I have used appolo paint and body for years i got two maximas and a lexus painted there. But never again, and here is why. after waiting for a short while a lady steps outside and i tell her i want to get a Door on a BMW painted. I show her a photo of the car with the door on it she says $400 or $500 dollars. But goes on to say if there is any body work it will be more. And she ends up saying $900. I said wow 400 to 900 is a huge swing. She asks what year the car is and then says they dont work on cars older than 2012. I know that to be a lie. There were several cars there older than that as i was standing there. She said shed rather not have the job, that they cant match it. Im going some where else to get my work done.

I finally found a body shop that could do more than collision repair! I had no collision but instead needed a complete repaint due to my original paint fading and cracking all over the cab. Apollo was able to assist in my endeavour. They stripped the entire cab of all the old bad paint and then repainted the entire truck as requested. They left no detail untouched; the mirrors, door handles and running boards all completed to perfection! The job included a new windshield and a spray-in bedliner all at what I thought was a very reasonable price. The truck looks better than the day it was new! In fact, Ive already enjoyed a compliment by someone that was able to fully appreciate a clean, one-owner vehicle in such great shape! I would recommend Apollo and their capable staff to anyone.

First and best experience with a body shop, I went in for 2 dents to be fixed. I was greeted with great customer service from beginning to end, also helped me out a lot that Apollo offers loaner cars since I dont have that available through my insurance. Im so pleased with how my car turned out, color matched to the T! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

They worked on my Honda, and the paint job was just okay. The sad part was they left several fasteners off. The lady working the front desk was vulgar and got defensive before I could finish my first sentence. Even though I pointed out that there were missing fasteners. She tried to tell me they took a fender off by just popping it off without removing any other parts. I am no repair person, but even I know better. She could have fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes and $5 in fasteners, but she would rather lose a long-time customer. I have been going there for years. I traveled across town to go to them. I have referred so many people there, well no more. It makes no sense. It is easy to keep a current customer and expense to gain customer. She messed up. But I am sure she doesnt care. Sad, because I was going to pay additional to have my fog lamp replaced, and should could have made more off of me, but she hear me out for 5 minutied.

This place is a joke. I was td they no longer paint vehicles older than 2010. My paint was not bad, no body damage and thats all I got was we wont touch unless its 2010 or newer. Who is getting their 10yr old vehicle repainted??

This is actually two reviews in one. First, I am a perfectionist and I also am one to try to do everything myself on my car, but paint is one of those things I will leave to professionals! The first time working with CW I had front and back bumper covers I was replacing due to getting hit from behind at a stop light several months ago. Because I brought in the bumpers and described what exactly what I wanted painted on the bumpers he quoted me a price that was for exactly what was going to cost, paint and paint labor. I tried three different shops before coming to Apollo and I got the run around. Examples would be they had to install the bumper covers, had to have the vehicle present, etc. Basically would not work with me and assumed they knew better than what I wanted. CW was more than happy to work with me. When I brought the bumper covers in, we both marked where the paint was going to be applied as there were parts of the covers that were not to receive paint. Both covers came out perfect!Fast forward to now. I was getting clear coat peal on my roof. I always wanted a black roof I did not want to mess with vinyl. This time I went straight to CW. I explained what paint code I wanted and that I would remove the antenna, wing and roof rack rails myself. CW did find some spots that needed PDR work and showed me where. He gave me a great quote (less than what I budgeted for) for all the work and did not try to charge for anything not needed. I hate leaving my car anywhere but CW and crew treated my car like I do, with a lot of love.Again, Apollo did a awesome job on both the roof and the bumpers, and I have received many compliments! Thanks CW.

I use to bring my car there whenever it needed any body work and painting. They were priced fairly and did great work. Then they closed their main location on 59, so now you have to go to HWY 90 in Stafford. I feel that location is way too small and the quality of their work has suffered. Plus, they ended up charging me an extra $500 for work they should have done originally. I wont go back😟

Took my sons car here to get a dent popped out the bumper and the customer service was great and so was the work. The lady at the front desk is very knowledgeable and knows how to hold a conversation and once we got the car back we couldnt even tell anything was originally wrong with it and the price was great. I went to like 5 other shops and no ones customer service even came close and the prices were more expensive. So I definitely recommend coming here and Ill definitely be back if need be!

