Absolutely the worse. Placed a deposit down for a car and I tried to reschedule my delivery time but they said it has to be picked up within 3-5 days of being on the ground in the facility. At first, they were willing to see what they can do to help but then after 20 min waiting on the phone, they came back to say that they will now cancel my order because I am in violation of their policies. I asked why and the representative could not give me an answer and said management will reach out to me. I called and requested to speak to management myself. The high and mighty Chris Snyder says he has proof of my violation but could not provide me any details. After asking many times for him to show his proof he could not or did not want to provide me with any satisfactory answers. I asked him for me to speak with someone higher up regarding this ridiculous customer service. He said hes the man and that was it. There are people higher ups but they will not speak with me.If there is a negative or possible zero stars review I would put that up.
No cars in showroom, not enough people there to help ... I guess they keep selling everything! The person working there when he had time was very nice and helpful. They were letting people test the cars downstairs... nice touch.
Tesla at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to get information and look at Tesla vehicles in person. It is cool to be able to look at the specifications and Tesla over the cars. The staff here is very knowledgeable and available to answer any questions you may have.

Nobody knows what the hell they are doing. Had to call an average of 3 times a day towards the end and put us through a lot of stress. Every time I called I got a different answer and they wound up pulling our credit several times. Peter Lauer is the only one that seems to know which way is up. The rest of them are worse than not helping at all. Not all of the issues were a result of this locations employees. The buying process is terrible as well. Spent months, many phone calls to banks and tesla, credit checks, etc and never got the car when I was one day from delivery. You couldnt get a car buying experience worse than this.
Test drove and purchased a Model 3 and it is by far the easiest process Ive ever experienced. The staff is super nice and never pressures you to buy the car. They know the car is awesome and dont have to sell you on it. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful. The buying and delivery experience was also a breeze. 10x easier than buying a car at a dealership.
Really fun store, however, none of the representatives approached me about their cars.
I want to tell everyone about my disappointment to the Tesla company. For a very long time I wanted to buy a Tesla model X for my wife and a little later model S for myself. Finally, I had this opportunity and I came to Tesla boutique to sign up for a test drive. I was recorded on May 25 at 11.30 in the morning. On the appointed day at that time I was with my wife and three children. It was a big event for us! the manager to whom we addressed was from the very beginning very rude to us, I do not know why he showed with his whole appearance and behavior not disregard for us. did not answer questions and generally went somewhere. returned after 15 minutes and said that the test drive car is not available and wait 5 minutes, after 20 minutes of waiting, I approached this person and asked how long I still need to wait? He told me that I had to wait another 30 minutes. in this place I want to add that the manager has never apologized for the inconvenience.after all this, I asked why you make an appointment at 11.30 am and test drive, at best, I will only have at 12.30 in the afternoon? Teslas manager answered my question without even apologizing for this delay. He told me that he could transfer the test drive to another day. I said that I didn’t want to transfer to another day, but just ask me to explain why I should wait? why then this record is needed? his answer killed me, he said that if something does not suit me, I can leave here and not wait. I did so, I took my family and we went from there and I promised myself that I would never return to this place again or buy a car from them. if I haven’t bought a car yet, and I’m already treated like that, what will happen after the purchase? I will not advise buying these cars to my friends, because the company offers the worst service in dealing with clients in my practice.
This place was packed with people who wanted to know more about Tesla. I wish they had more employees who could help all of those people. Well design store with three types of Tesla cars. They let you to get in the car and feel it. You cant drive it though. Its a great store to check out if you are already familiar with Tesla motors. You will fall in love with those cars.
If you have a Tesla store near you, its worth a visit. They have info on more than just the cars, but they have a large touch screen where you can customize your own Tesla. Its a pretty slick if (appropriately) minimalist experience.
It is a shame that I couldnt give them 100 stars. Derek was super helpful and professional, he got a lot of knowledge and I believe that he got an answer for every question. In general they are very good people and very very professional.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only could they not give adequate directions as to where they are in the mall, but the unbelievably rude and condescending sales person informed me that after I had already put money down on the car, that I had to wait a few hours after my appointment time because they had let someone else walk in and take my appointment. They werent even apologetic about it. Not sure if it was because of my race or my scars because Im a veteran. Either way I felt discriminated against. Lost my business for sure.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful even when it is very busy. After going in for the first time, I left with an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicles.Came back a few days later and had a fantastic time test driving the vehicles. Very fantastic company that is changing the way we live in.

He talk to me a little bit about the add-ons to build my model Y I am purchasing and then just gave me the card and told me to go downstairs and test drive it ! Hmmm... really? Tesla is now one of the biggest car company’s in the world, and owning a new Tesla is just as exciting as you imagine but... unfortunately the Tampa locations poor, unfriendly, and stuck up customer service is a problem. And I’m not the only one to say so, read past the reviews of the excited new owners and you’ll see tons of people upset about this same issue - which to me is a big turn off. For me customer service is a BIG part of owning a Tesla (which is essentially a giant computer). So... as long as you’re ok with horrible customer service go for it.

