We are very pleased with our first experience and purchase with EE. Our salesman was very helpful in listening to us on what our new printer needed to do for us. We looked at the printers that were on the floor and realized none of them met all our needs. The salesman asked us to hold on for a sec while he looked in the back. A few minutes later he came out with the printer that met all our needs!! Then he took it to the counter and checked us out.Thanks,Jim

I’ve never been iElectronics Express. My last time in at Best Buy was pretty underwhelming.My expectations were low.A young guy asked if he could help me & he took me right to the monitors. He explained which would work on my computer.I went to check out & I was out in less than 10 minutes. The other folks there were working too.Impressive place to me.

My husband and I just moved in to a new house and were looking for a new front loading LG washer and dryer with pedestals. We went to Lowe’s first who said they had none of it in stock but could get the washer and dryer in 3-6 weeks and would install them but if we wanted the pedestals, they wouldn’t have it to be delivered for 10-12 weeks, then we would have to install the pedestals ourselves because the washer would be too heavy for them to put on top of the pedestals once water was in the washing machine. I then went to Electronic Express and met with Bryan, who is so pleasant to work with! He said he didn’t have the pedestals in stock but did have to washer and dryer and would deliver them in two days and would deliver and install the pedestals for free once they came in. To my surprise, in two days, the washer, dryer, and pedestals were all delivered and it all looks amazing!! So thankful!!

I purchased a sub and and amp for the sub along with a new stereo and amp for my Mustang. The installer failed to connect the two 8 inch speakers in the door. I took it back and informed him they werent working. I paid to have him replace the stock 6 speakers up front and install a new amp if needed. After two days I got my car back and the door locks no longer worked and neither did the two 8 inch speakers in the doors. I took it apart to find out what he did and he spliced the sub output to the 8 inch speakers. The output is mono and not stereo. Also, he didnt run them through and amp, so the entire system is amped except for the two 8 inch speakers. i was charged every time I had work done and this it the worst service I have ever had with a stereo install.It has been over over 2 months and still no one has contacted me. I tried to get the store to fix my door locks, but they no longer do installs. The Columbia store was supposed to do the work and they have never called me back after several attempts to get the manager to do something. I am left with no choice but to get my car fixed somewhere else and file a lawsuit against this company. Sure would be nice if they would just fix what they broke.

I went to the Electronic Express store earlier today and had a horrible experience with Steve. He was condescending and totally not wanting my service this morning. I had done my homework and ready to make an expensive purchase... I just wanted to know if they had it in stock like their website indicated. Their website said that they had 6 in the store... when I got there... he said they did not. Another man said that that was Electronic Express’s way to get customers to come in... whatever. They did not have what I was asking for but they also did not try to show me what they DID have that was almost identical. This was after Steve kept berating me about the store ID number for the product. Once again Steve... that’s your job to look it up... not mine.I wrote a review.... called Electronic Express Spring Hill and spoke to Henre. They had the other item in stock and would honor the price online and hold it for me. Lade was the first person to greet me (Columbia didn’t do that either AND they were not busy with the exception of the many salespeople trying to look busy). He was super nice and immediately knew what I was referring to when I mentioned the phone call. He began the transaction then Chandler took over Every person was kind, considerate and knowledgeable about these transactions. I truly felt valued as a customer this time.Columbia missed out this time by underestimating the customer. Thank you so much Henre, Lade, and Chandler. I will return because of you.

Although not a problem with the products that we purchased from here, Glenn and his staff have bent over backwards to help us figure out a connectivity problem with a TV and a Blu-Ray player. We have been on the phone and three or four in-store visits and with several fits and starts with the TV manufacturer and our internet provider. With some further suggestions from Glenn and his staff, we believe that we have finally figured out the problem and should be good to go. First rate products, fair prices and outstanding customer service. Thank you Glenn and staff!

In the last two weeks we’ve made a couple of pretty big purchases (within the category) — first an Apple IPad for my mom — making it easier for her to navigate her apps vs the size of her IPhone screen — very helpful staff. Then a week later after discovering a local Big Box Home Improvement store was low or out of stock on a pair of LG Front Loading washer and dryer set — we decided to go back to Electronic Express and try their inventory — bingo — it the jackpot. Helpful staff. Informative without too much sales pressure. We will most likely return here again when considering home theater options.

