My wife and I recently purchased a Ford Expedition from BMW of Temple. The entire process was quick and easy from trading in our current vehicle to signing paperwork on the new vehicle. They even scheduled appointments for our Ford recalls and gave us a loaner vehicle while Ford was fixing the recall. The day we signed papers on the vehicle it was pouring rain so Alec our salesman scheduled us another day to bring the expedition back for a thorough detailing. They even topped our gas tank off twice. I have nothing but positive things to say about Alec and his coworkers at BMW of Temple. Very class act and I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

The sales team & Used car manager needs better training. Im a customer & former BMW employee in West Texas that lives 2 hours from Temple. I called just to get a rough estimate on my clean one owner BMW. I wanted to give BMW the chance to buy there own product back to add to there low inventory. I told the young sales lady that I just wanted a rough estimate & I understand if the value isnt at top dollar. She told me that her manager wanted me to drive 2 hours just so they can appraise the vehicle. I took pictures of the car like she said & of the mileage & still couldnt get a rough estimate on my trade. Advice for other customers, its worth your time just traveling to D/FW or San Antonio if this is how they operate. As a former sales person and Assistant manager myself, this is not how we conducted business at the BMW dealership I worked for. BMW of America would be upset for treating customers & former BMW employees this way.

The service team was efficient and my advisor Shane was very professional and kind. The accommodations were also comfortable and clean. Beverages and light refreshments offered, which is very nice. The one thing missing, available loaner vehicles which BMW customers have become accustomed to having, and is expected as a part of the BMW service. Hopefully that will return soon.

I have been going to BMW of Temple for my servicing for many years and the service has always been great. In July I decided to browse around for a new vehicle. I was introduced to Alec, he was amazing! Not only on our initial interaction with test driving a vehicle on the lot but once I decided to special order my vehicle he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! He was able to explain every feature in detail to help me make an informed decision on what packages I wanted to add to my build, he stayed in contact throughout the build process and was very thorough during delivery. Not only that he was very understanding and accommodating during delivery, I had a 2 week old baby and we are still in a pandemic, he made sure every person I had to interact with wore a mask, and the majority of the “heavy lifting” was done before I got there to help make delivery of the vehicle a quick and seamless process! I will absolutely refer friends and family to Alec, and when the time comes for another purchase I will go back to him! He was the most professional, courteous and friendly sales rep I have ever encountered. Thank you Alec for all your hard work!

I went in for a routine service on my BMW X3, had the vehicle for exactly a year. My service time was a wait and so I decided to wait in the Customer Lobby to bide time. While I waited, my eyes caught a BEAUTIFUL 2021X3 model on the showroom floor. With no intentions of trading the one I was currently in, I simply asked what would be my current trade-in value. Just one question, that is all. Jeremiah honored my question, asked me what were the differences between my current model and the 2021 showroom model. He walked me through the details of the showroom model and clearly there were some differences. Not to mention the color WHITE and the sporting package. I did not anticipate Jeremiah saying you can take it home today….not my intention on my trade-in value inquiry. As a BMW customer ALREADY the process from start to finish was impeccable. Jeremiah offered top quality service at its finest. He even topped the showroom car with a RED BOW! Look forward to doing more business with the BMW Family in Temple. They take care of the customer and the car.

I purchased my 2021 series 2 bmw last month in June. Walking in late after putting in an online inquiry, I was greeted happily at the front door, followed by being assisted by Jeremiah. I didn’t know much of what I exactly wanted in a car, but nonetheless Jeremiah listened and helped me through the entire process. He helped me fall in love with my car all over again, and answered any question I had about the car even after the purchase. This dealership will not disappoint in whatever you are looking for. William made my car buying experience pain free. There was no pressure or annoying pitches. I explained what I wanted, he listened and ensured I didnt feel rushed or overwhelmed. I’ve been in dealerships where I spent hours with the salesman. There were no games. William made the process quick and painless. I was in and out within 2 hours. He even followed me to my house so I didn’t have to find a ride back to the dealership the next day. I was able to have my car that night. Final price was exactly as negotiated, there were no last-minute surprises. I love my car and I will send all family and friends in the Texas area to see William.

