Inquired about a vehicle. Was given an Astronomical price of 27k for an 18k vehicle. Questioned the price and was told if I was broke just say so. Very rude employees and would never purchase a vehicle from this dealer based on the people they employ. Others are also posting about the unprofessional people that work there. It’s a shame that this dealer will have a tarnished name based on an employee.

Just bought my first car from these guys and I am so happy with my experience. Luis and Darren were both so kind and helpful, and they helped us navigate some financials and met us in the middle with what we needed! They knew how much I had fallen in love after driving the car, and they made sure I was able to leave with it too. Being a first time car buyer, I also appreciated how transparent they were with me and how thoroughly they explained the process.

Ebs list was on when I bought my car, they said they would fix it but never did.I paid my car off in April and still havent received my title. They also put a tracker on my car, never told me and never took it off after I paid it off! Quick to take your money but take forever getting your tag and title.

Car wasn’t up to the quality that was said, once it broke down after barely 2 weeks of ownership I can’t come into contact with them. Find business elsewhere if you are looking for actual quality!

My experience with Ron and this dealership has been nothing short of abysmal. I bought a car that I was assured had a complete 28 point inspection done. Only to find out within a week that there were major problems with the engine; something I had brought to Rons and his technicians attention many times. I was even assured that if anything came up, to bring it in and they would fix it free of cost. Im now writing this from the side of.the road, where I have been sitting for.the past 8 hours, as Ron refuses to send a fow truck to pick up the car and fix their intentional mistakes. I was scammed, and this post is to warn other people; BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

Buyer beware! These guys sold me a truck, said nothing was wrong with it and promised to replace headlight and clean/detail the car. The engine ended up needing a 2000 dollar repair, they never fixed the headlight or even cleaned it after months of trying to get ahold of them. Seriously, I had to chase them down to even get the tags for it. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Sad I had to make this review because they seemed like really good and honest people at first.

Let me tell you about the people here at Autobanc. Pete was just awesome he told me about the cars and really looked out for me as I searched the lot. He took his time and just let me be me. I was very comfortable with him. Ms Summer is the best ever when I tell you she works miracles!!!! She did it for me. I have to say I was highly disappointed in their business professionalism. They advertised a truck on their website as clean and had it priced at the high end of its Kelly Blue Book price. I called Denny and and made an appointment to come see and test drive it in 1 hour. We arrived and the first thing we noticed were ALL of the center caps were missing from the rims. Then we saw the berliner was missing. We opened the door and it was dirty inside no detailing. Then we found that 2 of the power windows didnt work nor did the side mirrors! The final straw was they gave us the keys to take it for a test drive and there was absolutely NO GAS, the needle was past E and the light was on. Oh and did I mention the CHECK ENGINE light was also on along with the oil light!! Clearly they are not to concerned with their business image or professional ethics not to mention customer safety. I highly recommend you look else where.

Never sent me a plate. Temp plates expired so I called to find out where my plate was and I got: forgot to tell you I needed more information before he could get me a plate. When I asked him how I was getting to work tomorrow he told me I had to drive in and get a new temp plate. So over 30 days with temp plates they couldnt figure out how to send me plates? Its my responsibility as the customer to go out of my way to get new plates. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache of dealing with morons. Terrible customer service. Tena Automotive policy is blame the customer.

After being out of work 4 months on FMLA I had to sell my car to make ends meet. When returning to work I desperately needed a vehicle. I spent days driving around Polk County trying to find a buy here pay here to work with me with little money down and payments I could afford... I got doors slammed in my face until I stopped at Tena. I was stressed out, frustrated and running out of time to find a vehicle. These guys were great, they took what I had as a down payment and I drove off the lot. Ive never had a better experience with a used car lot and believe me Ive bought alot of used cars in my life. If youre looking for a used car I recommend you stop here first. Honestly I wont ever buy a used car from anywhere else. These guys are great and they went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Tena!

Absolutely terrible experience, very unprofessional. Flew down to see a car, agreed on a price with some missing parts being sent to my home. After I got home with the car and the check cleared, the dealership and its owner, John didnt send the title to me or the state. I called him to ask about it and he said Oh yes, I know its on my desk. I had to call multiple times asking for it and when I got the title, it wasnt transferred to me so I had to call back AGAIN. It took over 45 days from purchase before I could legally register the car, and that was with weeks of badgering. On top of that, they forgot to ship me the parts that were promised for WEEKS. Terrible experience, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Very incompetent, shop somewhere else, the deals arent worth the headache.

Nice vehicles, bad customer service. I wonder if they hire salesman off street. The tall dark skin male helped me and from start, made me feel uncomfortable with the comments about my looks. He asked for my phone number and all. I tried to overlook the comments eventually I left stating I would return. I will not return!! Very unprofessional.

