An awesome experience from beginning to end! Our sales representative was Rich. This guy was cool calm in every way. He was very knowledgeable when providing information about the car and made us feel that we had known him forever. Hands down the best dealership I have dealt with. I have bought several of cars in my lifetime and always on edge when dealing with dealers. At first meet defenses where up. After spending 15 mins with the owner and his family I was at ease. They are honest fair and friendly something you almost never come by when dealing with a car sales men. The vehicle we purchased had a few things that needed attention and the owner brought them to my attention and explained all parts had been ordered and will be installed at my convenience. Would recommend 100 percent to any friend or family member.

Richard understood the assignment. I recently totaled my previous vehicle a month ago and been in the market for another ever since. I’ve been frustrated with the process because honestly I wasn’t planning on buying anything any time soon. Especially with the ridiculous market prices at the moment. Either way I needed another vehicle and wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied with the purchase I made. So with that being said I reached out to alpha autos about this cls I was interested in and it was a beauty! But looks can be deceiving right?! And I’ve surely made a choices that bit me later on. If you do not live in the same state do not buy your car from them...my car had none of the features that was advertised and i did not realize until i got the car all the way home...i was told oh maybe someone took out the certain features....i was not reimbursed....my car has been in the shop 4 times and the odometer said the car only had 59,000 miles on it..... i was told my car was going to be shipped in that week but i had to fly down to pick my car up because i was being delayed after making my deposit, only to come and find out once i got there in person it was because the headlight was not working and he was waiting to get it in the mail....my tires were completely bald...my coils had been switched around instead of replaced.... never again ...

My husband and I drove up to look at a car he seen listed a few was ago. There was no hidden issues. Half a mile into the drive he new this was his car. We were out the door Under 2 hours with his new car. He absolutely loves it. Great customer service with great prices.

When I arrived unannounced for a test drive, I was told the vehicle I was interested in was at the Ford dealership getting inspected; however, it didn’t end there. Ziya offered to let me follow him to the dealership to see it there, so we went. He tracked down the keys and showed me the vehicle in the back parking lot of the Ford dealership. The vehicle was much more than I expected after months of searching for just the right vehicle at the right price. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are slick talking and will tell you everything that you want to hear. On every level, they over promised and under delivered. From the start, my shipping was delayed, the title was promised to be sent over two days after vehicle and of course I had to call and argue and be told (well we have 30 days by law to send it). Ok, but you PROMISED me you would send in two days not two weeks. Dealer actually attempted to do right this time, and paid for a rental car for the delay.So vehicle finally arrived, and what a disappointment.1) vehicle on empty (literally had gas light blinking), and the interior was unwashed and crumbs and such on dash / seats (no biggie to wash)2) start vehicle and driver window doesn’t work properly, Rear DVD (RES) doesn’t work, the wiper blades were so rotted they were falling apart. (Ok, used vehicle with 69,000 miles, things happen.(I purchase door switch and have replaced with wipers and do fluid changes)3) Notice that she the undercarriage is coated in Sludge oil, and contact dealer since I was told “no issues” and told the vehicle isn’t currently leaking, they had just “fixed” a leak and that was residual accumulation (never disclosed prior to purchase but ok”. So I had the undercarriage cleaned and so far, no leak.4) the next day, I drive with my fiancé from her work to a friends home,. We stop there for (5) minutes and then I attempt to leave, and the vehicle won’t start. Four turns on the FOB, nothing. Take key out try again, still nothing. Open drivers door, close it,, jiggle key in ignition, try again. It starts. (HUH) ok, maybe loose battery terminal (not the case after checking later)5) on the way home, stop at drive through to grab a and the window gets stuck half way down and all the dash lights come on and dinging. Fuel meter drops to zero and van immobile. Wipers / headlamps turned on by themselves. Turned off, won’t start, three attempts vehicle restarts and we go straight home.6)fiancé’s mom passes, so can’t chance driving vehicle 800 miles, so forced to rent a vehicle for the second time. I contact alpha (I don’t ask them to pay for this rental, I just alert them that I canceled the 30 day warranty on the vehicle (it didn’t cover electrical) and for $489 for 3months and only 4500 with a deductible, it wasn’t worth the cost (buyers order available showing cost) and that according to CARS warranty company, the contract has been cancelled and the rebate check is being mailed back to the dealership as per their signed agreement. (It’s clearly listed On my buyers order that I paid for, yet their agreement stipulates my rebate gets sent directly to the Dealer and not to the paying customer?? Florida AG can sort that out.7) so on May 24th after repeated contact attempts, CARS emailed stating the contact cancelled, rebate check mailed to Alpha Auto Trader LLC on the 24th of May, 2021.As of June 13th, 2021, one side saying it was sent weeks ago, with Alpha auto trader denying receipt and then started asking me for rental receipts to prove I rented vehicle. I had the second one since I had just rented it, but didn’t have the first one from weeks earlier and would’ve gotten a printout for them had they ever asked me for one. It wasn’t until weeks later when I messaged to inform them about the rebate check coming from CARS and asking them to please forward, that the finance manager / owners wife started clamoring for a receipt.*I sent over every piece of documentation Ziya requested from enterprise rent a car the day of the first rental! I was never asked to provide any subsequent docs or any other information until I contacted them about the rebate.I have the full email / text threads as well as Buyers orders, warranty info, time stamps on call logs, everything to document every single thing above. It’s sad that this is what it has come to, but I’m left with no choice but to warn others.**Using rebate to bring van into VW for a proper diagnosis/repair of the electrical issues presenting since day 1

***BUYER BEWARE***Week update of owning a car from Alpha Auto Trader. Before driving out with the vehicle, there was a window motor that needed replacing, they replaced it. They said that the tire sensor was bad. Took it to get the tires filled, and the sensor turned off. Just too lazy to fill the tires I guess? A week into owning the car, the car stops blowing cold air mid drive. The car now needs a brand new coolant fan. And they say that they do their best with inspecting the vehicle. My mechanic opened up the hood and THE OWNERS OBVIOUSLY KNEW THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE FAN BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO ALREADY REWIRE IT.The vehicle was bought out right and not financed and their best offer was to inspect it for a lower cost. What a joke.This is not your typical car dealership. This is a family owned business who go above and beyond to provide a competitive price on an exceptional vehicle. They give you honest answers and are completely transparent about any issues. I would recommend Alpha Auto Trader to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle.

Everything we talked about over the phone was accurate. I have never had a dealer sit on the phone with me as long as he did and worked out a deal on the vehicle over the phone if I decided to come there. I was treated warmly, and honestly and the entire experience was fantastic.
