Very nice people and furniture! We went in looking for a sofa and chair for my 88 year dads house. The staff and owner were helpful and within 1/2 hour dad had chosen a set. In addition the owner gave dad a 10% discount for being in the military. This brought an already reasonable price down even more. Thank you Dan for making this purchase so easy for my dad!

My mother currently leases a computer here. She went in today to look at furniture and was completely ignored! After she left she called for a supervisor who completely LIED to her and disregarded her frustration! My mother is on oxygen and I had my 3 children with me, its not like were easy to overlook. The manager and another employee were talking TVs with s costumer, because thats a 2 man job apparently. The only other employee who was helping us at first had to walk away to answer the phone, but never returned. Instead he decided to sit and chat with his buddies making a 40$ cash payment, for 10 minutes. Even while leaving, no one said a word to us! HORRIBLE customer service. We will be returning her computer and taking our business elsewhere!!

I spoke to Ryan cause I was going to return my stuff on Monday today is Saturday 20mins later Fabian shows up at my house knocking like his the cops and I open the door he starts yelling at me I had to call the cops and told Fabian to leave my property he didn’t I told the cops I have a permit to carry he was lucky I had my kids at home cops came and told him to leave I will never!!! Recommend them and I will keep posting about them all over springhill!!!!!!!!! They act like they are thugs!!! I hope they close down soon!!!
