Took my car there to get an oil change. Only changed the oil about 30% of the gauge. When they let me know my car was done, my car wouldnt start. Had to reset my car battery and it worked. They told me my battery was low at the time. 8 months later my car battery is still working and no issues. Not taking it back here.

If you ever want to come to this place for an inspection, you know something is wrong with your car, and perhaps you think while they do the inspection all over the car and find the problem, they wont. Youll have to tell them in advance or they wont bother telling you anything and just take your money

If you’re closed for lunch break, please update your working hours on Google maps. It was a waste of time for me to visit your store. They are closed between 1 pm and 2 ok. State inspection is till 3:30 pm. Also, you can try to make an eye contact when taking with a customer. That was rude.

I arrived at the location . There was a gentleman who walked up to the car. He asked me what did I need. I told him oil change. He told me the price it was. Just the right price that I can affordThey pulled the car in it did not take that long. I needed an oil change. Great service, Great location, Great people.

I took two vehicles there are the same morning. My Genesis and my daughters Sonata. Perhaps this was just a fluke, and the same new, poorly trained tech handled both cars, but it turned out to be a disaster. First, in the Genesis, the next day I started getting oil pressure notices on my dash. I immediately drove back to Kwik Kar and the tech that I spoke to said I should take it to the mechanic because there is no way they could have done anything. So I took it to a mechanic, who immediately diagnosed the problem as the incorrect oil filter being put on the car during the oil change. He changed the oil again, and put the correct filter on and the problem went away. I didnt bother saying anything to Kwik Kar. Then more recently I took my daughters Sonata to another place to have the oil changed and they showed me a photo of the cracked oil pan, and said that they think that whoever changed the oil last, put the plug in much too tightly and crack the oil pan. I had to have the entire oil pan replaced.

Very nice staff and helpul so they had immediately time for me to do the State Inspection. After 15 minutes they were finished and I got my key back now I can drive for a year until for the next inspection.Best regardsWintur

I have used this place for the last year and have left a 5 star review in the past. However, recently I went and their card reader did not work for my card and I had to call my wife to use hers, but my card worked over at TruIndia minutes later. It was very inconvenient. The service here is good and I will use them again in the future, but please update your card reader.

On my way to school my oil light came on. I was not aware I needed to get an oil change as I had just bought the car in October. They were very helpful and kind. I was nervous and they let me know my car is fine and they took care of the service quickly and checked my car to insure everything else was running well.

Ive been going here for several years and have always had great experiences. The owners are fantastic and oil changes and inspections are always done super quick.There was a bit of an accident on my last oil change (accidents happen!) that broke my tire valve. I had to run to another shop to get it fixed, which ended up costing more than expected. The owners of Kwik Kar reimbursed me for the repairs full and in cash. Really impressed by their honesty and commitment to their customers. Thank you!

Great place! Just a few blocks from the Southwest Freeway in Stafford. Family owned and operated. They will be celebrating 20 years in business in April 2020. They do Pennzoil oil changes and inspection stickers. They can take care of all your basic car maintenance needs and requirements.

They give a good service to the cars they take good care of you and they are very friendly

No frills but good for quick basic oil change or inspection. They cannot perform all services like a full service oil change vendor. Prices are the same. If I use a coupon at a full service oil change, I can get it cheaper and get everything done. It takes longer but only one trip.

I have been going to this location since they first opened about18 years ago. The owners are a family, are very nice and knowledgeable and never try to sell you something you dont need. I moved to Cypress Tx five years ago, but I still travel the hour (each way) it takes to continue dealing with these owners and staff. You can trust them!

Quick service

Was looking for a place near work to get my car inspected. Saw the great reviews here and drove on over. Waited about 10 minutes in a super clean, cool waiting area that had great couches and a nice TV. Handed over my insurance card and keys, waited about 15 more minutes (if that) and was DONE. Nice, super clean, super polite atmosphere. Definitely going to be a repeat customer from now on!

The guys were super nice. But the lady at the first desk NOT so nice. So the guy that took the car initially approached the vehicle to ask what services needed to be done. So my significant other told him a oil change and a break light change. Cool we waiting 15-20 mins was a little busy but wasn’t bad, was actually expected. The keys were handed to the lady in the front she RUDELY asked me what was the year of the car. So I just let really ignored it until she said “PEOPLE” and stormed out. 🤨 I was super surprised like wowwwwwww did she really just say that. Needless to say they need to hire a new employee IMMEDIATELY that was super unprofessional as hell. Making those guys look terrible.

I have been here several times, the owners have always been professional and courteous. I brought my vehicle in near closing time for an oil change. Even though it was closing time, they took the time to vacuum my truck. Highly recommended.

I came here for break service as a option and so glad I did. Being female, alot of shops tend to use that to their advantage. They were honest with me about what I needed (brakes) and didnt try to rob my wallet. I save $300 VS going to good year. Great customer service as well! I will for sure be back!

I went to get an Texas inspection report and I got there at 3:53 pm waited for someone to come to counter and the lady comes at 4:00 pm and tells me to come back tomorrow because they stop taking people at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately this isn’t an exaggeration but best of luck to them.

All she said was It says participating locations. I wont be participating taking my Tahoe here anymore. $5 lousy dollars off a $80 oil change? Just the principal!!