I would like to warn everyone who takes the time to read this review to look somewhere else. It all starts from the top with this company and based on their origins and where they are from you will understand why I’m warning the public to stay the hell out of there. I don’t even know where to start except from the time I walked in. The salesperson was great. Spent several thousand dollars then it went to hell in a hand bag. The warehouse is so unorganized and it’s ran by a man named Leon and he is one that shouldn’t be in a decision making position. He has a horrible attitude and lacks professionalism which if you knew the owners you’d all see that they are no better. Trust me stay away from all Electronic Express stores there’s so much more I could say but don’t want to risk a lawsuit.

Had a fridge, washer, dryer, and freezer installed. Installer incorrectly connected the water hose on the steam dryer, causing flooding on new flooring and into basement. To complicate the matter, the company will not respond and I have water damage to address. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The worst experience ever. Ive bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer, gas grill, and a printer from this store before so I decided when my dishwasher went out I would also purchase it there. I went to the Spring Hill store and hooked up with Brian the salesman who placed my order for a dishwasher with accessory package and install for just under $800. He told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks because of covid. I paid with cash the same day. I called about 5 weeks to see how it was coming and he was kind of rude saying he told me 6 to 8 weeks. I said ok and called back in 9 weeks then. I was passed off to the manager of the store then who said it still has not arrived yet but he at least gave me a date of when it should be there. I said great and I set up an install date with him for a week after that. I called a few days before the supposed deliver date to their warehouse which now has been 3 months and they said it still hasnt arrived but to call back in a couple days. I decided to go into the store this time because every time I called I was put on hold forever or hung up on which they replied when that happened phones are phones. When I went in I was dealing with the asst. manager now. He had no clue what he was doing while trying to look for my dishwasher telling me it still is on the way. A different salesman walked by and saw what he was trying to do and told him how to further investigate the item. The asst. manager made a phone call to someone and while he was on the phone he asked me Does it have to be a Whirlpool. I said that is what I ordered and paid for and he said he just had to know and kept talking on the phone. Finally after he got off the phone he told me the dishwasher had been discontinued. I was highly upset at this point, I have been jerked around for 3 months while this company had my money. A store full of people that have no clue what they are doing either. I said Ill take a refund then and he said it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get it. He couldnt give me cash like I gave him so I said put it on my bank card then and he said he couldnt it had to be refunded the same way it was paid. I said well that would be cash then, whatever. He filled out a refund ticket to send to the main office and said it would be there by the next day and I could call and verify. A week later I called the corporate office and the receptionist said I was supposed to get the refund at the store. I explained what happened and she transferred to a guy who deals with cutting the checks. He said he didnt have anything about a refund for me. I explained again what happened and he said he would find out and call me back. He called back about 30 min later and said he found out and he would cut me a check now. I got my check finally in a few days. I was never contacted by anyone with an apology or even an offer to keep me as a customer wow. I will never, ever step foot in an Electronic Express again and I will let everyone I know and dont know how I was treated there. You people have lost a customer and many more if I can help that along.

I purchased a Big Screen TV, spending $3600 and they failed to connect the sound bar up when they installed it ( the television they were replacing was connected to the bar)! After several months of having to use a second remote to operate the sound system I went to them for help and they just dismissed my request. They made their sale, I feel is that what counts to them

I called and asked if they had a computer in stock and they said yes. However, when I arrived, they didnt actually have one in stock. Ended up having to buy the floor model. Computer sucks, but it works. If I wasnt past 90 days, I would return it.Electronic Express in my opinion is known for its ridiculous prices. They are overprice on most of everything. They make their prices over $100 to sometimes $500 over retail prices. I dont like the fact that when I come into the store I am constantly follows by multiple employees. If I walk into a store and you ask if I need help finding anything and I say No thanks, Im just looking around doesnt mean that I want you following me like a shadow. I get that it may be commission pay, but calm down. I just want to look around.If you improve your store, customer service and prices, I will consider returning as a customer. Then I will consider giving you a better review than 1 star. Good Luck!

