I would highly recommend this place. I called in the morning to make an appointment and was able to get in that day. The whole process to replace my iPhone screen took 20 minutes. Joseph was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I don’t need to get my screen replaced again, but if I do I will be using this place again.

Needed the screen on my old iPhone replaced and after researching the area, I figured this shop would be the best based on reviews and that OEM parts are used.The service was fast, fairly priced, and courteous. If and when the need arises again for repair work on any of my devices, this will be my go-to place (even with the 30+ minute drive from my house). Highly recommend!

My iPhone 10 rebooted and would not turn back on. It was 15 months old and not under Apple support. Apple said to take it to BestBuy who quoted me more than my buy out. A friend said to try Promobile and Im happy I did. In just 15 minutes Joseph had it figured out and 10 minutes later my phone was working again! I would recommend Promobile to anyone! I have to tell everyone a little secret here, you ever go to Subway and they give you a smirk about adding that extra extra lettuce on it? Well in a weird metaphorical and ironic way Joseph wont give you that smirk when you ask him to dust out the charging port from years of compressing gunk and junk due to pocket lint, that was free of service on top of the screen repair I paid for, and man I have to tell you hes one cool dude, more than happy to add that extra lettuce on top without any sarcastic smirk, great man, thanks again!

I’ve gone to place after place to try and get the adapter out of my charging port and no one could do it. Apple said it would’ve been $600 for a fix, but instead they fixed it in 5 minutes and only charged $20. Absolutely amazing!!

We dont take my electronics to anyone else. He has fixed a couple of screens on my phones, my computer, and tried to fix an xbox for my son and even after spending several days trying to fix it and was not able to (not his fault) he didnt charge us anything for his time. I have sent several family members to him as well and they were all extremely pleased as well, and today I went with my Mom to have him help us with a few things and he spent 30-45 min helping us and didnt charge us anything which was awesome, but I felt bad :(. Def can trust him and he is not just trying to make money, he actually cares about his customers..... Thank you again!!!

I went into Pro mobile looking for someone to put Windows on my MacBook Pro no one else could do it and when I say no one else could do it I mean nobody until I met Joseph. Not only did he put Windows on my computer but he did it a very good job and also hooked me up with some internet security. Hes a very honest and straight forward guy. Honest, reasonable price but not a pro, doesnt fully test work.I dont recommend him for delicate equipment such as sealed smartphones.I brought my HTC 10 for a new battery. The screen ended up with smudges on the left, dead spots on the touch screen and camera wasnt working. He replaced the screen assembly, had to remind him about the camera which fixed the above problems but now the GPS doesnt pick up satellites. I even told him I installed two apps to test sensors and screen which he obviously didnt use.To his credit he did refund my deposit for the battery so effectively I have a new battery and screen for free in exchange for a non-working GPS. Fortunately the HTC has other ways for finding location.

Awesome people at Pro Mobile, had my day ruined than saved thanks to them. Dropped my phone in water and thought it was toast but within minutes of them having it, it was all fixed and was given the appropriate advice on what to do in that situation. If you have a broken phone take it to pro and theyll save your day.

Im rough on a phone. Gone through about ten since December. No lie. Joe is the best cell phone mechanic Ive ever known. Knows the nuts and bolts of repair as well as all that technical computer mumbo jumbo stuff. He keeps me in phones and works to keep me from destroying every damn phone he gets for me or repairs.

Had an iPhone 5 that had a bad speaker. Jose replaced it within a few minutes and it works perfect. Fair price too.

Went to the Apple Store for my jammed power button on my iPhone 6 and Apple insisted that I have to get a new phone. I think not. Came across Jose repair shop and he literally got it fixed in 2 minutes. He opened up the front panel and just pushed the power button out from the inside. I will not go to Apple for any repair services. 3rd party repair shops are the way to go, and ProMobile is the one to go to.

Stay away go to idroid he can’t get anything at all he wants you to buy parts and then bring them to him or you can look together at refurbished parts for a Mac but if you go there just know it’s gonna be wrong he will put a password on your computer without you asking he does all kinds of odd stuff that would never be done at idroid where I should of originally brought my Mac stuff and my 13” MacBook Pro this store is horrible unless you need prepaid cellular and are from Cuba Puerto Rico or Mexico or Espana if the better business bureau wasn’t just a thing he could pay to remove is put the review there but this guy is just a complete controlling person that does whatever he feels to your computer idroid a number is I have no affiliation I just know who fixes stuff and who does stuff to my computer without me asking just decides to password a computer overquote me on ram and hard drive I buy my own and get it done by then it came out horrible stopped working go to idroid everything is back to normal for freeeeeeee bc he felt sorry I used pro mobile
