My Dodge darts lugnuts were put on too tight (probably with an air gun) after I had the tires rotated at Jerry Ulm. Many were damaged to the point that I couldnt get a socket on them. When I brought the car back to have them loosened and the damaged ones replaced, the service manager told me they were just swollen. His manager told him to fix it and replace any that needed it because I had been a long time customer (should not have mattered). In the end, the service manager didnt replace any and smugly added, my guys got them all off using hand tools and that I should get a mallet to hammer the socket on next time. He treated me like a woman who didnt know anything about cars and didnt have the strength. I reached out to the general manager twice on the website and have not been contacted. Once I got the tires off (ruining my socket in the process), I found a brake line left out of its housing. That mistake will cost me a new brake line.I replaced all my lugnuts for $80. Probably would have cost them less and kept a loyal customers trust in tact.
I have been to many dealerships in search of a new truck and this facility was the most professional, accommodating, and overall the best looking one I have been to from Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, etc. Ask for the Undisputed Heavyweight Champ Moe. He is #1 in the nation for a reason and I highly recommend him and his team. New & used vehicle selection is unreal and their multi floor garage allows you to see your pick out of the FL sun and heat! This review will be extended to the service department once I take my truck back for its first servicing. Check this place out, its worth the drive and will not dissappoint!
Jerry Ulm did me right.I came in to look at a used truck, but was contacted on my way up from Sarasota by my salesman Justin, that the truck was sold the day before. He apologized, but since I was most of the way there, I would look at some others I was interested in. The staff there gave me the time, looked at a truck, and the patience during the long process of working finance and communicating with my wife. At the end, they gave me a great price for my trade in, a great deal on my first brand new vehicle, and a great experience. Thank you for everything!

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee L at this dealership, my shopping experience was positive and very pleasant. The stuff is very polite, knowledgeable and professional, especially salesman Najib, sales manager Danny and Chris Cowboy. I received a phone call asking me to set an appointment for service as it was due, so I set the appointment. I received several contacts and at least one email confirming the appointment. I was on time, and scheduled my day around this appointment which I had set over 1 week prior. Upon arrival and notification of my appointment I was told, very rudely, that I cannot make an appointment for service, that they essentially don’t exist. Wait time for my service without appointment, 2 hours. I was shocked that any person, regardless of appointment status, would be made to feel like a burden; especially considering I purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I’ll be sure to let The manufacturer know how this dealership treats their loyal customers as well. I’ve also attached the appointment reminder, which truly meant nothing.

I had a good experience with Jerry Ulm thanks to the salesman Julius and manager Jason who went out of their way to get me in the Wrangler I wanted. I made a custom order with Julius, but when it arrived on the lot it was sold off by some bad actor salesman. Julius and Jason swept in to make things right by discounting another similar vehicle and taking care of all of the upgrades and accessories to make this vehicle identical to the one that I had originally ordered. It speaks a lot to the quality of the Jerry Ulm satisfaction guarantee and their employees that when faced with this issue Jason and Julius did everything in their power even though it was not their fault the error was made. They took care of me, and I would definitely go back to Jerry Ulm, since it was only because of the size of there inventory that they even had a Wrangle similar enough in specs to check all of my boxes.

I bought a Jeep from them. Steve Heard my salesman said he would call and follow up a day or two after I got it. Not only has he not called to follow up but I’ve sent 3 or 4 emails that he hasn’t answered.I then got an email from Mike Shuman saying if there is anything he could do to let him know. Since Steve doesn’t answer emails I sent one to Mike Shuman but didn’t get an answer from him either. I sent both of the emails on Monday and Mike a second one on Tuesday. It’s now Thursday and no response from either. My Jeep pulls to the right and I’m leaving for Colorado this coming Monday. I just wanted to set up an alignment before I go and get the oil changed. Since I got no response I’m taking it to a shop and having them check the alignment. I don’t want to drive to Colorado with it pulling like it does.Great truck, like it a lot but the follow up from the sales department is worthless.