Apollo did an outstanding job restoring my car and advocating for me. I dealt primarily with CW though they all cover for each other very effectively in the front office and dont leave you standing around twiddling your thumbs.Their body work repairing and repainting the collision damage is outstanding. I have no reservations at all about their work. They really got the paint right.If youve dealt with an insurance company lately they really have become in large measure a scam. What should be straight forward becomes a game of how they can deny liability, cut corners, insist on impossible conditions, skirt their obligations and otherwise act in bad faith. Its a challenge navigating all of their tripwires and landmines.When I walked into Apollo they turned around their estimate on the spot.When I walked back in 60 days later with a counter offer from the insurer they took over on the spot. Apollo contacted the insurer and the car rental company and had me in a rental car in 15 minutes. CW went to bat for me with the insurer and their inane games producing any needed documentation, negotiating on my behalf, extending the rental as needed and suffering the juvenile shouting and abuse that entailed.Trying to coordinate 3 separate companies to work together when youre an employee of none of them is beyond challenging and often requires many phone calls to phone systems that try to deny you access to people. Taking this job on was the finest example of customer service Ive seen in a great long while.Apollo has earned my future business though I think we all hope not to need a repair shop.

I have used Apollo beforw at the old location more than once and came again to them here mkre recently. Still the same service and quality of work I have come to expect over the 10 year span of doing business with them in collision repair (as little as I have to haha). I recommend them to everyone I know when dealing with an issurance claim and bodywork repair.

My mechanic of 20+ years(First Colony Tire & Auto) recommended this place. The front of my car was full of chips and dings beginning to rust and oxidize. The estimate to repaint the front hood & bumper, and blend into the quarter panels seemed reasonable to me. I also had the headlights replaced as they were badly fogged up.The repair took about a week, with a major holiday in the middle. The results are outstanding. The front truly looks like new. I just wish I could have afforded the whole car to be painted!All of my interactions were with the Shop Manager, Gabriel Giordano. He is friendly and engaging, treated me with respect, and never talked down to me.

Get your car fixed when they say that they will, plus give you a loaner car.

Apollo is amazing! My families been taking our cars there and gotten fantastic results each time. I just went recently and they fixed my dent for a great price AND detailed the outside of my car. Really looked brand new.

I had and my wife had 5 or 6 cars repaired at Apollo. When they were located on US 59 they had plenty of room, fair prices and overall their work was good. Then they sold the place on 59 and now have a small building off of HWY 90 in Stafford. It is a cramped, and dusty shop. The last car that was repaired there was not done right. After spending over $3,000 I had to bring it back twice and they still didnt fix the problem after having it for more than a month! Then they ended up charging me another $550! I was extremely dissapointed. The gentleman who helped me, Fitz, is a good guy and he tried to help me. However the damage is done, I will never bring a car back to them for a repair.

I absolutely loved this place. I got my car back fixed and washed. The inside was clean too (without that dirty piece of paper most auto places leave). I got a loaners, saved on my deductible and they took my car in immediately. I will take my car back here again. My only suggestion would be to use the text feature they used to let me know my car was done, during the process. My ECD was updated a few times, which was perfectly fine, but I would have liked that text option vs calling in. But again Ill only go here from now on.

My husband took his classic car to Apollo for an estimate last week. The lady came out made a thorough inspection and gave him a verbal estimate. They also agreed he would remove all trim, door handles etc. himself. He stripped the car this weekend and brought to the shop. Two days later she had him come down & told him a new estimate over 3 times higher ($14,000.00) including 100 hours labor to paint. Knowing all estimates can change expected 10 to 20% more but 300% what a joke.

