Clean and organized. Love this store for all office supplies!

Went in for HP ink cartridges for my printer. Price rang up $187 plus tax. I said that can’t be right. Called manager over. He said yup thats right. Never really checked. I have never paid anywhere near that before. Cancelled order. Looked at Office Max, Walmart, and Target: All at $114 for same ink. Staples tried to charge me more than $70 more for same product. I will never use Staples again after this experience.

This store is fully stocked with just about everything one needs for their office/business. There is always someone around to help you find the things you need. Everyone is friendly and helpful❤️❤️

Bought business cards here and a few other things I needed. Customer service was amazing.

So I visited the store on 19 in Spring Hill today. I must say I am truly impressed on the social distancing in effect. I wandered the store for a good while trying to find a product... Luckily for my health there were no employees available to help... The gentleman at the copy center was having a loud laughing phone call and was otherwise not paying attention to the store. The cashier was kind of staring at the ceiling and looked too depressed to want to approach. Not sure if there were other employees in the store... Didnt see any in the 20 min I wandered the store.Gave up..Left and bought what I needed at target. Payed more, but oh well, service is important. Even if it is from 6+ feet away.

Horrible customer service in the printing department on Saturday 1/11/2020. This was the second time this has happened. When I walked in the store I saw no customers in the front area. The gentleman in the printing department, had absolutely no customers, nor were there any machines printing. He was just standing in a idol position. I downloaded my 5 copies using the self service machine. I asked the gentleman if I could get 30 booklets by the close of business. The gentleman said that he was not printing any orders today, and the soonest I could get my whole order which was 75 copies printed, folded, and stapled would be Wednesday. Which would have been 4 days later. He had a nice nasty attitude, he lied about my document. I needed to move a page, he said couldn’t do it his computer. I told him I would be going to Office Depot. He looked me in my face and said. I hope they can help you. He could care less. This is how you lose business! I Went to Office Depot and my document was edited (staples said the doc couldn’t be done). I placed my order and even though they were busy and had customers, the associate at Office Depot, had my completed ready and packaged in 30 minutes. Needless to say, Office Depot is father for me to drive. I was treated much better.

Worst experience I have ever had ordering something. I ordered an almost $500 laptop last Wednesday because it was supposed to be next day delivery and my son needs it to be able to do his virtual school that started 8/24. Every day since then it has been pushed back to the next. It was left at the warehouse, then they “couldn’t find my house”, then said I requested a future delivery which wasn’t true, then the package was damaged, now has to be replaced and my new date is Friday. Over a week since ordering. I will never buy from staples again. I have waited on hold for over an hour 3 times talking to someone about this and trying to find out when it would be delivered and everyday they just told me the next day. Absolutely no help.

I worked at length with Shaq & Denise late afternoon yesterday & their collaboration made my custom greeting photo card come to life. Very patient & helpful. A+ customer service! Ty!

Always have to watch myself when I come into Staples. I always seem to find interesting things that I know I dont need, but would want to buy because they would add a pop of color or make my home office more attractive. If they dont have what I really need, then they can order it for me from their kiosk.

Horrible customer service, wouldnt recommend buying a candy bar from here much less anything needed for your office. Sold an office chair for $200 and once assembled the hydrolic pump does not work. I was told from management it was basically my problem once it left theyre front door. Asked for a refund and was told stock was low and unable to refund my money as well.

I had such a great experience with Larissa in the printing center! She was more than happy to help print save-the-dates for my wedding on the spot! Larissa went over and beyond resolving my issues and the rest of the staff were very friendly as well!

Went in to get something printed. Mara at print services was very helpful in getting the right size and paper for what I needed. Even helped me find another item in store that Id been looking for. Saved me an additional trip. Very happy with the result and the price overall.

The employees are really nice. Customer service was great. My only problem is I have trouble walking and the store has the line set up to where you have to walk all the way to the other end to walk around and walk all the way back to the first and second cashier.

Impossible to contact, Impossible to pay bill on line, customer service phone hours are terrible, trying to get in touch with them for 3 days...very unhappy, Thinking about cancelling my MORE card...would not give it any stars if I could. THIS IS NOT FOR THEIR LOCATION. THIS IS ONLY FOR STAPLES CORPORATION, PEOPLE IN THE STORE ARE FINE, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

This used to be a good store to get office supplies at good prices. Now theres no reason to get it here rather than online, unless you need something immediately. The employee turn over rate has increased over the last few years, which is a bad sign.