Quick in an out. No B.S. pricing. Im a former service manager, service vadvisor and Ase certified mechanic. I have seen every trick and heard every line. These guys didnt do that. They tried their hardest to get the best price they could for us with warranty. With test drive and all we were out in about 3 1/2 hours with the beautiful Chrysler 300 for my wife and she freaking loves it. Thanks Jerry Ulm crew. Job well done!

Unfortunately, the process didn’t go so smoothly like it started.I was able to put a deposit on a truck that I was very interested in. Went well initially & they stated up front prior to me arriving that windshield would be replaced.They had multiple days before I was able to get to dealership to see truck and drive it. The windshield could have been done in that time frame and the truck could have been cleaned.I arrived, truck was dirty and I did not see the mild front end damage to the truck. Paint chips and dings in light covers and on grill. Once I agreed to purchase they washed the truck, parked where I couldn’t easily see front end & off I went.I stopped for dinner and called them immediately. I went back, they said they would have management contact me about what could be done for the damage. Turns out, “no money in the budget” to fix the damage they hid by not washing the truck prior to me arriving… how convenient.I could return the truck, or keep it was their solution…. They were still responsible for windshield as that was part of the contract.I did decide to keep the truck. It was what I was looking for.They were going to send their glass guys to me to replace windshield.6 days later I still had no appointment to address my windshield, actually their guys dropped me because I was 4 hrs away…I would call and they would say, “oh this is not right, I will get with my manager and attend to this right away”. 4-6 hours later I would be calling back wondering where the situation stood.I finally decided to arrange the windshield replacement myself, it could not be that difficult.I found a place in 10 min to replace my windshield for next day service.Jerry Ulm said, “sure, pay for it and we will cut you a check.”I declined and said they could pay over the phone, they said, “what’s the difference?”The difference is, after 6 days of no action and no money left in a budget to fix damage the intentionally hid, I lost all TRUST.Did not feel that a single penny more should leave my hands to address the incompetence that came along with the lack of customer service that was shown to me.Thank goodness I know how to get stuff done for myself.They are not in for you, just your money peeps!
I recently purchased a new Jeep Gladiator from here. They had the most and best selection in town. I had some issues with the truck after it was purchased but all in all they made sure I was taken care of. The sales manager Kyle was excellent to work with. He did everything he could do to make it right and make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Overall I ended up having a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Very unsatisfied with the quality of service and dishonesty shown by this dealership. Last year I bought a 2020 jeep gladiator from Jerry Ulm and over the course of the year I had multiple issues including having to have the engine replaced. During that time I was only able to enjoy my new vehicle for a couple weeks and then it was in the shop again. Finally I brought the jeep back to Jerry Ulm to just trade it in and get something that works. I was told that they felt bad about the situation I was in and would do everything to make it right, including giving me a good deal on my trade. I ended up trading it in for another jeep which is also having issues.. go figure.To make a long story short they did not help me out in any way and I feel they took advantage of me need to get out of my lemon. After the deal was final I looked over everything again and discovered that not only did they give me 5k under the Kelly blue book of my trade but they also upcharged me a thousand dollars over the normal cost for a leather seat upgrade.I had asked about this issues multiple times and never got an answer so I went into the dealership today to inquire about this in person. When I spoke to the sales manager I asked him why they did that to me. I reminded him that they were supposed to be helping me out since Im a returning customer and they sold me a lemon. He showed zero empathy and said they need to make a profit and its not their problem they sold me a lemon. He said Im supposed to take that up with Jeep.. He had little concern even after telling him I was a veteran and this was very dishonest.Over all this behavior is very disappointing and I will no longer be using this dealership for anything in the future.
Where do I begin!!!!! From the moment I walked in I was approached by Jordan (Iggy) Ignacio and explained my frustration I just went through at Ferman Jeep and how I had such a bad experience and he asked us to give him a chance to earn our business. We did give him that chance and I do have to say I have never had this good of an experience buying a vehicle ever!!!!!!!! Iggy was everything you could ask for in sales. He knew the inventory and his knowledge to me is priceless these days. Iggy rocked the day with exactly what we were in the market for and his professionalism was none I have never witnessed in my 20 plus years of car purchasing from dealerships. When we were ready to go to financing we met Sergio Delgado and all I have to say is this dealership has some serious Rock-stars in these two gentlemen. Sergio was beyond informational and his customer service was 5 star and beyond amazing!!!!! Even while walking around nothing but smiles and how are you and just people who really enjoy being there and that itself is an experience. My overall experience was beyond what I expected and these two gentleman are to thank for it. Also I would like to say to these service men I appreciate you both for your service.
I buy a Jeep with aftermarket camera at 2019, ugly but working, when I buy it work but my phone Bluetooth don’t connect to the radio, so come back next day and yes, when I get it, Bluetooth connect but now the camera don’t, come back, Ali, he must to remember me cause I give him some Cubans cigars ( yes I’m a nice guy) tell me that a some wires are lost but new camera cost around $1200 … I let it run, I’m tired about Bullshitt as today … come back for first change oil .., my sales buddy Javier is gone to Nissan … talk to service man about the camera … oil change it and promised phone call to address it … nothing… today 2021, October,23 … another oil change… talk to JP … see Mr Ali (Baba?) lol far away … nothing just oil change cause now any wire is lost … camera ( I know it’s a peace of S…. Camera but you sell me a Jeep with that Jajaja) …. But no only that .. one of my tires are losing pressure over a month … guess, they top it …. No fixed…. My coolant auxiliary container leaking … ( nobody say nothing) … To say something great the service Manager ( he doesn’t know about the tire and coolant container at least promised and give me he’s email to fix my aftermarket installed camerino a Certficated JEEP That I buy at Jerry jummmm … lol, sayonara, I got enough