I have a 2018 M4. I have called this dealership 3x for an appointment (and used their website once). No call backs, no email return. The last time I called, asked to talk to the service department to make an appointment, the woman I spoke to, in service, forwarded me back to the front desk. The front desk apologized for the misunderstanding and said they would have the service manager call me back. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a peep. There’s a serious personnel issue at this dealership and it falls way below the BMW standard I have grown accustomed to in larger cities with busier dealerships.

This weekend I decided to go look at a few cars here at BMW of Temple. I was greeted by Jonathan who made my entire experience nothing short of AWESOME! Jonathan listened to me ramble on about everything I had been looking for in a car and pointed me in the right direction in terms of what to look at. I never once felt as though he was pressuring me into purchasing a vehicle, but rather felt as though he genuinely cared about getting me into a vehicle that was best tailored to my needs. I will say, I walked away at first. I had an appointment at another dealership that I wanted to give a chance. I didnt feel as welcomed as Jonathan had made me feel. Less than 30 minutes later I was back at BMW and purchasing a vehicle that I love! The whole process was made very quick and painless. Not something you usually associate with the car buying process. Needless to say, if youre looking for a car, ask for Jonathan! I will be back in the future simply because of how welcomed I felt and how hassle free the entire experience was.

Delivery of the vehicle was not perfect, but they made it right. Life happens, and they owned the process and did not pass the buck. I brought my BMW in for a couple of factory recalls. While having my vehicle serviced, the mechanic broke a part on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was not notified as I left and I did not discover the broken piece for a few days. When I did notice the problem, I contacted the service manager and to his credit, they ordered a replacement part. Unfortunately, as I came in today to have the replacement done, they discovered that they ordered the wrong part. So, I have to return again. But I was treated with respect and courtesy. Good attitude from staff.

Had a great experience buying a new BMW X5 from this dealership in Temple, TX. Everyone at the Sales, Finance, and Managerial level were prompt via phone and texts to answer my questions and to offer me a deal that was very reasonable and catered to my needs. Great experiences with this dealership and in particular salesman Jaedon. Typical to the Garlyn Shelton style, the showroom is immaculate as is the service bay. The employees exude a politeness and patience that seems to be missing from many other companies. There is no pressure here. No stereotypical used car salesman hype. Veterans Beware do not even waste your time here. I inquired online about an X5 - they called me immediately. I had received a price through True Car veterans car buying program. Once the person who called learned I had a special military price they suddenly were not able to sell the car. A few minutes later I received an email offer from the dealer directly offering me that same vehicle they were just unable to sell me at a significantly higher price. John the sales manager totally rude and arrogant - he was unconcerned about my business.

Really disappointed with the service department. Went in to get a run flat tire changed and noticed damage on my wheel when I got my car back. Service assistants took pic to share with the service manager. It has been 3 working days with no call from the dealership. Expected more from BMW. I am thankful they had my tire size in stock.

I purchased a brand new 540i in January and still have no received by registration, on top of which my trade-in was never paid off properly causing another set of run arounds. If youre local to Austin, i suggest sticking with an Austin dealer and not heading to Temple.

Bought a used car for my teenager. It has been more than 2 months and we haven’t received number plate. The temporary paper number expired on 31st March 2021. We still haven’t received even after several reminders. While buying the car we were reluctant as it had some scratches and missing parts. The salesman ( Micheal) promised to fix scratches and replace missing parts. That’s not been done yet. They seems to be still waiting for parts. It’s more than 2 months now. When he sold the car, he never mentioned that it comes with only one key. After payment when I asked for another key, he mentioned the first owner is going to ship it.. It was in the mail for quite sometime and then Micheal mentioned that that they don’t have it and we will have to pay $250 for the new key. This is how they cheat you. Worst BMW dealer I have come across. Still waiting on my number plate, keys and missing part.