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer on Sunday. We were going to have it delivered because they quoted us $60. At check out it went to over $80. We agreed to pick the appliances up on Wednesday. I enlisted the help of a friend and his truck yo make this possible. Wednesday comes and we show up to retrieve the appliances. They were delivered to another store, 20 miles away. We went to the other store and loaded them up. They didnt even offer an apology.After I installed them, the washing machine wouldnt even work. We contacted the store and tried to work something out. We ended up having to upgrade to a more expensive model so we could have something to wash clothes with. Come to find out, the upgrade was for an unboxed floor model because they didnt have them new.After some back and forth we had to drive 60 miles further to another store that actually had them in stock. Still no remorse for the inconvenience that we endured and no offer to make things right.We will never shop at Electronics Express again!

If you are going to visit electronics Express in Spring Hill, you have to talk to Late. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to TVs features prices comparisons of the models.I told Lade what I was looking for in a TV. He was very patient worked with me showed me the different models explain the differences. I decided to go for the LG OLED. I got the TV home set it up and the picture was amazing. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the following day when the sun was shining it became apparent that the OLED technology does not work well and a bright room.I returned the set and decided to get the Samsung QLED. Best decision I ever made. The picture is just as sharp as the OLED but the TV works very well in a bright lit room.Thank you Lade for excellent service.

Horable, had to go there 4 times, spent many hours sitting and waiting. Bad place to go for electrical work!! All this over one set of lights. Still have to take it somewhere else to have it properly done. Blows fuses, wires where they can catch on something or someone and one switch turns on other lights not even connected to the initial set! I suggest that you definitly go elsewhere! IF YOU WANT EVEN A GOOD JOB DONE!

Isn’t a bad place to shop, but they do need to work on asking customers if they need any help or have any questions. There were plenty of employees standing around talking to each other, but we had to ask someone for help. Not a huge deal, just an opportunity to improve. They also seemed a bit pushy when it came to applying for the financing. It would have been nice to ask our questions about the different appliances before we got into that. But other than that, once we got approved, they answered our questions about the different products and did a good job getting the price down by choosing a different color. They also did free delivery and threw in the parts needed to hook them up. So all in all just a few small things that kept it from being the best experience.

This is a follow-up on a previous post. After being denied halfback refund on a warranty that I purchased, which is told to customers when they purchase something, the owner reached out to me. I went back up there to get my halfback refund. I dealt with Jared, who Ive been dealing with for almost 2 weeks now trying to get the refund. Who originally told me that I couldnt get it. Today when I went in, Jared acted like he didnt want to deal with me. He did not greet me or apologize for my inconvenience. He then handed me a gift card. Which I told him no one had told me that either. I was expecting an actual refund. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me and argue with me and tell me that I was told everything when I bought the laptop. Jared was not my salesperson when I purchase the laptop. I told him that he was not there, so he couldnt tell me what I was told. He continued to raise his voice and argue with me and act like I was a liar. I asked him for the gift card so that I could leave. He then held the gift card behind his back as if he wasnt going to give it to me while he continued to argue. As I stated in the previous post, I have bought several items from Electronic Express in Spring Hill, and no one has ever explained the details about the warranty refund. He said it was on my receipt. I asked him to show me, since I have read all of the fine print on the receipt. So I stood there while he tried to find it, which of course he couldnt, because it wasnt on there. I told him to give me the card so that I could leave. I have never been spoken to like that from a customer service person. Jared has no business telling me what I was told, because he wasnt there. And he has no business being in customer service. I will use my gift card at another Electronic Express. I will never go back in there while Jared is working there.

Just left location in Spring Hill. All I wanted was a sub and amp for my wifes suv. Stood at car audio section for a hour ( no exaggeration) with NO HELP!!! 5 different employees walked past be and said nothing. A younger employee walked over and tried to sell speakers to two young men who just walked in, thats when I had enough. Guess he saw the frustration on my face when I started to walk out and asked if I needed help, I said nope. Had a $300 dollar budget, cant even give money away in their.