Been trying to contact finance department or someone that can help me out with a cancellation form for a warranty that I submit 5 MONTHS AGO! I don’t know anything about it, the status of it, few times I tell service department so they can transfer me and they just hang up on my face. Man when I bought the car was super easy now they making everything so hard I don’t understand what’s going on, I thought it was a more professional place.
I have been to several dealerships and other businesses for oil changes, but there is something special about the team at Jerry Ulm Dodge. I just purchased a used car from this dealership and I have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had! Sales manager, Moe, was instrumental at making this buy happen and im so satisfied with his service and the car I purchased. I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a car before. I’ve only been there one time, I dealt with 3 people out of 100’s, so I can only speak for those 3. At the end of the day it’s a dealership, their job is to SELL you a vehicle. The reason I drove 2 hours is 1. They had the specific truck / options I wanted. 2. I asked for rough numbers on the vehicle price out the door and they cooperated where most dealers now days answer that question by saying “oh man you have to come in to get numbers.” The three guys I dealt with were straight shooters, or as much as a salesman can be. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and I will say that my experience here was probably the best I’ve had. They worked with me before, during, and even after the sale taking care of an issue I discovered after the fact. Long story short, I’d go back, and I’d recommend to a friend.
Beautiful place, and big. Pleasant service writers. I also like the fact that they have a Grill where you can order food that is freshly made while you are waiting for your vehicle. They also provide tables and chairs for you to relax while you are enjoying your food.
Very friendly, efficient and straight forward car purchase. I was able to do some paperwork ahead of arrival to speed it up. My sales manager, David Haro, was very good at keeping me updated with my vehicle order and explaining different aspects of the car and final deal
I showed up for a 10:30 appointment with what I wanted to see picked out. I had received confirmation call about the vehicle to be seen prior to the appointment so that the keys would be ready upon my arrival. I seemed like all I did was wait for things while I was their which threw me as I was informed it would be fast and it would only take 2-3 hours, especially since I had already had my own financing lined up. Needless to say the keys weren’t ready, we actually had to go and search for the the Vehicle in another one. I ended up test driving the the other vehicle by happenstance. The numbers worked out better on the vehicle that I didn’t test drive, but they advertised it having a backup camera and it did t have one as I came to find out the next day. Additionally, now that I’m about 4 hours into this I have a migraine and just want to get things finished and go go home. But, that wouldn’t happen for almost another two hours. This day was extremely long and painful and I didn’t get what was being advertised online, via the backup camera.

