Small store and very hidden. Hard to find sometimes, overall customer service is very good.Sales lady Kimberly went over everything with me and offer me the best deals i can get. walked out the store with 2 new phones paying less then $150. defenitley will be coming back here. loved it

Employees seem to be more interested in their phones or the music selection playing then actually helping. Now the location on Powder Springs near the market slash old Walmart is absolutely awesome.

I would not purchase anything from this store. The sales lady Kimberly doesnt explain anything about the phone or their return policy. I had a phone less than 24 hours with less than 1 hour of talk time. I tried returning it for an even more expensive phone the next day. She said they cant exchange, new policy. Then called a manager, then called the owner Ezekiel Rodriguez. He stated he was in a meeting and couldnt talk to me. I went to the corporate office on Cobb parkway, but being that he is an independent franchisee they couldnt do anything. I called customer service and reported this business. I also reached out to corporate in Texas and put a formal complaint in writing. If your not of Hispanic dissent I wouldnt shop with this business, they clearly only care about there own people. I came to that conclusion at the customer base and his employees. I would never give this business another dime. But Im going to continue to follow up on my complaint, and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there.