Mask is a rogue. On the site there is no way to come to them with your bank. They make you pay $ 100 and then their bank says the terms. My wife accepted them and we started waiting for the car for 5 weeks. After 4 weeks we entered this Tesla showroom. The manager convinced us that we can change model 3 to model Y. The cost is the same .... In short, the result: Musk received 2 times $ 100 each and did not sell us a single car. Because their one and the same bank changed the conditions several times during the month, making 6 requests for a credit history. After that, the manager said that we had a lot of inquiries last month and offered conditions to which we of course could not agree ... Hopefully Musks cars are not as terrible as the professionalism of his employees in this place. Much like a scam. Let Musk choke on $ 200. Probably we will decide in court ...
My husband and I just left this dealership. I guess we didn’t look like the “buying” as we received no customer service despite there being two staff and only one other customer. The staff that was not attending to the customer never greeted us not said one word. The other staff member finally said hello after 10 minutes. We left that dealership and will take our business elsewhere. During Covid it’s hard to believe that a dealership can afford to loose business.
Was there about a month before this visit for a test drive, the staff was, and still is super helpful, very knowledgeable on their product(s) my wife is interested in a Model Y which we test drove but awaiting the 2wd version before ordering.
Salesman didnt have any answers. Seems to be just someone to make sure nothing gets stolen.

I loved how informative and happy every employee was and there was no high-pressure sales as they were just there to answer questions and get me excited about a great product. I am now considering switching from the Kia Stinger GT to one of these instead, Elon Musk if you are reading this you are the man and I hope to work for your company one day or at least own one of your products. A must visit!

I just purchased a Model 3 from Tesla. My aunt referred me to Milo who helped her buy a Model S. I’ve always been a suspect of electric vehicles and even more skeptical of new technology in cars becoming obsolete or failing altogether. Milo answered the billions of questions that I had and as a businessman myself, I wish I could steal him away from Tesla so that he could come work for me. He has incredible interpersonal skills, he’s extremely knowledgable, and he goes above and beyond even after making the sale to ensure that I’m taken care of from answering my questions to getting my vehicle to me as quickly as possible. I will be referring all of my friends and family who are interested in Tesla to Milo. Ask for him and he’ll take good care of you.

Honestly had a pretty poor experience here. Called a day ahead and booked a reservation to test out a model 3 performance. We already own a LR RWD, so I just wanted to make sure the near 10k premium for the performance model was worth it. Booked a time slot and was given the contact info for one of the employeesArrived on time and was told there was an hour and a half wait for a performance model. told them i had a reservation but they said it didnt matter, 1.5 hour wait. Guy there was very condescending. Well you already own a model 3, its the exact same thing, just faster No sh*t dude. but god forbid i want to test drive a $60k car before i buy it.I reached out to the guy who gave me his contact info and he said he was going to arrive in 30 minutes and that I should be good to go since i had a reservation. I told him id waste some time walking around the mall, and to text me when he arrived. Nothing.... he just ghosted me.
The girl I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions. Clean showroom.

Test drove a P100D Model S and was extremely satisfied with the car. I have had a huge interest in Tesla for a few years now and the cars continue to improve. Love the mission Tesla has set out to work on and I hope to become a Tesla owner some day. Staff and my test drive acquaintance was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
I went with the motive to buy a Tesla, but they offered me $8000 less than the Kelly Blue Book for my existing 2018 vehicle. I dont think so.

I will say I had a couple problems when I purchased my car, more misunderstandings than anything. However morgan did phenomenal job of straightening everything out! And probably took a lot of time out of her day to help me. She was nothing but cordial when I was working with her. Highly recommend and will recommend them to people on the fence about Tesla. Absolutely love the car .
My 12 year old sons favorite car is a Tesla so while shopping we showed him. He was in awe. The manager there came out to talk to us and decided to take us on a ride. My son had the best day ever all thanks to them. Loved their hospitality.

When I bought my Model 3 I was up sold a $5k software package and told it would cover all future software updates to the car, including autonomous driving once it became available by the sales rep who configured my car.Now that autonomous driving is finally becoming available I received an email from Tesla explaining I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $3k to get autonomous driving enabled on my car.Tesla pricing is tricky and deceiving.
This is my favorite car company. They never skimp on the engineering aspects of the car, And often make the impossible, possible. The staff at this location is very friendly and always willing to help. They do not pressure you to buy a car, as a test drive will sell the car in itself. I very highly recommend you go test drive a Tesla vehicle.

They are so friendly here and so not like any car dealership you have ever been too. They seem to realise that a lot of their job is to educate the public of these great new vehicles that are unlike any other cars on the market. So I dont feel pressured like with car salesmen. I feel like these employees are more helpful like the same as if you walked into an apple store. They are more concerned with educating on their products than you buying one.
Poor customer service. I was never acknowledged when i entered the store. Very disappointing experience, I am now questioning whether I want to purchase a vehichle with this company.

