You will get a car but the there are a ton of hidden fees. The price is padded way over the cars worth. You will end up paying triple the amount dont do it.

They sold a very good friend of mine a very good person that I know a car that had a bumper problem so after a week goes bye she I should say we noticed the bumper trying to come off so she calls Drive Time the man who sold her the car sent her call to someone else the other person gave her 2 different places to go too to fix the car but the places they sent her to did not do body work so she calls Drive Time once again they give her another place to go to so this time I take the car to the place it was a tire place in witch the man was very nice and said we do not do body work he said Drive Time needs to send her or should I say this car to a place that does body work so I told what the gentleman said so then she called Drive Time Corporate office the corporate office told her to take pictures of the bumper so she did and sent the pictures to Drive Time Corporate office and she talked to a woman at Drive Time Corporate Office the woman told her that she would know something in 48 hours that was Friday September 10th it is now September 13th 2021 no word as yet

Ty is incredibly helpful and makes the process incredibly easy. He is patient while answering questions and really knows his stuff! I will definitely continue coming back to do more business here- especially as long as Tyree is around!

I was asked by someone far more reasonable than I am to edit my review, and admittedly it was a bit off the rails. However, I will say this, when you offer a 5 day return guarantee, and all of the coolant leaks out of your car on the morning of day 6, it kinda makes you feel like that sh*t was intentional.
