I walked inn and was treated with excellent customer service. I purchased 4 tires, oil change and alignment. All prices were below all competition and work was done perfectly. Ill never go to another place for the services. Thanks guys.

NTB tech wrecked my wifes Yukon and not one representative from NTB has contacted us to discuss the claim. All we get is a lousy text message from the GM Jane Read who has got to be the worst GM for any company that Ive ever witnessed or had the pleasure of trying to contact. Do yourself a favor and find a Discount Tire. We will be taking are fleet to discount from now on and cant wait to speak to the higher up that is responsible for hiring Jane Read.

Wasted 4 almost 5 hours waiting for an alignment only to be told each time it’ll be another hour and my car never even moved out the spot i parked it in, ridiculous. came for a tire balance and rotation yesterday and that took about 3 hours. definitely never coming back to this location

Single mom and three children had a flat tire on the road. Manager and staff took them in without hardly any wait time on a busy day and didnt charge a penny to fix the flat when normally its $22. These people are very generous and have a great heart therefore they deserve this five-star review. Thank you for your kindness.

Entered the building and was not greeted by the individual at the desk, had to wait for him to slowly move to take my information. Never asked if I was a repeat customer, which I am, offered no upgrades and had difficulty finding my information in the system. My vehicle was serviced and sat outside the building for 30 minutes before I was informed it was ready. The oil indicator was not reset, interior lights were turn on, hopefully all services I purchased were performed. I do not live in Houston, will not be returning to this outlet again

My service appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm and I arrived and checked in at 1:00 oclock. My truck was on the rack being serviced for an oil change and the customary inspection that NTB is known for. I was out in less than an hour.I did notice that there were no attempts to upsale any additional services or any recommendations for other services as a result of the customary vehicle inspection.

My car was in dire need of tires so my dad took me here to get them. They had a buy 2, get 2 tires free. Well of course that’s just a front because you would have to pay for warranty, installation fees etc. that’s how they get ya! Well I needed new tires so I settled. We were quoted for an hour, but end up taking almost 3 hours! It was sucha long wait. Luckily my parent’s house was around the corner so we wouldn’t have to wait in the cold boring waiting area. I still prefer discount tires but oh well.

Right after returning from San Antonio I knew i needed a oil change. For the last 3 changes before my last i have been bringing it to the stafford NTB. I didnt go this time because i decided that i wanted to try a place closer to my house. My good friend is the manager there and they charged me 55 without oil and filter and 25 with my own oil and filter. NTB charged me about 29 bucks. As soon as the mechanic seen my filter he asked me where did i get my last change I told him NTB. He said never go there again because he worked there and if they dont have the tool to grab the filter they will just change the oil. For the last 3 changes only my oil has been changed. The filter looked horrible on top of that now my lifters are bad because of it. I can hear them tapping now because of the bad filter my engine light also came on at one point. Save yourself and your vehicle before considering this place smh!!!

This was my first time coming to this store. The customer service was amazing. In addition, the speed in which service was done to my 2016 Hyndai Elantra was amazing. Bobby Brown (I believe he may have been the store manager) fix my car with A+ service. He was very friendly with a great personality. I definitely would recommend this place!!!!!

2/6/21 went for an oil change, they tried to rip me off for a battery by loosening cable for car not to start. Then 3 days later found out the lug nuts on tires after a rotation were only tighten one turn which would cause my wheels to come off in high speed over time. DO NOT TRUST this NTB

I was at this place for over 1 hour, all the customers came in were unhappy and not satisfied with the service or with the staff including me. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ive been here twice the past. I only came to just switch tire on my motorcycle. Never had any problems with them, nor didnt had to pay for the switch neither.

Be aware the advertised oil change price can be used as a bait and switch tactic. If your car uses more than 5 quarts of oil, they will charge you all kinds of fees. Advertise price is $69. You will pay more than $120 if your car needs more than 5 quarts. I called in and inquire about my specific car, they told me it is $69, when I checked in for my appointment also said it is $69. The when I get my bill, it was a lot more. This is their bait and switch tactic. I hate having to deal with this kind of business tactics.

The new manager is fantastic along with the guys on his team. They took care of my moms tire quickly and easily. I actually used to work at this location and it’s really nice to see how far the shop has come! I recommend my customers to come here and will continue as long as that manager is there!