The female manager,Nancy, is one of the rudest people you will ever meet. They messed up my muffler when they took my bumper off. She would hang up the phone and would not do anything in person. I had to pay an extra $100.00 to get it repaired from the damage that was done to it. Even one of the employees said she is always like that. This place is not family oriented like they advertise. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. There are better body shops than this and more honest ones. Since I wrote this review I had to go to the dealership because they did not even put the bumper on right. It was missing some screws and was starting to fall off the left side. This place is the worst auto shop I have ever been to. Please stay away from this place.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. They had my truck for over a month and after many calls and speaking directly with the manager we finally were able to pick up our vehicle only to find out they never test drove it! Their reason for not test driving is because it did not have gas. So, not it was not ready the speed odometer was off along with the alignment and they still had the nerve to tell us to take it to our dealership to reset it because they are not able to do it there. Worst experience ever to say the least.

Once i walked in i was welcomed and was told to hold on a second so i did. Few min later a darker haired women approached me asked my issue i started explaining as we walked to the car once we arrived at the car her attitude changed instantly saying we cant do it without letting my explain as if she knows the car and whats wrong it it. Telling me i need to change this and that when i had MINOR damage on my hood and need a oil change and needed my hood popped she didnt give me any time of day to explain i said in all probally 5 6 words then she turned her back to me and walked away without saying goodbye or ending our converstation and showed no sympathy or concern for a customer R U D E never going back and come to think somebody refered me here is pitifulShes probally a head huncho(manager) there too but she is a inconciderate lady no custom service skill unless u already spent money with them

Took in our 2010 Expedition King Ranch to have some bumper paint done from too many parking curb dings. Nancy and her team dead a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use again when needed.

I recommend this body shop. I had damaged my Mercedes E350 by hitting the side of the garage door post damaging and ripping off the plastic bumper cover which basically is the whole front of the vehicle. I was feeling low and beating myself up about it. Nancy made me feel way better explaining how relatively minor the damage was compared to most of the other vehicles they were working on. Cutting to the chase, they fixed it perfectly and for way less than my insurance deductable. I will be very careful driving into the garage in future.

Had a great experience with this place in the past. Their current management team, and estimators on staff are not at all customer focused, honest, or willing to respond appropriately to issues. Save yourself the hassle and find another shop that cares about the experience they deliver.

Apollo is by far the best body shop I have ever used. I wouldn’t take my Cadillac Escalade or any of our other cars anywhere else. Their work is exceptional. JW is so great. He is very knowledgeable, professional and cares about his customers. I have used them for years. Highly recommend them.

Went and dropped off the car around 1:35 or so. Was told that it was going to take about an hour. Called back around 3:14 and was told it was another 20 or 30 minutes. What is going on??? To change the door latch shouldnt take so long. Was told oh the one fixing the latch went to lunch when you dropped off the car. That is not my problem that is your problem. Paid 264.47 to get it done in a timely manner and it wasnt even done on time. If you are looking for a place to get your car done in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE.

Took my Nissan Altima with a missing bumper and grill... it was forcefully removed by a box truck... it was bad.... picked it up, and it looks brand new!!!! I could not believe that was my car! I am so very thankful. The staff was always friendly. I definitely recommend them. One satisfied customer!!!! ^_^

Rude store manager lacks basic common courtesy. They treat you like they are doing you a favor fixing your car and storing it while its being fixed. Had my car painted at the Austin location, which is closed and I was very happy with the paint job done on my car 66 Cutlass. Recently, I noticed a split in the paint on the passenger side of my hood towards the front by the bumper. The damage didnt occur from a rock or any other debris hitting the vehicle. I have made numerous calls & shared multiple emails (with pictures of the warranty and bill of sale) about the warranty issue I am having. Ive been told by Nancy Tavarez (manager), that shes never seen the Sherwin Williams warranty I emailed her a copy of. She also states that that they dont do restoration work but they have several pictures of a rare 56 Lincoln that was restored on their Facebook page. I have asked that they honor the warranty with theirs and Sherwin-Williams name on it for the defects that are covered - Cracking and Peeling. I dont feel i am being unreasonable that a warranty issue that states its covered in their own paperwork be honored.