As far as dealerships go, this Jerry Ulm was quite positive. Clean facility. Very large. Lots of inventory.Im shopping for a 1/2 ton truck, and this site had three of my four choices! Was very convenient to see my options in one place.A shout out to Justin Case and David Hora, who spent valuable time with me one each truck. They also provided useful insight on each brand .. pros/cons, in a professional manner. Thank you.Also shout out to Mike, one of the finance managers. Very easy to speak with .. just a cool guy too.On a last note, buyers just understand that Jerry Ulm provides a feature to some or all theyre vehicles. That feature is included, but its in addition to the online price. This is for my fellow consumers to know to expect that. That stated, I think these good folks will be willing to work with you!I havent purchased yet, but I will certainly be going back .. hopefully soon.I say Get Some!
Man it really only takes 1 very poor experience to spur everything. Bought my car. Had previous work done here. But the last one much higher than I expected. Called a few times and left messages for my Service Advisor. Not a single call or text back. I’ll move on to another place for future services. I only wanted to understand my bill not dispute it. Way to go on the customer service front, guys.
I recently took my car here for service since my AC stopped working. The first advisor I had Bill wasnt that helpful. He was out sick or gone and never informed me of the status of my car or what was going on. When I got my car back, the ac stopped working the next day.I brought my car back and asked for different service advisors. I was paired with Bobby Gross who I read in a review was amazing. He truly was. Bobby went above & beyond to get not only my ac fixed but other issues going on in my dart. All of these issues were paid for by my extended warranty due to Bobby. Hes truly the best, he kept me updated & I never had to worry about it what was going on with my car. I recommend asking for him if you ever need to bring your car in for service. Hes the only advisor I will be working with.

I came here to test drive a truck and was greeted by Justin Caban. I had spoke with him prior to arrivalAnd the truck was ready when I got there. I also saw a different truck I liked and asked to see used ones of that model. He quickly got a few picked out in my price range and test drove them. Wasn’t planning on buying but he made great deals and was very professional. So I ended up buying and I can say honestly I’ve never had such a smooth and enjoyable truck buying experience. I would recommend this dealership and him to anyone.
We found the exact Jeep we had been searching months for, and were working with Cody to make the deal happen from the east coast of Florida. He assured us the vehicle was available and even took a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle so it would not be sold to anyone else. Once that was done we purchased plane tickets to fly to Tampa so we could drive the vehicle home. After several days, we heard nothing from Cody. We emailed, called, and texted, and he refused to answer us. We finally spoke to a store manager who advised us the Jeep was missing an essential component and was not even driveable. Cody the Coward didnt even have the nerve to let us know. What an absolutely horrible experience. I hope the management team sees this review. We are beyond upset and frustrated about this experience. It just continues to give car salesmen a bad name. Shame on you Cody, and shame on Jerry Ulm for allowing this to happen.

I took my Jeep there to get checked out due to the noise and the smell of coolant. Turned out I needed my water pump replaced which happened to be covered under warranty, THANK GOD!!! Otherwise I wouldve had to pay at least $500-$600 to get it repaired. I only had to pay the deductible and I also paid to get my coolant flushed. They also provided me with a rental so I didnt have to sit in the lobby all day. Jess (Jessica Fabio) was the person who helped me. She is very personable and helpful. Jess was awesome!!!!

