We had such a nice experience purchasing our generator from them. The people were so nice and helpful we are trying to make up a reason to buy something else from them just so we can visit.

Had the model generator I wanted in stock and on sale. Salesman took the time to confirm what I needed to power with it, explained unit. They do note no returns on generators, but 3 year warranty with Honda.

We bought a 7000 watt inverter generator. The customer service was fantastic, Michelle was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They had a unit already together and ready to go, and if they had had to put one together I could have gotten it in under an hour. I cant say enough about what truly just nice people they were. They service what they sell and have a great track record of reliability. Its true quality cost more, but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely outstanding family run operation. Every interaction from the first phone call to ask questions to when they were loading the generator in my truck was superb. They know their stuff! They gave me instructions on how to get my system started, operate and maintain it. They even filled out my warranty information with Honda for me while I waited. Great company-I would highly recommend them!

We had a very bad experience ordering from someone else, and never getting it! So, when we went to Honda Generators of Tampa, our expectations where not high.What a pleasant surprise, not only did the salesperson know the ins and outs of her product. She was very nice and pleasant to work with too!!!!If you are ever in the business of needing anything they have for sale, go to them and it will be a great experience. All around a very good outing!!

Excellent service, my generator wouldnt start and they had it fixed in a few hours.

Researched where to take my 20 year old Honda EB5000 and decided this was the place, even though 130 miles each way. Turned out the carb had a stuck float allowing gas into the crankcase which they quickly diagnosed and took care of. Had it back the next day, cant express how delighted I am. Thank you !

My Honda EU2000 wouldnt run and I HAD to have it for tomorrow! Technician Joe stopped what he was doing and fixed the generator and gave me sound-advice for maintaining the unit.The entire staff was great!!

Such a great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed my unworking generator and showed me how to use it and care for it. I don’t often write reviews but they were so great I had to. Now hopefully I don’t need the generator any time soon!

I bought a generator from IBAC for Hurricane Irma at the last minute, like many of us! Manuel and his staff were professional, pleasant, fair and calm in the midst of very stressful circumstances. They served their customers very well at a time when everyones nerves were on edge, and they showed themselves to be people of integrity during trying times. I will recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services, and I hope to have a reason to work with them again in the future.

I needed a generator after IRMA I dragged my feet buying one for several years IBAC had just gotten a shipment of Honda EU2000i and I drove over and purchased it. The staff and owner are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I plan on purchasing another Generator in the near future and it will be with them.
