I ordered a car from this dealership back in march. A custom build RAV4. I waited 6 six months only for the salesman to tell me that it was a trim level higher and that if I still wanted the car I would have to pay more money or get a refund. I asked how long he knew about it and he said it should have been caught sooner. Yet …… I have to pay the price. Needless to say, I did not get the car and hopefully I will get my refund. I would not deal with this dealership. This should have been a very easy deal. How do you screw up a custom build? I would not go into this dealership by yourself if you are a female. They probably just thought I would pay the extra cost. Very disappointed.

The initial experience was nice and terms were understood. However, through the negotiation process if a certain amount of a down payment would get us approved we had no call back, email, or text which is highly disappointing and frustrating. Customer service is not very good.

I had a decent experience working with Scott- he helped me find a truck that I like - however - I knew the value of my trade in and their team refused to meet my ask, which was to match the trade in, because they wouldn’t do that I had negative equity going into my new vehicle; I asked for the MSRP value of the truck instead of sticker price and they refused; wouldn’t budge.Also their financing department - Kimberly - wouldn’t show me any of the bank offers - instead she wrote some random numbers on a pice of paper, saying “these were the offers - you won’t get a better rate anywhere else” now my credit is 700-I know I got offered better rates but Kimberly declined the offers and wouldn’t show me what they were. I received letters in the mail from all of the banks that made offers for my auto financing and all of them were less than the offer Kimberly made me sign on. I am truely disappointed in how they handled this trade and will be filing a BBB claim as they are required to show loan offers and refused to do so.Do not shop here; if you do- demand to see everything.

Kory Jumpers sales group did an excellent job of bringing this one home. I previously bought a RAV4 from Don Ringler and the sale experience on that one was lovely as well.

I picked up my fj cruiser on Monday after leaving it there. When I picked it up, the off road lights were all on. Now, it’s back in service and they claim it’s not their problem, and I have to pay for it.

The “trade in value” promise is no lie. Amount offered on trade was $1500 more compared to competitors. Sales staff does not pressure you and does not give the “let me go talk to...” they put the best offer for both parties on the table. Leon was a fantastic help. Went in to buy used and bought a new 2021. It is amazing what the new vehicle will do for your insurance rates vs used as my insurance company offered a better rate for the new because of the safety features upgraded between 2019 and 2021.

I drove an hour out of my way while 32 weeks pregnant to see a unicorn car that they said they had in stock, only to find out they didn’t have the car.They then proceeded to show me a *dirty (in the inside- yuck)* car with minimum similarities to the car I came to see.Also, most employees weren’t wearing masks even though the delta variant of covid is currently raging. Unacceptable.

I received a confirmation text and askked if I new what I was looking for. I sent back my wish list for a Tacoma. Took about 15 minute to run credit check and get the price information for my new baby. We agreed. Next loan paperwork. Russell was helpful. Answered all my questions. The great thing with Russell was the paper was ready in minutes. No stress. Russell was the fastest loan officer Ive ever dealt with. Very relaxed. As a matter of fact everyone was. No pressure at all. Ive already told my daughter to go there for her new Rav 4 when she ready in a few month. Cant say enough about all the great people I met at Don Ringer Toyota of Temple, Texas. First service for 2020 RAV4. Servive was prompt and timely. We dropped the vehicle off an hour and a half before the service appointment and they went ahead and worked it in due to some cancellations. As a result it was ready for pick up before the actual appointment time.
