I certainly am glad that my computer is finally up to date. I live in an area where Internet coverage is spotty and doing updates over a certain size is problematic. I had bought Best Buy’s coverage for maintenance and updates on my Mac Air when I purchased it two years ago, but when I renewed the coverage for a second time this past summer, the virus protection component changed vendors. I had an old number from the transaction earlier in the year, but the new vendor refused to accept it during the “update” procedure in the store.The store tried to tell me that I was the one who had to get in touch with this new anti-virus vendor and get a new number. Not so!!! I bought the earlier package in good faith and spent $200. That should be the store’s issue. Finally they made a call, and then told me the vendor would E-mail me a new code and the geek squad member would then call me for the number and put in into my computer, which I was obliged to leave there while we waited out this “transaction.” Neither promise was kept. No vendor E-mail and no call from the geek squad. I made an appointment to just pick up my laptop and I had to buy another anti-virus plan. So now I’m out another $30. At least there was a “sale” on the McAfee.This whole drama was unnecessary and would not have happened if Best Buy cared about after sale customer service. I am disappointed in the way this whole issue was handled. No one needs to stress out about a computer that otherwise runs, but is held hostage by an inept administrative decision that shows no compassion toward the consumer.

We went in for a gaming PC system. First she said she had two. Then said oh, only one. So we were going to purchase the only one in store. Telling us it was only $100 more. And then after ringing it in the register, it came to be $200 more... We stood in that department for 20 minutes before I became Impatient and approached her to send someone over when she got time. I left and went to a different location in the city north from this store. Wont go back to Springhill location.

I went to pickup my TV it would not fit in my vehicle at curb side pickup so I told them I would come back the next day with truck. Now I get an email stating I picked up my TV which is not true. When you call customer service number they just state they are not in the store and have no way to contact the store without filling out a form that takes 24 to 48 hrs for Best Buy to respond. This is curb side inefficiency and poor customer care and makes it easy for someone in the store to now take my television as they did not check I back in and didnt even speak of any procedure they just pit it back on the trolly and walked off back to the store very rude in deed

On Sept 21, 2021, my fragile, elderly mother and sister went to the Best Buy in Spring Hill to purchase a refrigerator. After looking at the models and speaking with the salesperson, they selected a Whirlpool model to be delivered on Sept 23, 2021, between 7am and 1pm. There was no ice maker in this model, but one could be purchased for $49.95 and the service charge to install was $99.95. This would be installed on October 22, 2021, between 7 am and 1pm. We verified the delivery date for Sept. 23, 2021.On Sept 23, the old refrigerator was emptied. Nobody came to the house, no calls. After numerous attempts to call after 2 pm, we found out that the refrigerator was not due to be delivered until October 24, 2021, between 7 am and 1 pm. We waited on hold for an hour. We were disconnected twice. So, my elderly mother and sister went back to Best Buy to speak to a manager. He was very apologetic and offered a 10% rebate on the refrigerator. We took it, and a new date was set for Sept. 27, 2021, 7 am to 1pm.On Sept. 27, 2021, the refrigerator was delivered around 9 am. The delivery men pushed the old refrigerator into the middle of the kitchen, plugged in the new refrigerator and left. When we asked them if they could put the old refrigerator in the garage, a mere few feet from where it was, they said there would be a charge of $29.95. It was the same fee to remove it, or to just move it. So, they completely blocked off the sink, stove, and dishwasher in the home of an elderly person who could not move it. We had to call for someone else to come move it.On Oct. 22, 2021, the ice maker should have been delivered. We waited from 7am to 1pm before calling. The store had given us a direct 800 line. After an hour of being on hold, and being disconnected twice, I talked to someone who said that our appointment was on Oct. 25, 2021. We should have been notified via email. We don’t have email.On Oct. 25, 2021, 2 men came to install the ice maker. It took them 10 minutes. When I asked how soon the ice maker would be working, we were told 24 hours. If it didn’t work correctly, we needed to call Whirlpool for someone to come out.On Oct. 27, 2021, after 56 hours, I asked how the ice maker was doing. She said it was not right. When I opened the freezer door, there was a large pancake-like chunk of ice in the bucket. It had a few chunks of ice cubes in it, but it was frozen solid. My mother said it just wasn’t working right. I asked if it had been refilling the tray on top. She said yes. So where were the ice cubes? I put my hand to the back of the wall and could fit all my fingers between the bucket and back wall of the freezer. So, the ice cubes should be on the bottom shelf. I took out the food in the front, but there were no cubes. It was frozen all the way across the back. She said that it was because the bucket was a poor fit. But why not cubes? Why is there a whole frozen mess on the bottom shelf in the freezer? I called the Whirlpool number. They will send someone out on Nov 8, 2021, 8 am to 4 pm. If this is not a manufacturer defect, we will be charged $130 service fee.All we wanted to do was to purchase a new refrigerator with an ice maker. A month later, and this is still an ongoing saga.The management and sales people could care less. Stay away from these people.

