My service advisor John was very helpful and friendly! Best experience I’ve had so far and the service was top notch. I expected to wait around and hour and a half but the service department had my oil changed, tires rotated and my car washed and vacuumed out in 45 mins! I’ll be back for my next service and will be referring friends and family!

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. Damian Sr was so patient and kind. He helped get us into exactly what I wanted and took the time to answer all of our questions. I had my car service for a oil change and to look at my breaks and tires. When I arrived I was greeted and explained that I had a appointment at 7:30am. The gentlemen ask me for my name and then stated that I was not his customer and i to wait for Edwin’s who was currently with another customer at the time. I then waited another 15 minutes for Edwin to finish up when I could have been services during this time. Edwin checked me in and i waited in the lobby for my car to be service. On the tracker provided by Maus Nissan it stated that my car was ready around 11:45am. I went over to get ask if my car was ready with another associate. The associate stated that my car was not ready at that time. The associate then tried to see why not but was unsuccessful. He ask who I was working with and I told him who and then he stated that he was not here and will be back. I then waited another hour and a half for Edwin to return of what seem to be his lunch hour. Edwin then saw me a processed to check me out. Edwin did offer me something to eat and I had decline.Edwin then apologized for the wait and took off 25 dollars from my total. I did not leave the dealership after 1:30pm. This will be my first and last time at Maus Nissan due to the negative and unacceptable client experience i received.

Maus Nissan offered above average customer service. Took my Altima in for regular service which was performed in the timeframe expected. However upon review of service with the advisor (Leo) the final bill included a shop fee which was very high. I was told the shop fee was for rags and such. What a rip off. I could have purchased and provided rags for a much lower cost. Additionally, I was informed of several critical items which needed to be addressed. However upon check out I was informed that these critical items would not prevent me from driving the car safely. If this is true then these items are not truly critical. They could and should have been marked as cautionary. Additionally I followed up and obtained a second opinion regarding all critical items. Again the items marked were stated to be cautionary at best. The service performed by Maus was done appropriately, at costs that are higher than other approved repair shops and included scare tactics for reported problems that may take advantage of people who are unable to recognize these tactics.

Randy and Tony took great care of us today. We pulled up to the service because our car was not starting properly. They asked all the right questions to get a feel of what might be wrong with the car. Come to find out it was the connector for the battery. They cleaned up the wires, applied a coated protector and secured the battery properly in place with no charge and was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you Randy and Tony at Maus Nissan of North Tampa. Your customer service has very much appreciated.

They also didn’t try to pressure me into getting any of the recommended services, but they did a thorough job of giving details on the condition of my car regarding whether or not each service would be needed now or could wait. I say surpass because this is my second time at this location, the N Florida. Ricky Santana is the best service advisor and as long a he’s there I’ll continue to let him be my service advisor. He helps me understand everything and never sugar coats ANYTHING about my car. As this is my very first car on my own that I have to maintain myself and I try my best to take care of it. Times are hard now but things are getting better so I won’t have to wait any longer to get the important stuff done to my vehicle. Nissan please keep Ricky as your employee he’s the BEST!!!! I always leave satisfied and with knowledge of understanding what’s going on with my car and to make sure I keep or get this this or that done as soon as I can and to not let it get bad if I can help it.

I drive 30 minutes just to go to Maus, and I have another Nissan dealership 5 minutes away from me. The level of service is 100% worth it. My service advisor is Nick. I test drove compatible trucks by Ford, Chevy, Honda and Toyota. The Nissan Frontier was by far the best ride for me. The sales rep, Austin Skelton, was honest, low key and new this truck. I am 27 years old and bought over 20 cars since I started driving. Needless to say I’ve dealt with my fair share of car dealerships and never have I dealt with one more shady. I bought a used car from them in cash this past year. The car was under $10k and they added their $8k worth of fees on the car and said they couldn’t remove them. After I finished negotiations we were able to get rid of most of those fees. Then after a couple of months I still had not received my title so I called them and told them and they sent me to a voicemail. They did this 3 times to me over the course of the next few weeks. Finally I called them and said I wasn’t going to hang up till I got some answers. They told me there was an issue getting the title in another state and that they were working on it. I waited another month with no word from them then called back. Still the same response and that there was nothing that could be done. They were waiting on the DMV. I waited another month with no word from them. Finally I decided to do my own digging. I called all the DMVs they said were involved and found out that they had not submitted any of the paperwork to fix this issue. After months of them say that they were doing all they could, I find out they had done nothing. I ended up submitting all the proper forms myself and got the issue finally resolved. It took 7 months! When I called them to tell them this they pretty much told me they didn’t care but hoped I would still buy another vehicle from them someday. Needless to say I will not be and I will tell anyone who needs a new car to avoid this place and save themselves a big headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

It all started with being told that it would be an hour because the service center was busy. I was just going in for an oil change, but they said 1.5 hours. I was okay with that because they were upfront and honest. Last experience was less than desirable and took forever too, so I was assuming this would be the case again. They are lifetime oil changes, so I almost feel obligated.At the hour and a half mark, I was advised they took the ignition key off my ring and lost it. “There was nothing to worry about” because they’d make another. An hour and a half after that (3 hours total), I finally got my car back. Insane for just an oil change and check up.Top it off with my 2nd key at home no longer works to start the car! I got home and my husband attempted to use his key (the second set) and it No longer works. Now I have to go back to the dealership to have my key reprogrammed. You’re really not winning over clients after selling the cars.

