Took my $1400 computer in to get the keyboard changed only had to pay an amount right then. He took longer than he said he would finally when I went back in to pick it up I noticed melted hinges scratches all over and the power button was completely broken I asked him what happen his reply was I owe him more money I said why he said because it took me longer than I thought it would I said did you look at my laptop you melted it you scratched it and you broke my power button are you gonna fix it he kept saying that I owed him money I said you’re going to fix it or I’m gonna take it to someone and then you’re going to pay the bill. He continued to ignore me talk to some other customer I left so that everything would cool down for a day called him up and I said, I need you to fix my entire laptop that you melted you broke the button and the keyboard still does not work and it’s not even placed correctly inside the laptop he then continue to ask for more money and said that I need to give it to him ASAP. He offered no resolution and refused to refund my money due to him breaking my laptop. What a CON ARTIST and a THIEF. (Didn’t even know the answers to simple electronic questions when I asked at time of p/u. Thank god I found a reputable company that fixed everything and told me all the things he did wrong. (Like break the power button when it’s no where near the keyboard) DONT USE THIS GUY.

Fixed our gaming laptop in about 5 minutes and charged a super fair price,hope he stays in business for a long time because I would definitely go back

Brought my computer in yesterday and it was repaired and ready this morning for a reasonable price. Alan fixed it and explained everything to me. I will be bringing my husbands computer to him next. I will refer him to anyone whom needs computer repair.

Allan has excellent customer service and the turn around is fast. I cannot afford to be down with the computers at my office. I depend on them to run smoothly and virus free. Brought my computer to Allen after experiencing the Blue Screen Of Death. He worked on it one day and recovered all my business information and installed an new solid state drive. My laptop now works better then it ever did and his price was reasonable.

Mr. Simmons is a HERO to me, as twice now he has saved my business, literally. I am one of these people who lives by the mantra of If its not broke why fix it, but after almost 20 years behind it catches up with you. Mr. Simmons has managed to clone my very old operating system (Windows 98, really) and my really old business software (which back then was the revolution in court reporting), I was too cheap (or smart back then) not to plow thousands upon thousands of dollars into every six months or so they upgrade it, then charge even thousands more for support (sound familiar?) but twice now it was about over for me. I was laughed at by other computer places that I went to first, not knowing anyone, until I came to Mr. Simmons, and without hesitation (or laughing at me) he had me with basically a brand new computer, which by the way my computer is a Dell Inspiron 4000 that my brother bought me back in 2001, which has never seen the Internet, so that tells you something. I live now in Tennessee, had another problem with this very old software, called Mr. Simmons, and between mailing to him had my computer back, like new Again, within 5 days! This man is amazing and if he can fix my old stuff, and quickly, he can fix anything and I encourage you to use his services. I will also add, for saving my career twice now his rates are so low that I had to Beg him to take a tip, really, because for what hes done for me there is no amount of money in the world that can replace that...buying me more time. He installed my new motherboard and CPU and did a few other things when I needed my gaming PC upgraded. Very professional and reasonably priced.Update for 2021: I felt the need to upgrade so Alan installed a new motherboard and CPU and even cleaned my case for a very fair price. He did it all in a few hours also. I would highly recommend ADS computers.

Mr. Simmons basically saved my business. I am a court reporter working on a very outdated software program for court reporters, in which would cost me thousands to upgrade. The way in which our profession is going, I am not going to invest anymore money into this profession, especially when what I have works beautifully. Allan SAID he wiped my hard drive clean, after cloning the info onto a new hard drive. I asked if I could have my old hard drive back and he wouldnt give to me. This was on 6/21/17. Today (6/23/17) I called to voice my concerns, and he quickly lost his temper, YELLING: I WIPED THE HARD DRIVE CLEAN AND THREW IT OUT!!!! I have NO reason to believe him, he was completely disrespectful to me, and I am VERY concerned about passwords on my old hard drive, being in Allens hands.

I went to another local shop with my laptop and they could not help me with my problems. ADS Enterprises solved all my problems and I am enjoying my computer again. Thank you Allan.

During a huge work project I had a MAJOR meltdown (not the computer, me!). If you dont know what the Blue Screen Of Death is youre seriously lucky. Naturally this happened on the weekend too.Alan literally dropped everything and had my problem resolved THE SAME DAY. And the price was so reasonable considering he worked on it all day (on a Saturday) so Id be able to work through the weekend and not miss my deadline.This dude knows his stuff, if he cant fix it no one can. He created fraud Ebay listing messing up with serial numbers just to DENY returning back the module!!He is not trustworthy at all!! DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS WITH HIM !!
