!

Im so glad that I decided to purchase my next and hopefully last auto from Thomas Ryan Motors. Lloyd was very sharp and knew what he was talking about . Great eye contact which is something I look for . Shows confidence . Good group of cars to pick from . I bought the 2009 Volkswagen Jetta . Great price and car was so clean . Bought my car a few months ago and Justins always been understanding of my finances, Or so I thought.... Is spoke to him yesterday in regards to catching up on payments. We came to an agreement. Only for my car to be towed the very same day while I was sleeping. And now nobody is answering the phones. Seems a little shady to me....

This is the worse place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a Grand Am there and within two days I began having problems. The car ran rough and o tfe the fuel filter but because of age the line was fatigued code reader to find out what were the major issues. i was given a code for a bad EGR vslve and fuel filter. I replaced the EGR valve myself and attempted to complete the replacement of the fuel filter but the connector on one end of the filter was fatigued because of age. A local auto repair shop finished the job and charged $600 to essentially replace a fuel line-$600 I say! Then the turn signals failed and the hazard lights failed and then it was difficult to start it would crank and after nearly emptying a can of carb cleaner in it, it finally decided to start. This carb cleaner trick was shown to me by the mechanic who supposedl fixed the vehicle! I spoke to the owner and he suggested that I was experiencing these issues because I was playing mechanic I have been a mechanic most of my life, specializing in aircraft work for nearly twenty years. Anyhow, for anybody looking for a vehicle that is reliable I would highly suggest that you do not buy at Thomas Ryan motors!! Run do not walk away from that terrible excuse of an auto dealership. Oh, by the way the only bright spot is the dealer, Kevin, who at least attempted to help me.