I am not one that enjoys going to car dealers and buying a car. My wife insisted that I needed a new car. We went to one dealer before Maus and we got the same annoying car salesmen pitch. Our second stop was Mass Nissan and we met Alton Lanier. He was professional, respectful and courteous and made our car purchase a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Maus Nissan and dont forget to ask for Alton.

If you are needing any type of assistance with a new car despite circumstances Maus Nissan of North Tampa is where you need to be! Brandon Bradford is hands down the most exceptional person to work with. He was very understanding, attentive, honest and informative. I had been working with Brandon for over a year trying to get a new car. He helped me find something within my means that would also help me build my credit! We jumped through a lot and I do mean A LOT of hoops but he was patient with me the whole way through! The entire staff is friendly and willing to assist. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Never go back again. 0 stars possible..I went there for oil change. At service department, everyone seems very unhappy being at work. No greetings or smile at all.It took 2 and half hours just for Oil Change. The guy who wrote the ticket tried to sell different services. The oil change is $21 and other parts are $21(not sure whatelse is needed beside putting new engine oil filter)They removed tire rotation reminder sticker from Costco although it has nothing to do with Nissan. When I asked the guy (Christian) who wrote the service ticket, all he said is he doesnt know. He give me bad attitude when I asked for his supervisor.The supervisor (Brandon) showed up said the same thing and sounded like its what it is. He agreed with what his subordinate said. He aslo mentioned that hes been working there for 30 years. Not sure it has anything to do with.The reminder tag has a BIG Costco sign on it. Not sure why they removed it. Bottom line, if they did it as a mistake, just simply say sorry and moved on. No ATTITUDE needed.The cashiers are the same.When I asked questions, all they said is they dont know.Overall, these folks from service department severely lack professionalism, motivation and customer service skills.They should be very THANKFUL to the company for giving them a job especially during COVID time and be respectful to that.A few days later, the service director (Brandon) called since I requested. He didnt agree any of my concerns and sounded exactly like his subordinates. He even raised his voice and BLAMED me for not making appointment because I mentioned my frustration for 2 and half hours oil change.The most horrible experience at this Nissan service department. They treated customers like absolutely trash.P.S - Their free car wash actually made my car dirtier. I wish I would have asked not to wash my car because its absolutely garbage. (Pictures Attached).Also, retainer clips for lower engine cover and in the engine bay went missing. What a horrible experience!Now Im concerned if they really used the right engine oil and filter.

I hadn’t ever been to Maus Nissan before, but decided to go there when the Nissan closer to my home did not have the recalled part in stock. I am so glad I went to Maus Nissan. I was greeted as soon as I showed up and someone began vacuuming out my car before they even took it back. My car had the recall done, and at the end, my service advisor took the time to go over my multi point inspection to let me know which things needed to be done while my car was getting washed. I am very happy with my experience here and will be back in the future.

I visited to Brandon location for an oil change the day before and to keep it simple I didn’t get out my car, they were very unprofessional and dirty looking so I had to take my business elsewhere.When I pulled up to Maus Nissan on Florida it was night vs day, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were dropped off and picked up in a timely manner while our vehicle was service, and John my service specialist was nice enough to give me a call when they realize they were getting backed up. Asked if it was ok if it took a little longer and I’m sure would have accommodate me if I had requested otherwise. Pros: very friendly staff, my agent was busy with another customer so someone else helped me as best he could, car was cleaned, waiting room was clean and stocked with water and snacks. Con: I was told that they were backed up and it would take 1.5 hours for my scheduled tire rotation. Leo said hed try to get it worked on sooner but it still took 1.5 hours. Thats way too long for a scheduled appointment - I dont even wait that long at the doctors office.

The service department of this particular Nissan was beyond amazing. Nick (my service rep) gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.My car broke down around two weeks ago and after many many complications at a local Tiresplus my car was towed to this Nissan, and from there they helped me tremendously. Nick gave me constant updates on the status of my car, and was very polite and helpful throughout my many questions that I had. I was given a rental with 0 hassle, and once my car was complete, the check-out process was very simple. My car is now running great.I will 100% be going to this Nissan from now on.I highly recommend this Nissan’s service department and I highly recommend asking for Nick when you go:)

