I have always been respectful and professional when dealing with any and all representatives of this business.I took the vehicle to their service department for a new alternator. I paid for the service. The job was botched. The part not replaced. I ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere. Had to pay for a second tow and a second mechanic to actually do the work. I called to ask how this could happen when i explicitly took it in for the alternator. Its 6 months later and im still waiting on just a COURTESY call, anything...nope nothing...we got your money, were good.In December Im bedridden, quarantining with covid. I call to say the payment that Im late on...this is why etc... and this is the date ill have it in. The rep tells me we are a business. Im fighting for my life attempting to communicate from my sick bed and thats the attitude i deal with. As if I dont know theyre a business.I call when im better to complain about the reps tone and i dont get one sentence out before Im shouted down by the rep and on a second call shouted down by the reps supervisor about how there is nothing wrong with the way i was treated.Now here i am in another instance of ridiculousness. Im 8 days late on a payment ( i made a partial payment 4 days ago) $166.00 i owe. I attempt to pay the balance in full via the pay by phone option and im told i cannot. I drive to business location to pay via the onsite kiosk and im blocked out there and not allowed to make the payment...uh?So my phone gets BLOWN UP if im 1 day late on a paymemt but when i attempt to pay the late paymemt 7 days later( time of intial attempt to pay via phone) im told i camnot pay and my account is locked? What is going on here?Alot of reviews speak of being able to get a vehicle. Those sales people do not make a dime unless you drive off with a car. So they will so anything to get you into a car.Will you be treated with same respect and deference once youve signed on the dotted line? Will you be a priority if something goes wrong with the car? Are these the type of people that youll feel good about referring others to and trusting in the way they do business to put your own reputation on the line recommending this business?My answer has been no to all these questions. Ive not made up or embellished any of this. Just the facts of my experience. If i could go back, not a chance this company gets a dime of my hard earned money.Good luck finding a vehicle and a dealership worth a darn.UPDATE!!! :MIKE FERNANDEZ the GM is a Asset and a Credit to this company. Roberts customer service was superb!But the quality of car sold to me not as much.I purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger from this lot and in less than 3 months my transmission went out while I was on the highway, car completely stops. They were trying to charge me for repairs but by the grace of God I was still in my warranty period. 1 day before expiration! 6 months after purchase, check engine light comes on, Ive paid the car off and it wasnt worth 12K AT ALL, mind you I was making $400 payments each month. If youre wise you wont purchase a car here, I did because I was in desperate need of a vehicle and needed to obtain one quickly because of work.

ATTN: Please share for everyone to see!!!!hello,I have have been with ABC autos since Dec 2017. I have been through 2 cars now. 1st one was a Chevy, it had nothing but problems after problems. after me getting in their butts to do something they finally did a collateral swap. here is the thing though after 5months of on time payments and repair with my own money, when they did the swap nothing went over. I basically started all over again when promised the payments I had been making would switch over too. now, I have a Hyundai sonata and since day one i have had issues with it. I am forking out so much money on repairs and highly price payments that could be used towards a new car. 2012 hyandai sonata for $14,000 when I have found them to be for 7 or 8 grand in great condition. also I have replaced the starter once, the spark plugs, brakes are bad, etc. I have repeatedly been to the mechanic and nothing. I found out yesterday that there are no note of any of my complaints except for brakes, tire rotation and oil change. no my start is out again and they refuse to fix it. they are billing me for it and the best part they have seized my car due to past due payment. 1 month behind. since Dec 2017 I have postpone 1 payment, and this is my 1st time ever being late. ABC Autos is nothing but crooks out for themselves and sell nothing but lemon cars. I do not recommend them at all. they need to be put out of business. their cars have put me in severe danger and my toddler many times, and I am the one they want to hold accountable. Wow!!!!! Beware do not go to ABC Autos of Tampa!!!!!!

*BEWARE* $2000 to my first truck was paid off and then oof! Transmission breaks in traffic. No other option but to refinance through them for a payment of $540 e/month for a 2008 F150. For a year they Called and harassed me for payment every 2 weeks. Threatening text messages and voicemails, so many I had to clean my vmails out just because of them filling it up. The worst customer service lady was -Joann- very disrespectful. Next was -Elizabeth- with a non caring attitude and harassing text messages. Do not recommend this place, Ive dealt with them 3 years so I leave fair warning.

Junk rebuilt cars if not rusted out, shady business men, shady salesmen. One salesmen has one price the other has a different price for the same car. Save your money and time and DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM ABC AUTOS!!!!! I know 10 people who have been ripped off by them.

After working with Robert for about a week and a half. I was told to come in and get the truck we had discussed. After an hour being there the manager changed his mind and would not let ne have the truck. Every day I will be back here to post more of what I experienced, I will assure it will make you sick. Biweekly payments of $200 for 2010 corolla with over 100k miles!!.. plus seen oil leak he said i would have to pay $250 for repair and im still just trying make a back to the dealer from the test drive! Havent even sat down to negotiate and your employee Tellin me I have to come up with $250 for some gasket insane

My friend got her car from here. She gives me rides home every nighy from work. She just alerted me that she was told there is nothing wrong with her car.....I literally thought I was going to die getting into 275 from Busch blvd because the car wouldnt accelerate properly. And pretty sure she has a motor mount out cause when shes at a stop u can hear the vibration.

All I did over at ABC Autos Incorporated was to go with my roommate to make his car payment. While he was doing so I looked at the cars in the lot. It looked like they were waiting for an order of cars. Also it looked like they cleaned all the cars before they left. So that people would see the clean automobiles. Pretty impressed with the professionalism so far! My salesman Steven was great and very helpful offered to take care of a few things for me on the truck I purchased. The service department has been great so far also. I’ve had the truck now for 4 days roughly and the transmission started slipping, I looked a little deeper into the truck and it is a blow headgasket. Why am I giving them 5 stars you may ask???? I called them and told them about the issues and they immediately apologized and wanted me to bring it in so they can make it right. That’s great business in my opinion. I know how it work they buy from an auction with no clue in the vehicles past. They purchased a truck with some big issues but i know they had no clue about the issues and put it up for sale. They honered their word and without a question had me bring it in for repairs. Basically they can’t control what happened before they purchased the cars but hey will take care of them after the fact. Stand up guys if you ask me.

I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion and Im not sure if I just happened to be one of the lucky ones but I have purchased 2 vehicles from ABC and have not had any issues regarding customer service, sales or service. They have always been right on top of things if I had any issues or concerns regarding either one of my vehicles, and I only had to come out of pocket very little, if at all. When dealing with used vehicles, you always run the risk of having an issue with the car. When I needed to make a payment arrangement due to a death in the family, I was able to do it with no problem or no hassle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My dad purchased my first car from ABC Autos in 2006 and it was probably the best first car a girl could ask for: 12,000 miles on it, one previous owner, no accidents. In 2011 I sold it with the help of ABC and got a Traverse. When o had transmission issues, I brought it to the repair shop and they fixed all of the issues I had. I traded it in and now have a Kia from ABC. Couldnt be happier with the experiences Ive had here.