Im glad I decided to drive out BMW of Temple after checking out my local BMW dealership. Before driving out there I inquired about a vehicle over the internet I immediately received an email back from Miranda confirming the vehicle I want it was on the inventory. I scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon and I was welcomed by my Client Advisor Andrew Patterson, who offers me a tour of the vehicle and a test drive. After the test drive, I told him I want the car and asked them to appraise my vehicle; the Sales Manager Victor made me a a good offer for mine and I accepted. To be honest I was not planning to buy the vehicle that afternoon because I was short on time but I put a deposit to hold the car. The next morning after a small negotiation over one email and one phone we got a deal done. I drove up to the dealer; in less than 20 minutes we were done with the paperwork with Finance Manager Andy. This by far has been the buying experience of my life. I recommend BMW of Temple. My initial experience with the Temple BMW Finance department started out poorly and ended poorly. Had it not been for the excellent service and support I received from the client support representatives (CJ Evans, Matt Phillips) my review would have been even lower. I was there for a little over 6hrs - negotiating what I thought was a good deal - only to get to signing to discover the interest rate, and the 90 day no payment was different, and off the table. I only went ahead with purchase, because it was late; I had already missed an appointment, and I had to get home (a 45 minute drive); and I know my good credit rating will support a lower interest rate. Had I know all of the aforementioned 6 hours earlier I would have had my own financing at a lower interest rate. After - the fact many worked hard to repair the damage - however, it left a bad taste in my mouth; which still lingers. I have been a loyal customer in the BMW family for well over 20 years - the main reason is the professionalism and service experience received. In all those years this is the first time ever I have been treated so poorly by a financial manager (Andrew Whitfield). I honestly get no satisfaction from having to write such a (negative) review. Finally, a piece of constructive advice - no one should ever lie and tell half truths to any customer that they were informed about changes prior. The financing and purchase of a type of the line ($78,000 +) vehicle deserves better.

Very respectful of my time!I was able to request a quote for an X3M w/ the competition package via email on Friday night at 11:30 PM and by 8:30 AM on Saturday their internet sales rep, Leya Dass, had sent me a price that was better than I expected.I arrived at the dealership and spent time with a client advisor, Nick Graham, to finalize the deal including evaluating a trade-in, test drive, detailing/cleaning of the the new vehicle, and instructions on how to use the vehicles systems. We even had some fun trying to decide on what color to set for the ambient lights.I then spent a brief period of time with Andrew Whitfield in their finance department and he was able to match the rates, via BMW finance, that I had from my bank. He also did an excellent job in explaining the benefits of some of the extended warranty programs on offer in a no pressure approach.This was all done in under 2 hours! Im a busy person between work and my family so I cant tell you how much I appreciate that, absolutely amazing and a big thank you to the entire dealership crew. Oh, the car is pretty awesome too!

Dropped my car off for an oil change 1.5 weeks ago. Quoted $290, picked it up and was told $230. An hour into the 4 hours it took, they called to try and upsell me to a new car...Came back when finished and when I looked at the car my $100 front license frame was bent and the car was scratched from it because they machine washed it when asked not to.Took another week before they could bring it in to repair the scratch. Gave me a free in/around vehicle but the scratch took 2 full days to repair. When I picked it up after being told it was ready it wasn’t and I sat for another 30 minutes.Literally the only good part was they filled the car with gas after the oil change. Never coming back...I’ll drive to Austin.

Horrible customer service.1st time they said they did service check and everything was good to go after 6hrs. No service needed. Nothing wrong? I brought car in because cylinder misfire. Then they call back saying oh yea there is a cylinder misfire...2nd time went for oil change and then all of a sudden my car wont start. You will be told different things by different associates. Dont trust this dealership

One of the best experience we’ve had with purchasing cars. Our salesman Andrew was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, but most importantly, he made sure we made a decision that fit our needs and wants. Caitlyn was very helpful knowledgeable not pushy which is rare in a car salesperson she helped us in every way she could and she got us into our brand new Jetta and after the sale she spent about 30 minutes with us going over all the features and everything that the car offers after the paperwork was signed. It was a busy day there so financing took some time but overall had no complaints about my experience. Would definitely go back and recommend them to family/friends.