I came in near closing time at about. 6:30pm on today (Monday) and my tire was very low and my low tire pressure light came on! The manager, Lloyd Marshall, attended to me. He pulled my SUV in the garage and had one of his available staff check out my tire. I had purchased my tires from NTB. His staff discovered that I had a nail in my tire. He immediately had them repair it and told me what had occurred. His staff were very nice and professional. He repaired my tire and sent me on my way at just about closing time. There were some ambulance drivers that came right after me so it was really late and needed help as well. He took care of them too!! And I know they may just be wrapping up to close. They are very professional and I will definitely be returning to this location for future services...Excellent service,Nicole Johnson

Mr. DeMarco Daniel is a life saver. He was very helpful and courteous as well as the rest of staff. They were able to save my tire and on top of all that help me out with a low oil level so I could keep my travels plans. I will definitely go back and recommend they see Mr. Daniel

Dont waste your time coming here. Unprofessional staff and the alleged parts they replaced didnt work. Then when I called corporate to complain, the store manager told the guy that it was damaged when I brought it in. I will never come back here.R..I..P..O..F..F!

I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 star because the employee were nice and have a great attitude. So let me begin by saying that I brought in my vehicle for a tire rotation and alignment at 2:30 p.m. by appointment and was told that the car will be ready about 1.5-2 hours. So I had my wife pick me up and went about my day running errands.By 6:30 p.m. I still havent received a call to pick up my car so I decided to call in and ask about my vehicle and was put on hold for 20 minutes the first time. Decide to hang up and call again and got put on hold again but this time I only waited 5 minutes before I hung up. By 7:00 p.m. I finally received a call back that my vehicle is ready and when I went to pick up my car I had previously mark all my tires with a letter and number to make sure Ill know if they rotated my tires or not.And behold the tires were all at the exact same wheels/location as I left them. I went in to pick up my keys and told the front desk representative that they didnt rotate my tires cause I had my tires marked and they were on the same wheels. He just told me that he instructed the mechanics to do so but apparently they didnt. Maybe its because I bought their tire package so the service was suppose to be free of charge and that they skipped out on it cause it wasnt paid for but I have read reviews from other customers complained about that same issue. I dont even know if they even did my alignment or just hand me a paper of another vehicle they did before but this just shows the companys bad practice.Hopefully someone reads my review and save themselves some money by bringing their business elsewhere because I will not be coming back to this company.

NTB National Tire and Battery meets or exceeded expectations,they replaced a Interstate Battery that was three years old that had a 6-year warranty.prorated it on the replacement battery that was installed today,the car was having to be jump started first thing in the morning multiple times and 2 days,therefore the battery was required to be replaced,I want this say that NTB did what was required and got us in and out in less than an hour with a 6 year warranty on the battery3 years or 30 months no-questions-asked replacement

I had a flat tire. They fixed it for free on Memorial day. Very good and courteous service. Both manager and technician.

First of all I would like to say I went to this location to get oil change and alignment done that i have the 3 year plan on. After about an hour the front lady said they were still waiting on my oil filter to arrive, which no one told me it was out of stock. Then after another 40 mins my car was pulled around front. Which means its done..... Wrong the front lady said they would not do my alignment because of a slight tear that was not going all the way through. I was like wth are you talking about and asked to speak to manager.The manager came out and refused to do the service I have pre-paid for because I would not let him change the part that had a slight tear. May I add the part is good condition. Only because I went to dealership and they did the alignment and said the part will last another 15,000 miles. Wow ohhh Wow was the manager just trying to sell parts and not take care of the customer like a manager should. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! To top it all off the manager had the nerve to say he would not stand by his work if I choose to have it done... I laughed and said I would be in touch with Corporate Office. I felt he would sabotage my car on purpose at that point. WORST NTB I HAVE BEEN TOOO!!!!0 STARS

Just had tires put on my car. The service was great, fast and the employees were great as well. So far, so good...

I went there because the tire I bought from the dealership was going back flat the same day not sure why. I had to call for roadside assistance and was they told me about NTB and that they were open on Sundays. I went there and they were so nice. To make a long story short they checked the tire and informed me it was good and changed the kit and charged me nothing for it. Very fast service.

The visit from start to finish was great thanks to Mr. Lloyd Marshall. I needed an oil change and inspection. I was driving around looking for two separate places to get both done, and after scheduling a routine oil change I was put at easy when informed it could all be done here. I was given ways to save money both online and in the store. Thank you !! Thank you !! Thank you !! Whenever I need a place that gives quality customer service I will make NTB my choice.