I recently had my Jeep liberty painted. Gabriel was the person that assisted me in getting this done. There are not enough good things to say about his dedication to customer service. The paint job was done and he was there to give me updates on the progress. Once completed and I took the vehicle home, I noticed that there ware some electrical issues.(sometimes things happen) I called Gabriel to express my concerns and he was quick to act to get them resolved. What could have turned into a bad experience was saved by Gabriel. I would go back if i needed another vehicle done.

Very straightforward pricing and very reasonable. They do quality work. My wife had her Infiniti FX45 repaired there, and we were worried about the paint matching due the unique pearl paint on her vehicle, but they were able to get the exact paint and it looks great. You would never know that any work was ever done. The best Auto Body Shop in Austin.

I am redoing my review after getting my car yesterday. I am still upset about losing my computer due to a leak in the loaner car however there is no way of proving the leak that the car had so I kinda have to do my review based on things that actually have to do with my car and the loaner.My Car: Looks fantastic, I was a little worried about how it would turn out do to what I have heard but I believe they did do a great job on my car the paint looks new no lines, no swirls and nothing that I saw that would bother me from what I see. I havent done a 100% check on everything but it was late and I didnt want to keep them later than I already had.They provided me with a loaner and that is the reason I went to them in the first place, Like I stated above it had a leak and I only say that because I hadnt drank anything in the car and nobody sat in the back seat of my car however after the heavy rain we had this weekend. The driver side of the back seat the whole floorboard was soaked and the only think I would assume is the rain somehow got in. Not sure how but it happened. I lost a laptop out of it but I assumed that the shop wouldnt really do much about that because it is a laptop and its not their problem.The loaner they did give me had quite a few problems but It got me to and from work. All I have to say is if you do get a loaner from them they give you a paper that has all the body damage marked on it. Dont do what I do and just sign the paper actually take it outside and see if there is additional damage on the car before you sign it. Because my heart dropped when they told me there was a side swipe with paint transfer on it. No i didnt hit anyone, and due to it being a loaner i would have no idea if someone opened a car and hit the one I was in because you usually dont notice those things unless it is your car and you see it regularly. Im not saying that because they charged me Chris told me he wouldnt charge me for that which was a relief because After paying 1k for a deductible and having to buy a new laptop and repairing a tire on the loaner I couldnt afford paying for a mark on a car that I didnt do. Or at least I didnt notice if someone else did it while it was being loaned to me.Chris was very professional all the times I met with him at the shop, he is the reason I was able to get my car fixed and not totaled out which I was very thankful for and I was happy to not have to buy a new car because It could have easily went that route if they hadnt of helped me. On top of that he told me to make the check for $900 instead of $1000 you may not think that is a lot but it definitely made me feel somewhat better about the problems I have had with the car especially knowing that my car for sure cost the amount it did to repair since i know a lot of places will write the estimate higher to help people with a deductible and all of that. My car was actually teetering on being totaled so I really appreciated that from him.I want to apologize to him and Barbara for being a lets just say B because I am going to not be disrespectful and cuss. I was very upset at the problems I am having but I can honestly say I am just happy that they didnt charge me for the damage on the outside of the car when they could have. I am out a laptop but Im sure scratches and such may have cost more than it. Thank you all again for fixing my car it looks great I only have one question and I will be calling shortly to ask if its something that is normal or what.

This place sucks!!! Thats all I have to say. They are so unprofessional. The work they done to my care sucks. I went back after they fixed my car and they told me I had to open another claim !!! What??!! It was something they did wrong !!! And till this moment I have a broken car that they cant fix. I regret so much taking my car to this place..

While they did a good job repairing the outside of my car, they failed to do part of the front they said they would and also tore off my door guards without informing me they were going to do so. They left the guards, trash, and a lot of dust. I mean A LOT of dust inside what used to be my perfectly clean car. It was disgusting inside and tape was left everywhere. It was very difficult to get the inside of my car clean again. Unprofessional.

