Worked over e-mail with Steve Blank, and I will tell you this guy is great to work with. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted to be and he hit a home run. We showed up at the dealership, fell in love with the car and signed on the dotted line. My wife is super satisfied with her New Lexus ES 350 F Sport. There looked like there were going to be some speed bumps in the process but Steve Blank was able to get it smoothed out before it ever became an issue. If I am ever in the market again I will be buying from this guy and I highly recommend you do the same!
My husband and I were driving back home to Lake Mary after visiting our daughter in Tampa. AC in our LC 500 suddenly stopped working at any speed or direction. We brought our car to them since we were in the area. I must say each and everyone who attended to us treated us like royalty. Excellent, Excellent Service - from our first visit (we visited twice). My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle as unfortunately our last vehicle was totaled by a hit and run driver on Fowler Ave. We usually purchase our vehicles and keep them for a long time. Jeanette Fernandez, our sales consultant was extremely understanding, helpful, patient and kind as we took our time to make the right purchase decision for our family (since we will most likely drive this vehicle for the years to come). The first day we came, we were blown away by Jeanettes hospitality! We were on the lot looking at vehicles - and it was raining, Jeanette came out and warmly greeted us with a smile and started to show us our options immediately... she is AWESOME! I must admit that we left, shopped around, but when we did NOT get the same level of hospitality and service, we left and came back the following day to work with Jeanette! Service is everything!!! I’m a first time buyer. My experience with Lexus was not like any other dealerships. It was a smooth process. My salesman Ben was very informative, patient and a great listener. He did not pressure or try to persuade me into purchasing a vehicle that I didn’t want. That’s what impressed me most. Cody, the financial manager was great and answered my questions in great detail. Seamless first time experience with Lexus of Tampa Bay. Working with Jeremiah Lucas was amazing, he provided excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to features, technology and lease trade-in processes. Its a huge pet peeve when Sales Associates are persistently pushy, especially during negotiations. However, for the first time EVER at a car dealership, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable working with Jeremiah. Overall, really impressed with the staff and dealership, from the follow-up to their attention to detail.
The people are really great here. Theyre professional, kind and patient. We purchased a vehicle yesterday from Caleb & he stayed over 3 hours past his shift. Poor man worked a shift well longer than 12 hours! It was a very long drive there, but it really was a pleasure.

I took our 2015 Lexus RX450h into to Lexus of Tampa Bay for its 75,000 check up. This is our third Lexus and I believe our second service advisor in something like 15 years. Were sold on this dealership and have found everyone weve come in contact with to be pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The waiting room is pleasant and easy to maintain a social distance. The coffee isnt bad either!

He was very knowledgeable about the car, and he guided me through a fully comprehensive test drive, so I could explore different aspects of the car and its driving style. On Monday, November 1st 2021, I took my Lexus Suv in for a regular scheduled 5,000 mile service. After the service, I was told that I only have 2 free services remaining which was totally incorrect. The financial team instructed me that I would have free services up to 100,000 miles if I purchased both of the maximum extended warranties. Upon meeting with Pamela and 2 other representatives, who could not figure out why the information was incorrect, I was told that I would receive a call yesterday which was November 2nd. I did not receive this call as it is now my inclination to cancel all warranties attached due to fraudulent information. It was even more derogatory that I was questioned as to why I was bringing in my suv to be serviced every few months faster that when others would usually be bringing in their cars. I am very unhappy with this situation.
I purchased my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay in 2013. For the past 8yrs I have received excellent service for every service appointment. The reminders are great. They also provide you multiple options with additional service is required. Staff is professional and friendly.

I didn’t purchase but my daughter did and I was there throughout the entire experience. We went to a Mercedes Benz dealership close by and we’re turned off by unprofessional behavior of several sales members. So we decided to go to Autonation Lexus to look at a used Mercedes they had recently listed. We were immediately met by a friendly team member and linked with Eddie. Eddie was a complete professional! He explained the process and Autonation pricing for used vehicles. Took us on a great test drive and worked with my daughter to ensure she was able to purchase the vehicle of her dreams! This is my third purchase at three separate Autonation locations and each one was fantastic. The process is smooth and the staff I’ve worked with were all professional! When it comes time for another vehicle I’ll Autonation will be my first stop!

