Unethical hacking and scamming is at an all-time high due to the pandemic as more of us are working from home or more active in our home based operations. as a home based business I thought I was thinking about security enough but I didnt know what I didnt know. Having been victimized by online hacks I wanted the assurance and peace of mind that I was not only protected but that I had a realistic plan moving forward of how to better protect my home network and both my personal and business devices on it. I cant say enough about James and his team at computer corrections I spent countless hours to ensure my safety and privacy was intact and assured. Theres no true value you can put on the peace of mind that comes with that.

I had the pleasant experience doing business today with James at Computer Corrections. I had contacted the Geek Squad and got the run around for over an hour. In no time my problem with James was corrected at a very fair price. I will be using Computer Corrections from now on if I have a problem.

Excellence and honesty is what you can expect here. I took my laptop that was dead and the owner worked on it personally, amazing work and I now have a better PC then before. Better service then I expect, highly recommended. Very reasonable on the price also. Anything is better than buying a new PC when they can make yours new for one third the price.

Computer Corrections is the best place to take your computer problems! They have amazing customer service and are extremely fast in assessing the problem. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to help in anyway they can. They are honest people, but moreover, they know everything about computers. Took my ps4 to him because the fan was running EXTREMELY loud on it. He cleaned it up nice and its working like brand new.

I was told there would be a two hour max turnaround on my Nintendo Switch. After four days of unreturned phone calls, I call from a separate number (answered immediately) and am told my switch no longer works. And they will not be completing the project- after holding onto my items for four days and stating otherwise. Jessica (sister of the soldering tech) is extremely rude with no knowledge of the business, and James (the tech) remains hidden behind her with no work to be shown.

Theyre honest hard working computer repair people. Much like honest hard working mechanics, Computer Corrections is becoming a pillar of the community and Hernando county would be much less without them. Just like with a mechanic shop you should do your best to try all the easy fixes that you know how to do before dropping your computer off.With the value of computers dropping so fast, if your computer is more than 3-5 years old, Id recommend simply paying them to transfer the data to a drive and buying a new computer. People very often want to hold on to their old computers, but unlike cars the value of your computer goes down 50% in the first year and within 3-5 years its basically worthless.Bottom Line: Computer Corrections does excellent work and the owner stands behind any correction he makes.

I’ve been going to Computer Correction for the last nine years, they haven’t failed me yet and are reasonably priced,,highly recommend them..very honest and straightforward.

The work was OK - nothing outstanding and the price was slightly above what I have since learned is average for this area. I received some misinformation and the job took longer than expected but it was the manic behavior of the owner James that really turned me off. His yelling and screaming actually frightened me.I posted a summary of my experiences at the time ( April 2016) but it was deleted the next day. I guess thats one way to maintain a 5 star rating.

All it he staff on site take the time to listen and explain issues that a layman can understnd. James will continue to receive all of my computer repair needs, personal and business.