High ceiling, bright and airy, on southbound 19 just below Spring Hill Dr, this is not a very busy site as of this writing. Plenty of easy, though shade free parking, room for a lot of display items and a good number of returned items in clearance displays. And, like all Best Buys, there are plenty of helpful staff available to answer questions. Ive been to Best Buys in several states. The store formula works.

Went to go look at TVs yesterday and David was super helpful. He was knowledgeable on all the products and was very friendly. Took his advice on a Sony TV and I am extremely happy with my purchase so far. This was my first time at this location and it was spacious and very organized. If you are in the market for a new TV and you are unsure about all the new features, give David a shot!

Bought a tablet, asked Best Buy for help with some issues. Oh no! You have to sign up with the geek squad pay $200.00 and if they come to your house, its another $40.00 each time they come out. We bought a printer all in one plus the tablet we already spent a small fortune and they cant help with their own merchandise. So we took the equipment back. Save your money! Order from Amazon we did and got a laptop for less than the tablet. Best Buy is all about the money and not customer service!!!!

They didn’t answer their phone. I was on the line for 15 min before my impatience took over. I wanted to confirm that pick up was available until 8 pm. Anyways I took the risk and drove over (45 min) got here at 7:30 James was already attending someone outside so it was pretty quick he looked at his palm pilot and already knew my name and told me he’d be out with my item. 10 min passed I was waking my dog and he came out flustered saying the remote has been misplaced... wasn’t sure if he was gonna tell me to come back another day but to my surprise he offered me a brand new version of the tv. (I was buying an open box) AT THE SAME PRICE!Totally didn’t mind waiting the extra time.Brand new 32 inch hi sense smart tv for $110Thank you James and Best Buy for the awesome service!

My uncle needed help with gaming headphones, 1st employee that helped us was too busy to care, he handed uncle something off the shelf and walked off, not at all what he wanted. We went up front and got excellent help! 2 employees couldnt believe what the 1st guy did to us, shook their heads. Uncle showed them off his phone what he was wanting, guy #2 took off looking. Got an update on our wait and found out that guy #2 recruited several employees to help with the search including the manager. Guy #2 came back with gaming headphones thats way better then what uncle wanted and gave him a discount for his troubles. 💕💕💕💕

Ordered a projector for curbside pickup, waited in my car for 20 minutes after checking in and receiving a message saying my order was headed out to my car... I left and when I was almost home I got a phone call that since it had started sprinkling they couldnt bring my item out to me so I told them to cancel my order. I would have gladly gone inside to pick it up but I had 5 kids with me, 2 with special needs and couldnt do it by myself. I am now on hold with customer service going on 40 minutes because they marked the order as picked up instead of canceled. What a waste of time!