Steven (Sales) & Alex (Finance) – Awesome Lexus Teamwork!My Dad had been set on purchasing a Cadillac over the past few months, but my mom was able to talk him into looking at a Lexus. I called Tampa Lexus on Saturday to make an appointment with Steven Blanks to see a UX 200 on Sunday. When I took my parents in to meet with Steven, he asked my dad a couple of questions about exactly what he was looking for in a SUV as well as his price point. Steven spoke on the major safety features with my 75 year old parents, he was patient and took time to politely answer all of their questions. My dad came to see the Lexus UX 200, but left with a RX 300 (my dad was overjoyed when Steven set him up take the red ribbon bow picture with his new car). We were only at the dealership for a short time and I believe that was only due to other customers that were there before us being serviced.My parents stated they were impressed by both Steven and Alex (my mom continued to speak highly of how Alex assisted them) and appreciated how kind and efficient they both were in assisting with the purchase! They are enjoying the vehicle and are happy they chose Tampa Lexus!

Came in the other day for an oil change on my 2015 vehicle and explained that I was having issues seeing my dashboard screen. L.A. in the service department was great, and helped with my extended warranty. He even stayed late to help get me checked out after what Im sure was a long day.
I hate reviewing but they keep emailing for one.I found the Lexus I wanted online so I paid for it and went to pick it up one week later BUT the car was not ready. I expect a certified Lexus from this dealership to be in drive off the lot condition. It was put into service for one week I had to pay for the flaw on the dash to be fixed there is still cosmetic things wrong which I will have to pay to fix. One of the two keys do not work? The mechanic service was fix so now the car drives great 3 weeks later. The service department was the best part of my experience. This is not the first car I have purchased online but it was the worst experience car purchase from a so called “Oldest Lexus dealership in Florida “

Lexus of Tampa exceeded my expectations! I found the car on the internet on a Sunday afternoon, sent an inquiry and received a phone call 20 minutes later from Nick, surprised a dealership is open on Sunday. I live 6.5 hours away but Nick was great in sending me all the info via email and texts to finalize the purchase. The following Sunday I made the drive to Tampa to pick up the car but since Nick would be on vacation, he set me up with Ryan who was incredible. The entire process was smooth with no pressure. While at the dealership, the street block had a power outage so there was a delay in paperwork but the staff handled it professionally and efficiently once it came back on. I was prepared that I would arrive after the long drive and something would go wrong. Not the case at all! Later that night, I found that the car had the wrong owners manual in it but when I reached out to Ryan, he assured me he would get the right one. He spent the next couple of days tracking down the right manual and had it shipped to me. Ryan went above and beyond for me! Thanks Nick and Ryan for an incredible experience!

Every employee we interacted with was great including our salesman, Steve. We handled most of the deal over the phone via text and email. My only hang up that left me baffled even after bringing it up was there was almost no fuel in the truck, had to get diesel once we left. Now I understand a Lexus dealership isn’t going to keep diesel on hand for the rare occasions a trade comes thru that takes it, however there are gas stations and gift cards for them readily available and nothing was ever offered or mentioned. I have never purchased a vehicle new or pre-owned that didn’t come with a full tank of gas. Other than that, Steve and the gentleman in finance were great. Thank you Lexus of Tampa Bay!
DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! My wife brought her Lexus to the dealership for a recall and an oil change and was told that her front brakes and rotors were in need of replacement. The service tech told her that her brakes were at a 0mm and a 1mm for their measurements and said that they were in severe need of replacement. We were given a $1,200 estimate for repairs which we refused. We left the dealership and immediately took the car to our trusted mechanic where he took the wheels off the car and measured the brakes and both brakes measured 5mm not the 0 & 1 stated by the service tech. My mechanic also stated that the rotors were still in good condition and didnt need to be replaced. This type of scare tactic is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend dealing with the service department due to their blatant lack of honesty.UPDATE: After leaving my review I received notice that there was a response to my review and in that response it asked me to call the dealership to resolve my issue. I called the dealership and was told I would receive a call back and I sit here 3 days later with no call back. This dealership has such poor customer service and lying employees in the service department.

