I would HIGHLY suggest staying away from this place. The prices are great and after owning the vehicle for a bit you will see why. We purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition in January of 2021.They are not knowledgeable about the vehicles. They lie about the condition. The add a cleaning/protectant to the vehicle prior to your purchase and you have to pay for it. They add fees to the vehicle during negation and don’t like to show you a break down of what they are charging you.Our sales lady was incredibly pushy and ended up having to get a second guy to help her. They pushed the extended warranty so much (which should have been a red flag) even though they claim to do these amazing inspections. Shortly after purchasing I noticed the the driver’s seat and rear lift gate make terrible grinding noises. To fix the issues is over $2k.I would save yourself the hassle and just go to a reputable dealership.

I am changing my review because I was told to write this review while still at the dealership. So now I have actually read all the documentation. Echo park had great service and no extra fees but I was there for over 4 hours. I bought the extended warranty and Rafael never told me that I must pay a $250 deductible every time I use the warranty. I also asked for a 60 month loan but was given a 72 month loan. My car needed a new tire and a new oil change after buying it. I’ll never shop here again. I’d rather go to an actual dealership and pay a little more. They also say they give the cheapest price yet all the other prices I saw from other dealerships were the same price. They did offer me a great interest rate though.

Weve done business with a significant number of car dealerships over the years. One of the worst is an Orlando area Lexus dealer. One of the best is EchoPark Automotive in Tampa. Even seeing their 4.7 rating on Google reviews we were still skeptical of taking our car to EchoPark to sell, especially since it was a 97-mile drive. They outlined the process by phone before we left to Tampa. What a pleasant experience! Walt was the person who helped us with the paperwork. He was professional, efficient, friendly and did exactly what had been explained to us. Even though we had been told it would only take an hour or a little more, we expected to be there several hours. It was a great surprise when we left, check in hand, about 1 1/2 hours later (a little less actually). Based on our treatment by EchoPark their 4.7 rating on Google is well-deserved, or maybe its better to say well-earned. Thank you Walt and Daniel!

Hey, no BS here. I dropped in out of the blue, and Rafael got me exactly what I wanted. And more importantly, did not get me what I didnt want. Theyve got fair prices on good cars. Be mindful that dealerships that only sell newer low mileage cars wont be desperate for your old car as theyre only auction value to them, so I recommend private sale or shopping around your old trade in.

EchoPark Tampa… what can I say. This place is a hidden gem. Found a used car that might as well been new at a price point that was too hard to believe. But it was all real. Bruno Holanda hooked me up with a warm greeting and the easiest car buying process i’ve ever had. His team was also able to beat my previous auto loan rate as well. All cars come with an appearance Maintenance Package at no cost which is ridiculous and pays for most of the tiny wear and tear to the look of your car. The place is legit. Employees are happy, so customers are happy.

We drove 3 1/2 hours down to Tampa from St. Augustine, because they had the car we were looking for (a somewhat rare one). We knew in advance that they are a non-negotiable-price dealer, and that was fine, because their price was okay. So we hoped for a fairly painless buying experience. I am a car trader (I dont tend to keep them more than 2-3 years), so I have bought and sold over 30 cars. This was a pretty good experience. The car was fine -- just as we expected. However, we were pushed pretty hard to buy the extended warranty. That is my only complaint, as I know the risk I am taking without it, and I shouldnt have to reiterate that over and over. It is my risk; let me take it! And it becomes obvious that this is how the dealer makes money, if you push it that hard.

Great overall experience, got more for my trade than Carvana. Got a better car with less miles than a lesser car with more miles from Carmax. Car had a minor issue with the rotors I noticed after I drove if for a couple weeks and they totally took care of me and even did a couple little extras like an in cabin air filter. All the warranty programs was put in my offer without me agreeing to this. The rep was trying to sell me on the monthly fee and not the total cost of the vehicle. I asked for a 60 month payment plan and the first offer they gave me was for a 72 month loan with a similar monthly fee but with all the warranty items in it. After careful inspection of this offer I told the rep to remove all of that. If people don’t want your warranty please don’t try to force it on people or play tricks with the numbers by increasing the length of the loan and keeping a low monthly fee.

Absolute waste of time. Should of read the reviews first. Just your average car dealership looking for their next check.First off - came from an hour+ away. Made an appointment and told them I was going to purchase a certain car. Said they would be ready for us. Got there, and they all looked like a deer in headlights. Turns out another person was waiting on their credit application for that same car when I arrived. (Anyone I mention this to just says that sounds like a bait shop) Probably puts a good deal online just to say something is sold so you buy something else. Sat there an hour waiting to see - then, yup, had the audacity to say oh no - that’s sold BUT we can find one for you and have it sent here for JUST 300 MORE dollars..My favorite part was they texted me while I was driving an hour back home from the ordeal after all that to CONFIRM my appointment... yes i CONFIRM you wasted my time, money and energy. You guys are a joke.I ended up finding something exactly what I was looking for - in my home town too! Way more accommodating. Don’t waste your time with these ones. Very friendly staff. Best experience I have had a car dealership in awhile. Michael was our salesman and he was very friendly. The only issue I had was the detailing on the car was not very good. The windows were so streaked and smudged I had clean all the windows my self, on the side of the armrest, it was very dirty it had something spilled all over it. Cat or dog hair all over the back of the rear seats.

I purchased a Ford EcoSport from Echo Park and was very happy with the finance and sales staff. They treated me with respect and kindness. However after I had the car, which has a sun roof, for a while I noticed water standing in the rear floor board. Not a same amount but a large puddle. I called the service department and took the car back and left it for 2 days. They said it was either the sun roof or the AC was draining into the car and not outside. When I picked up the car they had vacuumed all the water out of the back and said they blew out all the drain lines in the sun roof and it was fine. Well that wasnt the problem. Come to find out the the service department didnt even check the AC unit. I had to take the car back again and wait for them to check the AC unit. Yes that was the problem and they fixed it but the service department didnt even vacuum out the standing water in the floor board of the car. I was very upset. Now I had to do this myself because I live about an hour away from the dealership. Now the carpet and padding is still drying after about a week. I just hope the carpet isnt ruined and has mold under the carpet. The manager of the service department was very nice but needs to make sure his guys are finishing the jobs.!!! All in all Im good with them fixing the car but needs to be more careful as they finish a job, finish the job completely.!!