Ive never had a problem with this location...ever until 1 March 2019. I needed a tire and State Inspection. The manager, Brittany Johnson (who has always been professional) came and told me the Inspection Machine wasnt working however the Inspection Guy was going to do an Inspection on my truck to see if anything was wrong that would fail me during an inspection. 1 hour later Brittany comes back and tells me I need $736.72 worth of work (new tire, in addition to the one I was already getting, brake fluid exchange and disc brake pad set-front, disc brake rotor-front premium, disc rotor R&R front both along with $200 for labor).I asked to have the initial tire installed and I needed to talk to my husband and would be back in 15 minutes. Brittany told me to come on back, I said what about the broken machine? she said dont worry there is a guy on the way.I took my truck to 2 additional State Inspection locations and asked one location to look at my brakes, without telling them what Brittany told me. I was told my brakes look great and the tires look great as well. The problem that would have made me fail was my back brake like was out, Brittany and the Inspection Guy NEVER addressed my lights, which in hindsight lead me to believe he didnt do an inspection at all. I passed the State Inspection and havent returned to NTB.Again, I have been a faithful customer of the Stafford, TX location for over a year however, I cant trust this location anymore. I left feeling like Brittany and the Inspection Guy was trying to run a con on me at the expense playing on my fear about having bad brakes. What an awful feeling. Please do better.

Never had an issue with this place. However today went above and beyond. Had an issue with another store that could have potentially voided the warranty on my tires that I had just bought a week ago, but Lloyd at this location brought the issue to my attention and took care of everything for me.

AVOID!!! I dont know why that I used their service again. My wife and I, both have had bad experiences there. This time I went for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission flush. Dropped of at 4:30 for 6:00 pick-up. Came back at 6:30, not ready. I asked the counterman for details about the transmission flush, I could not get a straight answer. Finally, at about 7:30, I was able to ask the mechanic about the transmission flush. He said that he only drained and refilled transmission, did not flush it as per I was charged. Counterman finally changed billing without any apology or other recourse for me. I wasted my time and paid for a service I did not want. My fault for using this poorly run business.

The only reason I return to this shop now is because I bought my tires from them a few years ago and get the free rotations. I have yet to have them call me and tell me my truck is ready. More than once Ive had to take my truck back to get the balance fixed. The shop guys always seem to be standing around talking instead of working on vehicles which would explain why it takes so long to do a simple rotation and balance. Skip this shop and go up the road a little to the other tire shop where tires is what they do can you get excellent service.

Went in this morning and Mr. Demacro was quick to assist and at the same time greeting other customers and made them feel welcomed. He was very tentative and I really appreciate the atmosphere.

Great advice on new tires and rims. They also automatically gave me special discount (buy 3 tires, get one free). I only take my car to NTB for all my needs.

Ive been to NTB for many years, but this location is very poor service. I had my alternator done here and a day later my battery light comes on. I take it back for them to check it and all they do is run a test. They didnt check any wires or anything else dealing with it to see if the alternator was bad. Then they tell me come back because they didnt have a mechanic at the time. I come back again they tell me we cant do anything because the parts place is not deliveringso come back tomorrow when the manager is here . They didnt do anything at all the fix the problem. I have been told come back 3 times now which is inconvenient for a customer and when I come back nothing is done. I have never had a problem until I came to this location. Im sorry to say but they need to do better.

Very friendly staff. I needed a place to dispose of old tires that where left on a job sight. I called to ask where I could safely dispose of them. I was told to swing by & drop off the tires. Theyd be happy to recycle them for me.

They could not reset my Toyota warning indicator, that it was time for maintenance, which on this instance was a wheel rotation. The manager told me that the warning for a wheel rotation at a 5000 mile interval, was not for the wheel rotation, but it was for an oil change. I explained to this numskull, that I have full synthetic, and my oil changes are every 10,000 miles. I was there at 35,170.I had him get in my car and pull out my owners manual to try and prove to me that he was right. I stood there for about 7 or 8 minutes when I finally decided to ask him to get out of my car, and put my book down, which he refused to do. After a non stop verbal attack on him, and some very blue language, I finally pulled the book from his hands, and demanded that he exit my vehicle. I then called Toyota service, where they confirmed that a wheel rotation does call for that maintenance warning. My next call was to NTB in Missouri city, Texas, not far from where I was. The manager said he could reset the warning in less that a minute.I arrived at the location, and the young man came out and in about 30 seconds had the warning cleared. That doesnt show much knowledge for the manager of this original location, and for someone who said he owned a Toyota Corolla, and he knew that I was wrong. Well I have been driving a Corolla for over 8 years straight now, and I know when I am right and someone else is wrong. NTB should be embarrassed to have a manager who doesnt understand a simple issue like this. I will never visit this sop again!!