Recently got our Lexus there. Did the majority of dealing over the phone with Ben. He was extremely honest and gave me a very good price. When I got to the dealership, Ben was on vacation so he passed all we had worked on (price, color and additions) to Tony. Our car was ready and waiting and without a doubt, it was the quickest purchase of a vehicle I have ever encountered. All in all, both salesmen were excellent and extremely honest. Just do your homework, look around and have a price in mind of what you want to pay and go from there.
Alex is always awesome! Would recommend that Lexus do a recall on wheel liners for SUVs, as was explained that they are always getting damaged. My first experience of this happened to me after having many vehicles in my lifetime. Lexus Tampa is always outstanding and I appreciate the great care they take of their customers.
I have a 2010 Lexus ES350 that I bought from Lexus of Tampa Bay. Usually the service is good. On a recent occasion however my daughter lost our second and final key fob. After speaking with the dealership, I had the car towed there to program a new key.After reviewing the car, the dealership said “the computers were unable to program a new key and we need to replace the immobilizer and keyless computers in addition to the key fob and programming. $3,700. After my jaw returned from the floor, I asked them to review other options with technicians and get back to me. When they called me back they stuck to the recommendation. The only option was to get a locksmith to “bypass the whole system which would not be recommended”.At this point I decided to engage a locksmith who said it shouldn’t be an issue to reset the computer and program a new fob. After 5 minutes with the car they were right. New fob and programming out the door for $385.Lexus of Tampa Bay should be ashamed of themselves for trying to scam anyone like this, much less a long time customer. In addition to the car in question, we have a 2019 Lexus ES350 that we got from the dealer as well. And, we’re in the market for a new car in the next 6 months. I don’t plan to use this dealership.The only explanation that would be reasonable is that the locksmith has equipment that the dealership doesn’t have. However, in my mind, that would be equally troubling.Buyer beware

Unfortunately the experience felt like a cheap used car sales event - I would expect more from Lexus - only reason I continued is they came to their senses with the help of an amazing sales associate - Rachelle.The manager I dealt with the first time was unscrupulous and the way they treat their customers are extremely poor. He kept trying to push a car color on me that I didn’t want. He also came across as a chauvinist and tried to show his female associate “how to close a deal.” But didn’t because I refused to do business with someone of such caliber.
Good service. But if I’m being honest and comparing apples to apples or this particular Lexus dealership to ours in Orlando or Winter Park, it’s a 4 out of 5.I suggest a men’s bathroom remodel to start.I did get my RX for a great price though.

I scheduled my cars 310K mile service at a long time favorite dealership, Lexus of Tampa Bay. Brake work and a detail job were among my desired additional services. The mechanic noticed an oil leak and coolant leak which added a new oil pump/seal (a multiple day job) and new radiator to the repair list. Fortunately I was at a dealership I had come to trust for top-notch service which included over a weeks use of a nice Lexus courtesy car. Before long I returned to find my freshly detailed car looking showroom new and ready for many more years enjoyment. I recommend Lexus of Tampa Bay- a dealership that provides exceptional service time and time again.

I have a fairly new CPO SUV that I purchased at this dealership. So far, Ive been satisfied with the service I received from the service department. They have fixed all the minor mechanical / electronic defects that I brought to their attention at no cost to me, since the vehicle is on an extended warranty program. Ive had no issues with the engine, nor the performance of the vehicle. Pam helped me most recently, and she was very cordial, and upfront about the details of the repairs.

This was an exceptional visit. I actually got the wind shield washer replaced back on its housing. The Rep from last March did not think it was important. But on 6/17 it got repaired. Its the least important that is the most important. I never worry about the regular service, it always seems that after the service the car feels like the day I bought it. Thank you.