Unfortunately, there was a lot of headaches just trying to get & install a new battery and positive cable in my wife’s Armada. None of these issues were Edwins fault but he made sure myself and family were taken care of during the whole process. He went above and beyond his normal job duties for us. A Review for employee Royce Ready-Royce made the difference in my Nissan of North Tampa experience today with just a two-minute conversation. He offered actual KINDNESS, and old-fashioned customer service, that is seldom witnessed in many businesses. Royce controlled the consumers experience by simply going an extra mile to gain the necessary information required for him to do his own job.Typically, the consumer is asked to gather materials and to understand automotive back office systems; although most of the terms are industry specific. For example, I needed a new part to be ordered which required the VIN number. Many computer software systems are equipped to cross-reference to gain certain information. Instead of asking me, the customer, to locate my own data, and then return for service, Royce went further to seek, to locate, and to access his own data system and my account. By just utilizing my telephone number, my two-minute experience skyrocketed in a very positive manner. What makes my experience with Royce so noteworthy, is that I had just spoken with a different employee, whose approach was for me to get all the details and bring that information to him. In short, I was expected to cover his job responsibilities.I graciously offer my comments about Royces extra mile to this world of on-line readers. I also commend Royces manager, Sam, who was just as genuine with his approach. I am one who places great word-of mouth value on my Customer Experience. Everyone should know that Royce Ready is one individual who legitimately deserves a round- of applause. This was the worst experience Ive had from the service department. My oil change was done but I was told they mechanic could not rotate my tires because they dont rotate tires on my vehicle. I told my advisor theyve been done every other time why was this different? He said maybe the mechanic did not have the tools to do it. When I received the service invoice, tire rotation was listed as part of the service that was done. I asked the advisor to remove it & email me a corrected copy. I have not received a corrected copy yet. Lastly, the oil sensor was not reset to 100% to reflect the oil was done. I had to figure out how to do it myself without taking it back another day just to be reset, while hoping that the oil change was truly done. Im shocked that this even happened at Maus Nissan of North Tampa given that my prior experiences were really good.

And never remove you from their lists, even though you’ve asked a million times more?They’ve emailed me private, personal information of another customer because they have the wrong email on file and refuse to update it for whatever reason.If I were the other customer I’d be livid. My daughter just bought a Nissan Rogue. Prior contact with Bo made me feel like this was the right person and place for our business. I liked that he offered his service without hovering or harassing me. One at dealer, Bo showed every interior and exterior features of the car and services included (which were great for me to not have a worry). Test driving went smoothly. My favorite moment was Bo showing my daughter the features of the car (like a father would a daughter). Bo showed he cared for my daughter’s safety and proper operation of vehicle with use in/while driving (ie: playing music and cel phone operations). Thank you Bo. Job well done.

I recently went to Maus Nissan to TRY and purchase my leased Rouge. Maus wanted to charge me $5k in taxes and fees. $2,500 in the Maus Care which I told them several times I didnt need since Maus is far for me. The sales manager said he could take half off but $1200 would be the cost for the inspection. $1200 for an inspection? What are they inspecting exactly??? $5k is alot for taxes and fees, so I left after an hour. And bought my lease at another dealership for ALOT cheaper and NO hidden fees and taxes. I made an appointment for 7:30 in the morning and it was 8:45am, the guy comes in the waiting room and tells me it will be 15 more minutes. 30 minutes go by and I step outside to stretch my legs, thinking I will be getting my car soon. The specialist comes back and says “oh Im sorry, my people got here late so they’re not working on your car”. I didn’t get my car until 9:57am. This is absolutely ridiculous. He could have told me there was none to do my oil change and I wouldve reschedule with no issues. Waiting 2 hours and being LIED TOO is completely unacceptable.

I was offered the Maus care package when I purchased my car there- thought it was a gimmick at first... I’ve since been back to use it for multiple oil changes and tire rotations, and I must say it’s been a wonderful experience. Not only is it a tremendous value, but the professionalism and the speed at which they service your car is 5-star quality. While waiting you can use their wifi along with a comfortable air conditioned room, with free coffee and snacks- very hard to beat. Thanks Maus!!

Do Not Bring or buy cars from this dealership. They are NOT HONEST! They only have one thing in mind Profits, Its a disgrace how these people operate. They charge $150 to look at my car. I thought, I could trust them. The did not know my car has been to a certified mechanic. They are charging another $600 to reset a faulty warning. Do not bring your car here, Dishonest people!!!!!

Why should it take 2 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment which I showed up for early but was forced to wait. Then they tried to sell me on more services. I have owned approximately 15 cars and trucks in my life and have never had to rework the rear rotors on the back brakes. Hell, I just turned over 35,000 miles. I shouldnt even have to do a brake job yet. Be careful of improper service repairs. Chris

Overall experience was good but when it cameTime to receive my car they didn’t even remove the plastic over the seats or the dirty used floor paper and left the tags all over the dash. For the amount of money they charge they should be doing the bare minimum.

I got an alignment done at this dealership and came in with 313mi of gas and 62,928mi on my odometer. I was told the car would be test driven for issues. When my car was returned to me i had 285mi in my car along with 62,957mi on my odometer. When i questioned Nick about it he responded yelling in all caps through text message as well as ignored me. When i called to speak with a manager i ended up speaking with Leo who was also unprofessional and inconsiderate of a customer who was unsatisfied in their service. I will be looking to speak with an actual manager tomorrow because this is not okay.
