Do NOT go here.. they wanted to replace my whole windshield because a sticky pad came off of the remote sensor behind my rear view mirror. Pic below to explain. and to be honest that wouldnt ever have fixed the problem.. I can not express how incompetent the guy was. I tried to buy the original pads because 3m pads where melting in the heat and coming off.. they where not in the catalog so the first guy told me to talk to the service guys.. this is what the service guys told me instead of fixing it.. and really if they replaced the window they would have to put the sensor back up there.. all I needed was what they would use to put it back up there because Ive tried everything else.. 3m pads indoor and out door. Rear view mirror glue. Jb weld.. all kids of adhesive products.. nothing worked so far.. guess Ill try another service center with someone who knows what they are doing.. Dear Chevy, when you see this I dont think you should fire the guy but maybe you could have him rake the rocks in the driveway thats a job more his speed. Because servicing your product aint it my friend.

Very efficient service. However, they need to work on greeting. On 3 occasions, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me.

Super nice and attentive. In and out quick but the service I paid for did not fix the problem. I called SA Gilbert to update him. He immediately told me to get my vehicle back in and he would take care of it! 👏🏽👍🏽

Brought my moms vehicle in for a transmission issue. My service advisor Mike Guerrero was the absolute worst. No follow up—I had to constantly call and email him to get an update. A different advisor had to step in and provide updates. When he did answer he hadn’t checked on the vehicle. Service Manager wasn’t helpful either. I told him about my experience and he replied “there are other service advisors; next time just pick another one..)😳…

I had never been there before so I didnt know where the parts department was at!! The guy that helped me was rude then he told me 2 go pay at the window 😒 then she said go back 2 him 2 get your part. 2 many moves for 1 part smh.

My Service rep is Gordon, and Ive been dealing with Classic for 8 years now and every time I take my truck for Service, Gordon and the mechanics go above and beyond of making sure my vehicle is completely Service and up to date with all parts ect. This is the only place my truck gets Service. Be sure to ask for Gordon.

They ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 8PM regardless of the information provided by google maps. They have had my car 6 days, just to tell me that they cant find anything wrong with it. They couldnt have figured that out 5 days earlier? Made a over an hour days long trip to pickup my car just to have them closed when I show up during the hours posted by google maps. Very irritated at this point.

Ive serviced 4 of my vehicles with the service drive at Classic Chevy Sugar Land. Every single time I do, whether its just an oil change or something more, I am in-and-out in no time, my car always gets a wash and vacuum, and the service advisors are ALWAYS on it! Carlos, Drew, Sanchez, Abel, the list goes on! Oh, and Melissa at the front desk is the best... anything you need while youre waiting and shes on it!I dont get my cars serviced anywhere else.

Service drive in was empty which to me is not a good sign. It took several minutes for an Advisor to come out of the glass office, and I felt as if I was interrupting a nap, because I was treated rather rude and cold. Buying the car from Classic was a fun experience, but stay away from the Service side, go elsewhere.

Needed a part. Went to the shop. Asked for the part. They gave me the part. I paid for the part. I left with the part. Everything I expect from a service center. Just perfect. No interrogations on what I need it for, no what are you doing, just give me the part number so I can give you the part. And whats even better, they have the parts!

Wait was three hour with nobody give me any update I had to go ask. And still wait another hour before my car was ready again I had to go ask if my car was ready and didnt get any paper worked on my car what they had done. And the coffee was sitting there four 2hr empty without anybody make new coffee.

Wastes your time. Lie to get you in the door with no regards to your time. Told me repeatedly that a car was available, drove an hour out of my way to come get it. In reality it sold hours earlier. Dont waste your time

Bad scheduling. Waited for 2 hour for simple coolant change and tire rotation (scheduled maintenance with appointment) and Im still waiting.Either they over booked or simply incompetent.Performed unnecessary service on my EV and told me its on maintenance schedule while its not. Total lack of honesty and integrity. Service manager wouldnt call me after I left messageWhats shocking even more shocking was that adviser initially suggested a whole list maintenance items for a regular car, totally irrelevant to my EV. That simply means she didnt even try to open her desktop app to pinpoint my car and the required service items attached to my car. Its like a doctor started performing surgery without reading patients medical record.

My car was dead and towed to the dealership for a battery change and oil change.They charged me $458 labor because the car couldnt start on top of the other charges. Total $1062. Im done servicing my car from them and wont be buying another car with them again.

Having a power steering problem due to the recall. It had happened before. The dealership charged me 800 bucks for a new battery and new terminals. Saying the problem was the battery and the wires. ABEL asked me to come in Monday morning he would have everything ready to go I have been sitting in the service department now for over 4 hours and the truck has been here since Thursday morning.. Want me to change the gearbox and module 2800 bucks the truck has only 86k miles. They want to deny the problem and not point out the actual recall failure I asked to speak with Mike he ignored me the intire day after he asked me to give him a minute. I guess your pockets determine how they treat people around here.. If i where to drive up in a brand new Corvette im sure they would have found a loaner and properly serviced the car and i saw with my own eyes treating clients differently..