The manager, Kat made me not want to return to a Best Buy. I was at the service counter this morning and I interacted with her between 10:05-10:07 AM. She immediately went into bulldog mode when she approached me. She was condescending and questionably human throughout this interaction. I asked her for her name and she spelled her name K-A-T for me. In all of my years of interacting with adults, I’ve never had someone spell their complex name out for me when asked. She then abruptly sashayed away from the desk after she spoke her piece with no resolve. It is interesting that with online retail soaring, that a company would consciously choose to employ someone with this bargain basement level of customer service to be the face of their brand.I then called the customer service line at 10:08 am. I was on the phone with a representative until 10:34 AM before the call was abruptly ended by the call center representative.What an unfortunate way to treat customers.

I love Best Buy. The people are courteous and they typically have what youre looking for. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that theyre pricey and had rather a limited inventory of 2 of the things I was there to buy. Nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and the location was clean and organized.

Well what do I say about Best Buy? While I used to pick up a dvd or a high end rca plug or an hdmi here the store has morphed into something else. I am a stranger in a strange land now. Gone is the hi-fi, come get yer Wi-Fi. The stereo is 7-0, the phone is 5g, the TV is 4k & Im ..... fossilized.Came for a case for my new phone (I had to upgrade from 3g..... Discrimination!!) Didnt have the one l need (turns out my NEW phone from Consumer Cellular is last years model). Helpful associate advised had to order & I did so.Bought it sight unseen, lovin the new age.🙄

The staff member working in the cell phone department pointed to the location of the phone we were interested in and tried to interest us in a different phone as the note is no longer manufactured. I hope they go out of business. They closed down all the checkout lanes and had all customers checking out at the online store pickup with one single cashier.Whats the point of ordering ahead of you have to wait 20 minutes in line? Whats the point of a brick and mortar store if you cant actually purchase the items you need when you need them? You can keep your overpriced electronics.Want to compete with Amazon? Try having some of the sales people standing around actually completing sales.

I went from being a very happy and loyal customer as you can see below, to a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.THE MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING AT THE STORE TODAY WAS WELL VERSED IN EVERYTHING EXCEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have purchased all my electronics from this store and over a very silly TV malfunction with extended warranty, he lost future purchases for his company.Im not going to take down what I previously wrote because the manager at the time absolutely knew how to take care of a customer.People make the company or in this case destroy it!Previous experience:The only place to buy your electronics and more!I walked in a bit frustrated with a previous purchase and walked out a very satisfied customer. The manager Kyle, while he had to adhere to the companies policies, bent over backwards to make sure that I walked out as a happy satisfied customer.It was truly a pleasure to shop at the Best buy in Spring Hill, Fl and thank you Kyle for being such a professional your customer service is top notch.

Went there to buy a clothes dryer which was to be delivered on Sat by 1:00 @ 12:55 we called best buy, which they said the debit card had fraud on it and wouldnt go through.My sister and I went down to them the card was showing this fraud on my card.That I called fraud protection for my bank, they said it was no such thing on my card.There lose went to another store and got the dryer& end up buying a washer also.Very frustrating and embarrassing.

We went to several stores looking for a printer 🖨. Evidently, covid has slowed distribution and no one had printers in stock, that includes Staples, WalMart and Office Max. In addition, we were not able to order one since the stores could not predict when they would even receive. We were thrilled to find several at BEST BUY! The salesman was very helpful & with his help we picked out a printer that fit our needs & budget.

No sata power cables and no 14 gauge power cord. It doesnt make sense to carry the other computer parts that are available without these. (They even sell gaming pcs!)Also, the power cord they had in stock was more than twice as expensive as the same cord at Walmart.

Recently had a new build, needed 3 65, 2 85( all Sony, (Klipsch) sound bars and 2 full Atmos systems.From the onset extremely helpful, price matched everything, and delivery was safe, on time, and not 1 scratch on anything.Highly recommend if you do your price/warranty shopping before buying.

I had a bad experience with Lowes in Spring Hill so I went to Best Buy to purchase a new washer. Blake was the service member that helped me. Blake was very professional. He set me up with washer delivery for the next day and haul away for old washer. Blake also processed my information for the credit program which offered 18 months interest free. All of this took 20 minutes to complete! Wonderful service. Thank you Blake.