Brought my little brother to show him the cool doors on the Model X. The guy said it’s too busy to close it. Meanwhile there was no one around. Then he said actually they are not allowed. Sure. The lady he was talking to said “Really, you just closed it?!” Unfortunate.
Store is very busy but if you actually are interested in buying, staff is very attentive & knowledgeable.

Real friendly staff. I’m not a fan of the in-mall stores. The Model 3 was broke when I came the first time, and the store was jammed full the second. They definitely get some foot traffic, but I’d rather spend time one-on-one with them sitting in the car than walking around the outside waiting. Supply and demand.The test drive also suffers for similar reasons, and there was no road on which to do a 0-60 due to traffic, sadly.
They have the model S 3 X as well as the power wall and solar power system on dispay. Schedule a test drive of your favorite car, get some time with one of their knowledgeable energy experts to review options for solar power.
Friendly staff .. I had a technical question about the car and the person I spoke to was not able to answer it .. a little disappointed but he may not be a Tesla owner to understand.

I emailed Kayla Cordero a Sr. Delivery Specialist at 8:00AM EST 8/12/2019. I emailed to confirm my delivery and to confirm the payment portal was available so I can make final payment other than my $2500 deposit. She did not respond to my email. I did not get a call or email from Tesla at all. I called Kayla at 2:00PM EST 8/12/2019 to find out about my delivery and the payment portal. She said that my car was not delivered to them and they moved my date to 8/16/2019. With no notice to me I now must wait 4 additional days to get my car. I already sold my current car on 8/12/2019. I now have no car. I let Kayla know this issue and I requested she match me with a different car. She said she would reach out to Nathan my sales adviser and find out. I called her an hour later because again she did not call me back. She informed me there was no car available and I need to get a rental for the 4 days my car is not here. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the additional expenses, I now have encore. She said NO. So, I asked to speak with her manager. She put me in touch with Ron the manager at the Tampa Tesla location. She was not helpful at all. They did absolutely nothing to help me. They said they had no loaner cars and they would not reimburse me for the additional expense to rent a car for the additional 4 days due to their screw up. I now must pay more money out of my pocket. They did not offer to discount the car or anything! I can understand a day, but 4 additional days is just observed. AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME ONE BIT!! Ron who said he was the only manager would not help or offer to help do anything I asked to speak with his manager, and he said there is no other manager just him. I find that very hard to believe. I request to be reimbursed for the additional money I have to spend on a rental for 4 days while they wait for my car to be delivered. Today 8/13/2019 I get a call from a delivery manager Fatima Shaikh. She said they may be pushing my delivery another few days and there is nothing they can do. I now will have to spend additional money on a rental until they get my Tesla in. They offered me $100 tesla merchandise credit for the inconvenience. They promised and set a time for 8/13/2019 and not it is moved to who only knows when. If they gave me some kind of notice I would have kept my car. But they failed to do so. So now I have to purchase a rental for I don’t even know how many days. This is unacceptable. Tesla is not doing a thing to help me. They wont offer to pay for a portion of my rental. They won’t put me in a loaner until my car comes. They wont discount anything on the car because they don’t do that. So, the customer is inconvenienced and has to pay additional expensed due to TESLAS mistake. They should not put a delivery set up until they have eyes on the car! It is not fair that no one communicated to me early enough to not sell my car. I am getting screwed here because some senior service delivery specialist didn’t inform me. There was no auto email telling me they moved my date either. THIS IS A BILLION DOLLAR COMPNAY how do you not have automated emails telling a customer they are not getting what they have ALREADY PAID FOR!!! ITS NOT FAIR. I asked to speak with a reginal manager several times and they refuse to give me any information. The manager said the reginal manger is aware of the issue. But the reginal manager can’t call me and apologize. I want to know 100% if they really know what is going on and how terrible of an experience I am having with Tesla.Sincerely,Dustin L Thompson
The worst sales I ever encounter!They may have cool design vehicles, but it is well-known that the production, especially model 3, has been delayed numerous times.
I’m a Tesla owner and when they store opened I was able to charge my car using the chargers outside but the store now has put up signs that say “authorized vehicles only” I’m beyond outraged because the University Town Center store doesn’t have stupid signs like that and I can charge my Model X when I park there they need to let owners park and charge while they shop. Very disappointing.

I just got my brand new model 3 took it to the international plaza with wife and friends. Read the post from web page about being able to charge from tesla spots in the parking garage. There was no car in a few of the spots so I pulled in to charge . A very nasty little boy named Pierce Idle told me to move very rudely. So if this is how tesla treats there customers That just dropped down 60 grand for a new car . It’s just 😞 I may just sell my new car ! Sad sad sad