I leased my vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. Its a three-year lease and I decided to buy it out. It has to be bought out through the dealer apparently so I contacted the dealer and asked for the paperwork to be drawn up. When I arrived at the dealership with a scheduled appointment I went through some original paperwork with a sales person who was doing the best he could and then I was told that because they only had one finance manager on duty it would be up to two hours wait. All I wanted to do was pay the money and own the car. I discovered that there were three or four other customers in the same boat that I was in. The finance manager, when she got to me, was excellent and patient. Extremely efficient. She actually saved me some transfer money that I hadnt expected to pay in the first place. But you would think that a dealership that sells $100,000 vehicles would have sufficient staff on duty to accommodate the customers and save the customers waiting time.
My sales person was Eddie and I was very pleased with the service, his knowledge of the vehicles and his quick response time on my questions. I recommend this dealership if looking for a new or used vehicle.
I came into Lexus of Tampa bay to meet with Ryan K about a Lexus rc300. Ryan and his team did an amazing job at making sure I was satisfied with the numbers before the purchase. Excellent service. Brian was a great help with replacing my battery under warranty even though I had never had my car serviced there and told him Im up front I was not looking to do any repairs at the time. Nonetheless I was treated exactly the same even though I wasnt spending money which is rare in the automotive industry, and I know because Ive worked in a service department for 6 years!
I had a very smooth transaction from beginning to end. We did two separate transactions as buying and selling my car (not trading) and could not be happier with the results. Eddie was an excellent sales person, explained every detail of the car and the transaction as well. The finance person was also extremely nice and not pushy at all like other dealerships. Bought a 2015 Lexus GS 350 15 days ago. Within hours of driving it off the lot the brakes started screaming. I legitimately have never experienced this with any other car in 28 years of driving. When I bought the car they told me they were brand new brakes and new rotors. I took the car back to Lexus and they resurfaced the rotors, checked the brakes, and told me it was all fixed. The car was fine for about 2 days and now the brakes are making noise again, significant noise. Ive had multiple passengers point it out. The sales team and sales manager were great to deal with but the service on the car was subpar. Its a simple brake job! This is not what I expect from Lexus. Its a luxury car and should have premium parts on it. Im going to my mechanic this week to have them look at the pads to see if cheap pads were put on this car. Ill update this post afterwards.

Easy to schedule service, comfortable waiting area. Cant complain about the actual service on my vehicle which is most important. Just had a bad experience with the service advisor. He wasnt helpful at all compared to the other advisors I was seeing helping customers out. Good thing I was only there for routine service.
I had been searching for a Subaru BRZ in good used condition for months when an awesome one appeared here at Lexus of Tampa Bay. After entering my info Steve Blank reached out to me to set up a viewing. Steve gave me all the time I needed to think about my purchase, Im telling you no pressure or pushiness at all. I looked at the car inside and out, Steve even let me speak to the mechanic who inspected the car. At the end I ended up getting exactly what I want, while Danielle from finance ensured I got exactly what I needed. Again, no pressure and she worked with me the whole time to ensure I understood and got me exactly what I needed in terms of a good deal for my car.Steve and Danielle hooked me up big time! I went for my first service (6 month) with my Lexus SUV. People were very friendly and I had a question regarding the navigation use from the iphone to the car screen that had stopped. They called their technology specialist (I believe her name was Mardy) and she asked me if I upgraded my iphone. After an upgrade the Lexus software had to be restarted on the phone as Apple shuts the apps down. It worked again. And - they cleaned my car nicely before I received it back.

I had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Tampa Bay. I didn’t have any problems making the appointment. When I arrived everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional and efficient. I had the 55,000 mile maintenance done on my vehicle and everything was throughly explained to me.
They are very unprofessional, purchased a vehicle with a check payed in full !Once they got my money they totally forgot all about me now Im driving around on expired tags because they failed to send the proper paperwork to the department of motor vehicles. I will never buy a car from this dealership Ever and will be recommending to all my friends and family to AVOID THIS PLACE, we all drive Lexuss But not from this dealership ever again! do not go to this place.!