So I went to this location 30 minutes before closing with my car that needed 4 new tires. The technicians at this location stayed back past closing to take care of my needs by installing new tires. I appreciate their dedication to their job and well being of their customers, in addition to good prices on good tires.

Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS if you can, and if you have to go here, be VERY careful. These guys are dirty.I went in here yesterday after getting in an accident and hitting my tires and rims on a concrete barrier. On my back tire, there was a chunk missing and you could see the sidewall. I had a warranty that covered road hazard with NTB for this particular tire. The employee I spoke with told me that this tire did not need to be replaced, and that it was safe to drive on. I got several other opinions and did my research, and this is NOT TRUE. Driving on a tire with the sidewall showing is extremely dangerous. Telling me that this tire was safe to drive on just so that they did not have to uphold their warranty and replace this tire is extremely unethical, and if I would have believed this dude and kept driving on this tire, my safety would have been in jeopardy.I find it disgusting that this employee would tell me that a tire that was at risk of blowing out was safe to drive on just to save his company a buck, or because he didnt want to do the work, or for whatever reason he did so.All locations of NTB have lost my business forever, and I WOULD NOT recommend especially this branch to anyone. Ever. EVER.

BEWARE!!!! I took my vehicle in to get an oil change. Theres a plastic panel underneath the car which was removed to do the oil change (not even necessary). They didnt put the screws back in the panel. Only 2 of 10!!! The panel was dragging on the ground as I drove around. I highly doubt the oil was even changed. The reps who work here are sloppy and have poor customer service skills. The shop is old and dingy. Please save yourselves and go to elsewhere. I wish discount tire would offer oil changes because NTB is pure TRASH!!! First time here and NEVER coming back!!!!

Day 1:Car is vibrating so I take it to local NTB for tire inspection. NTB tells me I needs new shocks (scam) and the tires are fine.Day 2: I take it to dealer and they point out a huge bubble on a detreading tire. How did NTB not catch this?? They apparently didnt even look at my tires. Very dangerous.Day 3: I take it to NTB to get the faulty tire (now spare) replaced under warranty. They say -oh yea that tire is really messed up - now they looked apparently.Day 5: I call and ask if tire is ready -yep.Day 6: Go to pick up tire. Not ready. Not even ordered. :/.Day 7: Go to pick up tire. Tire is not installed. Wait and get tire.Only positive experience was one of the managers was embarrassed by the behavior and gave me the labor for free. Still ... I will never come back - I could have been injured due to their failure to inspect and tell me the tire was fine.

Good deal on tires. I got there around 715 pm. They were open till 8 pm I had a blown tire thanks to them I was back on the road in minutes .

Took my CR-V to get new tires. I was greeted and taken in right away by Mr. Jesse Baires. Mr. Baires informed me of all the specs of the tires I was getting including ride noise and various prices on different brands. Was taken in right away and left in short matter of time for a whole set of tires. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to him and that location.

Had tire changed and they left it in the back of the truck. I had to ask them to put it back under the truck on the SPARE TIRE mount. Then today I found the spare wasnt mounted properly. It has been swinging for over a month. Went to get tools from under the seat to tighten it up and they didnt put them up. Just tossed them under the seat.

I warn you do not purchase a car battery here unless you intend to put it in yourself. My mothers battery died near while shopping near this NTB location today, she was able to get a jump start and made it to the NTB shop luckily. She was quoted $137 ish for a new battery which is a very fair price, but then she was charged .7hours labor ($82) to perform a 5 minute battery swap. This is the same type of battery swap that any auto parts store does for free when you buy a battery, which is where I wish she could have gone versus this scam factory.When I say 5 minute job I say it with confidence as I know my mothers car well. I have checked her fluids and battery cable tension on a few occasions. SHAMEFUL NTB ...... spend your money elsewhere!!

So I came here on a Friday, left with my vehicle in the same shape. Paid for a new battery and an oil change. My vehicle still said oil change needed the battery light on. They didnt place the tag on windshield so dont know when the next oil change is. Saturday comes around my vehicle is not unlocking with my keys. I get in, then the vehicle doesnt want to turn on.Felt as if they didnt go above and beyond in their customer service skills.Also the lobby area is very dirty.