It is so hot inside the store like the A/C is broken or something. The cost of everything is OUTRAGEOUS. This is why I usually buy this type of stuff from Amazon. I could have bought 3 to 4 times as much of each item and probably still paid less. Had I not been in a rush to get this stuff, I would have ordered it like I normally do.No one asks to help you and I had to wait around at the register while the guy talked on the phone. He didnt even acknowledge me, tell me he would be a minute or anything. Terrible customer service.My biggest complaint has to be one against Staples as a company. The price for faxing is EXORBITANT! It cost me over $20.00 to fax 12 pages. It doesnt cost that much in resources and overhead to fax and it costs even more if you fax long distance. Phone companies dont even charge long distance anymore so why is Staples charging extra to fax there? If it wasnt urgent, I would have just called and had a phone line opened at my house for a month, used my old fax machine and still paid less than I did today. On the plus side, the employee in the copy section was sympathetic with my disdain over the cost so that made the bite a bit less painful. Until I had to actually shop there. I dont look forward to ever having to go there again.

Great selection and can always easily find what i need

This is the second time I have ordered business card from here and have not been happy. The first time my card where off printed and they took care of it and reprinted them but it took a week to get them. This second time I ordered them yesterday over the phone around 1130ish noon, because it was before 2 the girl on the phone said they will be ready any time after 4, at about 230ish I order some flyers online and I knew they would be ready the next day and that was fine. A couple hours later right before rpm I stopped by to pick the cards up and they told me the only order they has was for my flyers, a little upset they said they can get them done now and unfortunately i didnt have the time to wait even though we needed them, the two women that where there at 5 pm said they would take care of it and have them ready when I came to pick my flyers up. So I called around 10 today to confirm both where ready, guy on the phone told me yes so I came to pick them up and all he had for me where my flyers I asked about my business cards and after a couple minutes of looking with no order placed once again he found them on their back counter half done with no idea what was going on. So now I have to come back after noon to get them because once again I do not have the time to wait, that why I order for pick up.. When my stuff gets done its a great job but I shouldnt have to come to the store three times that should have been done yesterday. I stopped ordering from other places because staples work is good and convenient but this is ridiculous that I have to go back three times now for something that was supposed to be done yesterday..

Store staff and management are very knowledgeable and go out there way to accommodate customers.

Going on a week long horrible experience with a printer that I bought here. Not cool.

I went to get some pictures printed and they werent coming out right. The girls that work there are so nice, they kept trying until they came out the way I wanted!

Simply put Rude.Needed copies. Girl is cursing and going berserk. Telling me about her bad day.

Very unhappy and will go elsewhere from now on,, their computer rental is a rip off !!30 cents a min plus print costs .after typing for 20 min. the computer shut down and I lost everything including my money .

Great service but pricey to Fax. Do ypurswlf a favor and bring your own cover sheet, they dont tell you bit they charge you for that aswell (even though its a quarter sized piece of paper)

Great customer Service, but sorry still overpriced. I bought 2 ink cartridges. It was buy one get one 30% off. After paying and checking Walmart prices, I found I would have saved $7.00 more if I had bought them at Walmart. Oh well! Lesson learned, I should know better.

It has everything, its a perfect place to get school supplies.

Im making a delivery here. The store is a bit of a challenge to access with a 53 ft trailer but other than that, the staff is personable and the store is clean.

The team at Staples in Spring hill on 19 are absolutly great! The customer service is above any and all in the area, as a small business owner locallyI rely on Keri, Michelle & the rest of the copy center weekly with every thing from our advertising photos, marketing brochures to banners.The on site computer tecs have saved us a few times from viruses and are very knowlegeable when needing new computers, copiers & other office equipment. Solid sound advise and great customer service from the mangers to the registers!! 2 thumbs up....

I WENT TO PRINT SOME DOCUMENT FROM MY EMAIL AND I COULDNT DO IT COMPUTER WASNT WORKING PROPERLY SO I ASK THE LADY WHONWAS WORKING ON THE PRINTING AREA DOR HELP AND SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM I HAVE PRINTING SO SHE PRINT EXTRA PAPERS SO WAS CHARGE FOR ALL HER MISTAKES WORSE STORE EVER !!!! DO NOT GO THERE AND TRY TO PRINT ANY DOCUMENTS OVER CHARGE