Made an appointment to start my vehicle search, Andrew got me all set up and was there waiting for us. Told him we were absolutely not buying anything today .... he was great, we looked at several used jeep Cherokee’s he was patient showed us everything super amazing ZERO pressure- long story short we ended up leaving in a brand new 2021 with 7 miles on the ODM and could not be happier! Made everything super easy, even staying late on Valentine’s Day to get everything taken care of and show us a few more things before we left. Highly recommended make an appointment with Andrew! He could have totally blown us off when we said we weren’t buying but instead took the entire day making us happy and finding the perfect vehicle!
Went in to buy a truck and left with a truck! Worked with me on pricing and Cody K made an easy and smooth hand off to the finance. I think his name was Mr. Delgado, prior Army like me so I felt extremely comfortable working with them. Waited for the truck to be polished and gassed up, was invited to a beautiful cafe/eatery area! Cody K even answered my texts after the sale because customer service doesnt stop at the door. This is what makes a great dealership!
Unethical sales practices. We went in to look at Gladiators, 3 of the 7 had incorrect pricing on the sticker. Sales manager told me they were all priced correctly, I pointed to one with addendum tag bringing the price up to $54k, told him Id take it for that price...oops, its really $71k. They didnt seem at all concerned or apologetic, or act like they planned to fix it.

We purchased a vehicle and an error was detected after the sale was complete, instead of returning the vehicle they took responsibility and proceeded with the original agreement. Cody Fletcher our sales rep was very professional and understanding also the manager only cared about doing the RIGHT thing to make us happy. Bought a certified newer used car costing over $24000.00Had no jack and the one key bob would not work on second day.Had to pay $400 for a new on just to be able to us the car.Jerry Ulm attitude was you bought it tough luck.

Top notch service. They have a positive energy, and no pressure sales approach. Transparent pricing strategy with great customer service.I stopped in one day to check out their stock of HD RAMS. I test drove a used model and also a new model. I wasnt particularly sold on any of the used models they had in stock and the new model was different than what I was looking for (2500 v. 3500). I never even negotiated price with the salesman.Fast forward two weeks. After checking multiple dealerships across the state and dealing with legitimate bait and switch tactics (which amazes me that some organizations still use such antiquated sales attempts) I saw they (Jerry Ulm) had new models of the trucks I had been looking for used, listed online. I stopped in.To the point. I ended up in a very fair priced new HD RAM, at a cost that other dealerships were trying to unload a used (3yr old) model. No back and fourth games. No guilt tripping tactics (like theyre doing me a favor, when Im the one bringing the money). Never once felt pressured to act now. Never once did they mention in this market, and they never acted anything less than professional when I counter offered.They didnt even ask about money down or trade-ins until we had already agreed on an out-the-door price. They acted professionally while keeping it honest enough for me to leave happy. Hopefully your mileage wont vary and all of their sales team are equatable to my experience... Also, avoid Gator Ford.

I came across Jerry Ulm online and they had a BMW 7 series that fit what I was looking for. At first I was reluctant to do business with a non BMW dealer. The sales man Guy who I spoke to, did everything I asked and in a timely manner. He sent me numerous videos and pics. He sent me the options that were on car, told me about the companies incredible lifetime engine warranty and made me feel comfortable dealing with him and the Jerry Ulm brand. When it came time to discussing my trade in, Guy had linked me with his manager Martin. Martin was able to get me more than any other dealer could for my trade in which elevated my level of comfort even further. I was able to negotiate a deal on my trade in, negotiate the price of the new car and complete the credit process all within an hour. I buy numerous cars per year and this has been the easiest, most professional car buying process I have ever experienced. I rate the entire process a 10 and have nothing but incredible things to say about Guy, Martin, the dealership and everybody who made this transaction possible. I will be referring friends, family and buying my future vehicles from Guy and the Jerry Ulm dealership. Great cars, great prices and the most professional sales folks.
