They Sold my girl an explorer SUV and within 2 weeks the fuel system starting messing up. Took it to advanced and it threw 6 different codes with all the things wrong with it! They said it was a motor mount. It wasn’t! Smh! Multiple things wrong with this Explorer. they didn’t want to fix the problems wrong with it. And still don’t. Beware of this company! You will throw money away!

Highly recommend these guys!! Got my youngest daughters first car here in September. Was able to drive it home on a Friday evening even though my bank was closed and couldnt get a cashiers check or money order. Decent prices on used cars. You basically get what you pay for on a used vehicle. Dont expect to purchase a used vehicle in top shape. The vehicles sold here are bought at auction, so you there is no way on knowing what kind of troubles will the vehicle have down the road. I bought a used 04 Armada from them and like I mentioned before, after a month of usage the vehicle started having some issues, nothing that cant be fixed. Overall, Roger treated me with courtesy and was not pushy towards a sale.

I have had my 2011 Honda civic for not even a week now. After having it four days it over heated and after only driving to and from work for four days,my tires feel like they are going to fall off. ROGER stated that if I brought the car back he would give me my money back. Then changed his mind when I said ok I will bring it back! He wants HIS mechanic to look at it. I told him him I didnt trust neither one of them! I have contacted the BBB and a lemon law lawyer. I will own this dealership if anything happens to my kids while Im driving this car! Which he knew I have kids as well. Selling me a car that has issues! I just want my money back and you can have the car! I have been in contact with Rhonda at the BBB and also Jane, a lemon law lawyer. We will be filing a case to retrieve my down payment back.

In order for me to get financed and get a low interest rate (which Roger recommended me to try Suncoast Credit Union and held the car for me for 2 days) I ended up getting an interest rate of 2.5% for a 2013 Nissan Maxima. I bought a 2011 Mercedes M-Class from Roger and the team down there. I found it online and Roger was very helpful from the start. I flew into Clearwater to drive the car home to Michigan, and Roger even picked me up at the airport. They answered all my questions and didnt let me leave until I was entirely satisfied and had everything I needed. Albert was even kind enough to call his cousin to help me find a great restaurant in the area. César even stopped to talk to me and make sure everything was great with the car and his team and told me if I was ever in Florida and needed work on the car, he would gladly help me. I would absolutely recommend buying a car here.

When I called i was told they were willing to negotiate a price. But, I am also giving them 2 stars because of Rodger. Rodger was very helpful and was willing to do what ever it took to make sure we were happy. We got there and we were helped right away. When we got inside to talk about prices he was willing to negotiate something. We started to negotiate and we got to an agreement. we lowered the price almost 700 (nothing but something) He then called the owner and the owner said hed only go 700 if i took the car how it was; it needed work done that day, other than that the car wasnt getting its price lowered. So rodger said if we go 500 Rodger would agree to it. The owner called another sales person from another dealer because Rodger apparently wasnt doing a good job The new guy was very very pushy. He realized we werent very stupid and was trying to tell me he wasnt going to lower the price. We picked out everything and tried getting it to get lowered 500 and wed be fine. The man continued to say no. So i needed to make a phone call and when i walked back in and told him i wasnt going through he told me to call back whoever i called because the car was in good condition. I explained to him that i was not going to buy the car because he wasnt willing to negotiate after Rodger had told me hed take 500 off. The pushy guy told me that Rodger never said anything about taking off 500 and at that moment all red flags were thrown. I told him his service was no longer needed and walked out. Car has been sitting there for 6 months, many paint issues, dents and other things they never mentioned before. I walked out and left. The pushy called me said hed lower it by 500 and i said no. Rodger called me to apologize for the other mans actions.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place!!!!!!! They are shady they know the cars are a Lemon!!!!! I thought it was getting a great deal on the car but from the start to have nothing but problems they would only fix the radiator but the front suspension out the whole thing needs to be replaced. The dashboard was broken in the admitted to me that they had the dashboard redone but what they didnt tell me as a person that redone it broke and super glued it back into place. The power steering was out when their mechanic told me it was OK. But the car easily overheated because the water pump was bad, and the check engine light was p disableda so it would never go off. With the heating system.The car electrical system was rigged as well which cost a short circuit which I had to fix. Luckily my family owns a huge business we have certified mechanics for all types of cars, farm equipment and theyre also certified to work on Harleys. When they looked over the car they found a list a mile long which I have proof and record of it. It cost another three grand on top of the eight I paying for it for to get it safe to drive again.