This place is a complete rip off. Do not take a vehicle here. I brought my truck in as it had a slow leak. They were having problems finding it. They finally said they thought they fixed it, but if I was still having problems, bring it back. It had a nail in it. Another shop found the leak and actually fixed it. NTB just wasted almost two hours of my time. Additionally, their tech let me know that my brakes were needing to be replaced immediately and offered a quote. I declined. I went out and bought the materials to redo my brakes. I removed the wheel and the caliper on the side that the tech had been looking at when he couldnt fix my leak. My brake pads had over 50% left on them. The brake pads had over 1/4 before they even hit the wear indicator. They were nowhere close to needing replacement. There is no telling how many people they have ripped off because the car owner didnt know what to look for. I will never step foot back in this shop again. Buyer beware.

Wouldnt recommend this place other than if you nearby and need a quick patch. Had an associate tell me that I need new brake pads and need rear struts and a brake fluid flush. Had the car serviced two days ago and went through a multi point inspection and didnt mention that from a certified dealer and they even put it on the report if it close to service. I know about cars too but I acted dumb and looked at the car again after ntb patched a tire and requested an alignment which is the plan that i have through ntb for 3 years. He was like there is no point of doing that if your shocks are bad that statement is valid if the shocks were really bad . Im surprised this ntb hires hustlers. I work at car parts store as an associate and I never hustle my customers just tell them my recommendations and still check their batteries even so if it looks beat up and show them the results so they know Im being truthful. Short statement make sure that it is bad before they service it at this location. Gave it two stars because they at least patched my tire.

Everytime I go in they come out with work I need done on my car. Today they told me I need something I actually had done a month ago. Im gonna stop going cuz thats the same thing that made me stop goin to Discount Tires. Other than that, I get what I came in for.

Absolute worst experience, please make sure to double check the services you have requested are performed. I watched them for over an hour to rotate tires and they didn’t. When my vehicle was returned, I noticed they haven’t touched any of the tires. When I spoke with the employee he mentioned my car was ready. When I confronted them if they had rotated my tires they said yes. When I actually showed them that they hadn’t because I was watching them, they said apologize and took my vehicle back and finally did it. Please think twice about taking your vehicle to NTB. Paying for services not rendered is stealing.

Great prices on tires & simply service (like oil changes+Tire Rotations). Since they have my information in their system it is always super quick and easy to get an appointment schedule and get set up when I come in.

The sales person here was very professional polite and very helpful I will return to this location. It was truly a great experience.

Went for alignment, and they told me my shocks were bad. I agreed to get new ones, and they told me the best were Rancho. They installed them, but they were meant for a car with a 2 inch lift! They were fully compressed. Driving was like slamming into bricks. After explaining their mistake to them, they still insisted the Rancho shocks were good. Maybe if I have a 2 inch lift! These idiots never admitted they made a mistake. At the same time, the alignment left my steering wheel cocked to the side, and they told me if I wanted they could fix it. What morons...

After calling the Sugar Land store and asking whether they could change my Mercedes battery without losing settings I was assured that they could. I drove to the store and learned that they didnt have a proper cable and could not do what I was assured they were capable of.

Not as good as Discount Tire. This guys just run the clock. Dont waste your time going here for business.

First off, Ill point out that when Ive been to NTB with my car 10 times, youd think theyd be able to find it in the system, but apparently not.Secondly, if you try to tell me that its $99 to look at the Check Engine Light codes but AutoZone will do that for free, dont think that you can con me into believing that AutoZones computer wont tell me the actual code, it will just give me a hint. Thats BS. A code is a code. If the computer can read it, it can tell you the code.That was my last trip to NTB ever.

I came in to have Tire repaired and they told me a bunch of stuff I needed that as a fact I know at least one of them I did not need at all.