Back in February 2013 I stopped to look at a car from Tena Automotive. My vehicle of interest was a 2006 Nissan 350z. Despite my bad credit the salespeople were able to get me approved for the vehicle of my dreams. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was so happy and excited but…things that seem too good to be true….usually are.I informed the Salesman (Jonathan) that I wanted to keep my payments below $350 a month. Per my agreement I paid $2,000 down. Upon signing the paperwork for my new vehicle and getting in the car I was informed that I owed an additional $200 for down payment. I was angry of course because that was not a part of our contractual agreement. The salesman submitted the paperwork to the bank stating that I had paid $2,200 just so that the paperwork would reflect my desired monthly payment and then charged me an additional $200 off the books. I was very upset but tried not to let it ruin the happiness of having my new vehicle.When I first stepped on the lot of Tena Automotive the owner (John) assured me that they sold the most reliable vehicles around. After only three days of having the vehicle I noticed that I had no headlights. I contacted Tena Automotive immediately. I called several times and left numerous voicemails requesting a call back. No one ever reached out to me. When I came in with cash they were on me like flies on crap, now that I needed them I could not even get a call back. After a week on only being able to drive my car during the day, I knew I was not going to get a response from the dealership. I sent them a dirty email and ended up fixing the headlights myself. Little did I know this was only the beginning.Two weeks later I noticed that my engine was knocking really really loudly. Upon taking a look under the hood I discover…..to my sheer horror…..there was NO OIL IN THE ENGINE. I guess a 300 point inspection does not include checking the oil. I could write up pages and pages of the issues that I have had with this vehicle, but for the sake of time I will just list them below.Broken headlightsCar overheated- New cooling fanPassenger side door doesn’t open.No oil in the engine4 new tires and alignment needed.Car does not start due to electrical issues.No overhead ceiling lights in vehicleWindshield washer fluid dispenser does not workAfter the myriad if issues I finally took a trip down to Tena Automotive. Needless to say they didn’t care about my vehicle or the issues that I was facing. The owner was really nasty and told me “Well that’s what happens when you purchase a car as is…no warranty” I am beyond dissatisfied with my experience at this dealership. This was my very first auto loan and I never would have imagined that I would be treated this way. Even as I sit here now I am unable to start my vehicle. I trusted the people at Tena Automotive and I have been ripped off. Words can not express how sad I feel over this situation. I have paid $1,000 plus dollars for vehicle repairs in a matter of a few months. I sold a good running vehicle to get into what I thought was the car of my dreams. My dream has been nothing but a nightmare. I would not recommend Tena Automotive to my worst enemy.

Buyer beware!!! They say they are here to help, hardly the case!!! Back in September 2013 I purchased a car from here (2004 Saab). When I bought the car I was to have new knobs on the stereo this was approved from the owner as well as the rear passenger door lock did not work and the window would not roll down and the driver seat being electric would not move. The owner told the finance manager to get me taken care of and make me happy all words no actions. I did get the rear window fixed as well as the door lock. As for the seat they asked me to go to the jaguar dealership and get an estimate on how much it cost to fix the drivers seat the estimate came back at $450.00 trying to be fair I thought this was a lot of money. We got the seat to move enough to get it into the right position. I talk with John the finance manager and said if you replace a mirror a $35.00 fix I would call it good. Let just say the seat is not fixed, plus I do not have stereo knobs, and NO mirror! They did pay the amount for the estimate to have the chair looked at in February and I had this done the week before Thanksgiving. Once John left the new finance guy Joe said it was on order and the wrong one came in. When I called in there the next week Joe doesnt work there anymore. When I asked to speak to the owner he doesnt want to talk to me. I have just tried to get this taken care of no one wants to return calls the new finance guy Jim said he would call me by Monday he did not call me. I had to call back three times and then he hung up on me. Customer service here is very questionable the only one who was there to help was John the Sales Manager. He did drive out to pick me up so I could buy the car. so to sum it up if you choose to buy a car from these guys make sure they do the work first or plan to hear stories!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

If i could give a negative star i would. About 4 1/2 weeks ago I bought a 4 Runner from them for a 30 days same as cash deal and was told they would write it off with no financing. I ended up paying the car off on the first pay date and in return they promised to release the title to the vehicle the same day. They lied to me and 4 weeks later im still waiting for the title because instead of just doing a cash deal and avoiding problems they processed my title as if i financed the vehicle and put a lien on the car through the DMV. It is now 1 month later sense i paid them off and im still waiting for the title and the DMV will not release my title till the paper work the dealer processed with the lien completion is taken off. I have never dealt with a dealer that is so shady and so worried about there own, that they would take my money knowing they will not be able to get me my title for several weeks. I do not recommend!!
