Came in prepared to spend 20 grand on bikes and gear unknown to Mark, we talked for five minutes and I browsed around then asked to use the bathroom. He said see the out of order sign we have been having to go next door. I said okay and tried on a fox boot and watched a couple that were buying something from mark go and use the restroom both of them. Terrible customer service won’t get my business or recommendation. Sketchy vibe from this guy he also pulled up a gas gas two stroke on his computer talking to me like it was a four stroke lol. Thanks mark!

In less than a weeks time they had my motorcycle up and running. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Check over my entire motorcycle. Brought my Honda talon there from Sarasota, full engine replacement, took some time to get it back but they met my deadline and I took it up north after picking it up from them, and put 27 hours on it in one week with not a single issue, no coolant leaks or oil leaks, wire harness was clipped in the factory spots they did a great job I was a lil nervous traveling 11 hours to use it with out any time to test drive before I left but they did great,

Definitely not an honest dealer. I put a 100% refundable deposit according to Mark right around the beginning of the pandemic on two units. The two units didn’t arrive for about six months so by the time they did I had been devastes by cocida economic impact at which point I told Mark I could no longer afford the units and I would like to pull back my deposit and he insisted on the fact that it was too late because the units had arrived and they turned other buyers away. I kept telling him I couldn’t afford them and he kept persisting I find someone to come and apply for the units if I couldn’t do so under my own name. If I would’ve known they were this dishonest and hungry and I would’ve never done business here. I’ve bought multiple toys at other dealers and never had issues how I’ve had here.

So I arrived at Powersports and was looking at used dirt bikes. I forgot Honda stop making 2 Cycles back in 2001( which was the 500) and all other two cycles in 2008. So I unscrewed the gas cap to see if I can smell 2-cycle oil.in doing this the owner along with his mechanic and another employee came outside and had told me not to smell the gas, in essence I believe he thought I was making sure it had gas and it, like if I was going to steal it, cuz unfortunately there have been a lot store break-ins and I understand that, so then I asked who I only assumed was the owner if they have merchandise inside the store that I can look at he said yes. I was inside for approximately 10 minutes looking at some of the merchandise came back out and the owner and his employees were moving all the bikes back into the back part of their shop this was on a weekday in the early afternoon, so I took offense to this. Because I drove past this place several times and there bikes are always out during the day .I didnt look like a bum, I didnt look like a thief, I was clean shaven, haircut, clean clothes. Now I just bought 2021 YZ 125 x and I paid cash, and I could buy two more bikes and pay cash for them. Did he screw up sales for himself, very possible I dont know, Im going back in see how I am treated .

Very helpful manager helped arrange a drop off of my motorcycle being transported from Ohio. The Service manager was also very helpful in getting the cycle serviced and ready to ride. Nice shop, friendly helpful staff, will recommend them highly.

Please consider making an appointment prior to driving to this dealer or you might be standing there for some time before you can even view there bikes. This is a different business model than I’m use to, they have the majority of there bikes in a separate building so you can’t even view them without an escort. So needless to say my buying experience was at a low, since I was never even given the opportunity to view the bike. I guess this a result of not actually having a business model centered around customer experience/satisfaction, just open the door and wing it. In my defense I did call prior to driving to the dealer to confirm the bike was on the floor to view, however they never mentioned I couldn’t view the bike and might have wait my turn to even see it. Interesting! Thank you

Next time you let a little kids 4 wheeler outside to rust, and discolor, call the owner and encourage immediate pick up because you have no where safely to store it. I have owned motorcycles since the early 70’s and this has been the best owner experience starting with a low maintenance reliable product.

I would like to thank Brittany and the technicians at extreme Powersports for the great job they did on my 2013 Victory Cross Country. Extreme Powersports put a new front tire on replaced the air filter under the gas tank, oil change and new spark plugs. Britney updated me through the process informing me they took the corrosion off of the existing spark plug wires as they were still fully functional and during the inspection process noticed that the rear brake pads were almost metal on metal which they also replaced. This is not the first time I brought my motorcycle to extreme Powersports but after all their great work and constant communication with updates I will definitely be bringing my cross-country back for future work. This business maybe are good selling when you go in person, but otherwise they are very bad on service for over two weeks I been trying to contact the parts department and they never answered the phone, yesterday I decided to call again and the parts department never answered it. Call went to the main line the lady very rude told me she is not at the parts department she cant help me. Thank you for nothing.

Horrible customer service. Walked in to buy a talon 1000r and ended up going to gables. I could not get any of the sales reps to help me. They just sat around joking with everyone. The receptionist is the only one that tried to help me but she only could do so much.

Was all excited. Went in there to buy a dirtbike for our lil girl. Specified she would need a dirtbike for riding on motocross tracks. Went over the wishlist of what was needed and wanted.They sold us a trail bike (not a motocross track bike, like we asked for) that sat on the dealership floor for well over a year.After we realized what had happened they refused to take it back and would only take it as used trade-in on a newer bike like we asked for originally.Theyve NEVER tried to rectify this after repeated attempts and requests. Ever.

Rather annoying to deal with. I called to ask about scheduling a service and before saying a word they hung up. I called again, they put me on hold. After a few minutes they picked up and asked why I was on hold. I said to schedule a service. They put me on hold again, and eventually someone picked up the phone without saying anything and hung up.I guess they dont care. Ive got other options.

Watch out if your having work done here.. The tech damaged my limited edition 07 Nicky Hayden repsol. When asked about broken phone mount he responded buy another one they are cheap on ebay.. That was before I noticed the crushed paint and plastic on my fairings. Brittney was easy to talk to about the issue but nothing ultimately could be resolved repaired or replaced due to age and near perfect condition... The prices are wack so try to find another service center.. Originally I went to xtreme to have tires I bought online mounted and balanced, but since my bike was 11yrs old with less than 300 miles on it I felt going to a honda dealer was a good idea..600+ for a oil change and two tires mounted that I provided... In the end my irreplaceable bike was severely damaged and I keep finding hoses and wires that were not reconnected during the so called street service inspection..Pretty sure thats where this tech was picked up at and he should of been left there.. Great job cleaning up the mess you made of my repsol chief. Brittney is the only positive part of my experience at xtreme garbage. I wont spend another dime with them.. 2019 cbr1000rr

This a great dealership if your looking for the bikes they carry. I purchased a Svartpilen 401 in November and could not love it more. The sales process was no pressure, and all the staff is great. The owner Hans is usually there most days, and my sales guy Mark was knowledgeable, no pressure and answered all my questions accurately.Ive done a few mods, and Brittany and the service department have just been outstanding in their communications and the work I asked of them (remove pillion pegs, change grips, initial service (500mi) and oil change and chain tightening at 3500mi (changed the exhaust myself). I would highly recommend the good folks at Xtreme Powrersports Tampa to anyone looking for a good motorcycle dealer.

Went in to buy parts for my current bike and wanted to buy a new 450. All dirt bikes were blocked off and when I asked if I could look at them was told nobody is allowed to go back there. Not the first bad experience with this place but will be the last. We went down the road to Barney’s and 45 minutes later left with 2 new Yamahas.

Very disappointed i bought 2 off road vehicles 170 rz and 50cc 4 wheeler lose nuts and missing bolts also broken bolt on top of rz, tire where low on air and the 4 wheeler is not stay on also i only got 1 helmet for razor polaris give 2 helmets will try different dealer for my warranty

Best customer service hands down. I live over an hour away and choose to come to this dealership. They are very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend everybody to Xtreme Powersports. They fixed my 2018 Highlifter in less then 2 weeks, not like other places who keep your bike for over a month.