Very bad experience. Will not recommend or reuse. They failed to give me a courtesy call to let me know about some toll violations after I had called them and asked them to do so. It ended up costing me $120 in fees that could have been avoided. The workmanship is merely average and based on other reviews Ive read I dont expect the clear coat to hold up. And the day before I was to pick it up the manager called and asked me if I could pay with a personal check instead of a credit card. This seemed very unprofessional and made me question my decision to let them fix my truck. Very disappointing experience overall. Will not go back and will not recommend to anybody I know.

The lady manager nancy is a joke. She is the meanest and most unprofessional person i ever met. How they can keep her in that body shop is beyond me. They so messed up my truck that I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly. Do not use this body shop. I would give it no stars if I could.

The Guys at apollo are nice to work with and honest. I was rear ended in my pickup truck several years ago and apollo repaired the vehicle, the repairs they performed were great. apollo also helped me to find a bad repair job done by some other collision place that was recommened by the insurance company i had at the time.While they couldnt get involved they helped me to rootcause the problems so i could go and get the issues sorted out with my insurance companyThey diddnt have to be honest but they have been every time i have dealt with them and i think its important to make sure the honest guys are noticed for the good things they do.

They have you take multiple pictures of your damage for an estimate. They then call you back 24-48 hrs later saying you need to come in for an estimate.? Why even have the option to send pics in? I used another business that had you take pics & send them. They got back in 24hrs with an est. Most adjusters can estimate cost from photos, not a set in stone price but thats why its called an ESTIMATE.

Ive used them several times and the work is superb while their service is outstanding.

My hood was vandalized and so I went in for a quote. Oscar greeted me and was professional, courteous, direct and honest. He gave me an exact quote and was optimistic about the turn around time being very quick. I shopped around afterwards but didnt get the genuine care and concern for my vehicle repair as I did from Apollo. I went back that afternoon, made a deposit and lo and behold the hood was in thier shop later that evening! The following day I went in to make sure it was the proper fit and the hood went into the paint booth that day. The following morning it was ready to go.. Exact paint match with a nice deep gloss to it! All this within 48 hours!! Im very impressed and very satisfied and I will be a lifetime customer! They even washed my car for delivery and buffed out light scratces on the hood protector and grille....very nice touch! Thanks Apollo and Oscar!

As an independent insurance agent I wanted to verify that the body shop had the correct fax # on file to send the supplemental estimate to the insurance company so that my insured has no issues getting a new check from the insurance company.Thats all I needed was to make sure they had the correct fax#, for my insured called me the day before so that he could supply it to the body shop unfortunately he called me after hours and I didnt have it on file. I told him I would call the body shop tomorrow to give it to them, when I did... Marylou or Marilu not sure how she spells it or if I spelled it incorrectly but she was very rude and hung up on me twice! I kept calling back and I got Jessica on the line so I asked her to get me in contact with the manager and she told me Marylou / Marilu was the office manager.An office manger that has poor customer service skills and hangs up on people. Great work Apollo!!

I need to fix a crack in my cars paint. I got really surprised with the price Apollo gave me. It is half of what caliber collusion charges for the same work. I have not fix my car to see the quality of the work.

A little disappointed that they did not want to replace my Toyota front emblem after one of the plastic tabs broke that secures it to the front grill a week later, even though it is was one of the new parts they had replaced in the front end repair. I have referred Apollo to several people in the past to get there cars repaired and even have had a couple of my vehicles repaired there in the past with no problems.This was such a minor cost to replace it but CW flat out told me it was not covered in there warranty. I doubt I will be referring them any more.

Called to get a quote on car paint job. Wanted to charge 4000 dollars. Just for basic white. Got it done for 200 somewhere else. Tooo expensive.

The shop on the south west freeway closed down I guess after being sued by someone else because they were rip off artist they were supposed to re wire my Nissan Murano after and accident charged me 4K for the work in 2018 I find out they only soldered the wires back together and took my money

Repair work is done well, but the staff was sarcastic or mean spirited. Once the insurance company paid them, there was no longer any urgency or sense of integrity. It took weeks longer than it should have to finish the work on the car. I will certainly not be going back here for any repairs my car may need
