I was very impressed that they really tried to fix the transmission line radiator connection first before we had to go ahead and replace the radiator. The owner and mechanic went above and beyond to help me get my daughters car back running as soon as possible and at a very reasonable cost. They do more than just transmission work and I plan on using them in the future.

Ive gone to Mr. Transmission several times. I have found them to be fair and honest. They are not only a transmission shop, they will do all types of services for your car.

This is another example of a money hungry shop that will drive up the price based on the ignorance of its customers. The manager Vidal is a liar and will say anything to get you to hand over the keys because he knows full well that once he takes your transmission apart here is nothing you can do but pay him whatever ridiculous amount he comes up with. I asked him several times over the phone if he accepted credit cards issued by GE Capitol Bank and he swore up and down that he did. He also told me that if he had to rebuild my transmission that I was looking a $1,100 dollars max. As soon as he got my transmission completely dismantled he called and told me that it would cost me $1600 to get it fixed. When I show up to pay for it, he swiped my card and it would not accept it and he acts stupid and says that oh, it doesnt have the Visa logo, it wont work Now I am stuck without a work van unless I can come up with another grand. Con artist is what they are. In the middle of the repair he calls and says Oh, I thought I would be able to re-use your torque converter, but I have to order a new one. I ask is that going to affect my price and he says no. So if he quoted me a price of $1600 anticipating reusing my torque coverter how is the price not affected by the necessity to order a new one? That just doesnt add up.

Not even think to bring your car here, once they got your money you cannot take back. My car has been there for almost one year and they said they almost have it ready. Now I have to take them to court to see if I can get at lease my car back

Had been there for a Transmission overhaul. I spent the average $1,400 that I had been quote when I shopped around. My wife drives a lot, so in less than a year we were over the 12K mile warranty by about 146 mi., when the Transmission gears wen out. I had the 2003 Thaoe towed to the shop Sunday evening, and left out side. I called Vidal Monday morning and he checked the paper work. I explain the Warranty dilema and that we were pretty pressed for a second vehicle. 3 days later the car was fully repaired and work was done under warranty. I only purchased parts that were not replaced on the last Job. This was 4 months/4K miles ago. Truck is still running like new. Even better!