This NTB location is decent, but not the best out there. My family has been taking our cars here for tires and battery maintenance for years, and it’s pretty much been the same experience for me every time. They do good work and they are very nice and caring to their customers, but good lord do they take their time. They’ll usually give you an estimate of like an hour or two for the job, and it typically will take three times or longer then what they say. I spent almost an entire day sitting in their waiting room before. I also had some BF Goodrich ko2 off road tires put on my truck about six months ago, and I had a really bad shake in my truck after, so it took it back to get a rebalance, and still the same issue. I then decided to take the truck to two other NTB locations, where the last one finally told me that the tires were “defective” and needed to be replaced by the Stafford NTB. This wouldn’t have bothered me if this NTB location didn’t charge me for the labor fee (which was about $200 btw) to get the new set of non-defective tires put on, which is pretty bs to me considering they shouldn’t have sold me defective tires in the first place, but whatever. I understand it’s not their fault for getting a defective set of tires from the factory, but how can you sell them to your customer not knowing they’re defective, then make your customer come back and charge them $200 to get a new non-defective set put on? There’s not much I can do about it now, but I most likely will not be going back to this NTB again.Edit: A representative from NTB got back to me and is sending me a check with the $200 fee to try and make things right, so I applaud NTB as a company for going out of their way to get back to me and make things right 👍🏻

Yestetday my wife and I made back to back appointments to have our tires rotated. We were told it would be take about 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 11:30 and didnt leave until 2:45!!!!! They also adjusted all my seats and mirrors as well as using the windshield wipers leaving a blurred mess on the window as well as oily rags on my seat covers.They tried to upsell my wife on a brake job not appropriate for her vehicle. She called our regular mechanic who not only got her in right away, but did the right job for one third the cost and was done before my tirs were rotated.WE WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!

Always get a second opinion somewhere else when the people at NTB try to give you a list of recommended repairs.

Overpriced and under qualified.I had a tire repaired and they forgot the rolling tool inside the ****** tire! (I have pictures) It ruined the tire and when I returned, the manager wanted to refund the $45 I was charged to repair a flat tire! I laughed . . . . at the idiot.Not sure how these guys are still in business! . . . . Look at the ratings and decide.

Good service, took a little longer than expected.

Sitting here for over 1.5 hours (and it still hasnt been done) to have one tire changed and the other three balanced and rotated. You would think that people who are in the tire business would kniw how to change a damn tire quickly and efficiently. I think i would rather inveat in a balancer and do the job myself. I would have been done an hour ago. Of course i wouldnet have been walking around aimlessly.Unreal! NTB has just lost a lifelong customer.

The service here is terrible. Takes hours just to do an oil change every time. Also has my alignment done there, and every time I got an oil change, they say it needs another one. Had another shop look at it a couple weeks later and they said the alignment needed done again!! I doubt they even did it. Never going back

This location I have gone to a few times out of convenience and will never go back. Each time I get told something is wrong with my alignment and my truck is in the air. Now comming from having workers in these shops I know what to look for and how to look for problems. For the service advisor to tell me problems in a state of which is incorrect from the start.... go ahead and waste a mechanics time and more important, my time. Never again.

Horrible, very horrible customer service. dont waste your time coming here. dropped off my car, came back 2hrs later and it hasnt been fixed. I wished I read the reviews before coming over here. this will definitely be the last time.

I went in and asked them to order me 4 tires for my car and they said they would have to order it from another store and for me to call them Monday when they arrived. I called Monday and they had no record of it so the store manager said he would order and to call back Wednesday. I called back and spoke to him and he all of sudden came down with amnesia and didnt remember ordering and had to do it again. I called the following Monday and again the same thing. I really dont understand how this place has stayed in business for this long, they have constant management issues as I issues with them tracking oil in my car after an oil change and blamed it on me, like it was there before. After the constant issues with them I have decided I will NEVER go back there again and to give my business to discount tire down the road. WOW

Quick trouble free battery change. No complaints

Pro: Friendly counter service.Cons: Incompetent mechanical service. Took my vehicle for an oil change while on extended travel. Shortly thereafter I heard a scraping from the plastic bellypan dragging on the pavement. Turns out that almost every single fastener was either completely stripped or missing (note: It is not necessary to remove this part to perform an oil change). Only the 2 front fasteners were still in place, the back half of the belly pan was simply tucked (thats right, tucked) under an overlapping panel. I totally understand that factory fasterners strip ridiculously easy, but seriously, at least throw some zip ties or something on there so I dont have to fix it on the side of the road.

Don’t bother setting an appointment here! It means nothing! Appointment was for 5:30. It’s 6:20 now and car was just now pulled out of the parking lot. Supposedly because there’s only one technician, but yet there’s like 6 staff members here. Staff is in no hurry to get you in and out. 2 stars only because the price for tire balancing was cheaper than anywhere else.
